This house was awesome for our group of 7, and would have slept more than that no problem! Loved the location, large kitchen and bikes included. Was really convenient for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom. Management was quick to reply with any questions. Love the close proximity to beach, pool and downtown festivities! This is our fifth time to this beach and probably the best overall house we have had so far when it comes to size and location. Thanks for a great week!

We have been staying in this neighborhood for 14 years and this was our best house yet! Very roomy for the 8 of us! Close to pool and beach! Loved it and already booked it for next year!

The house was very spacious and has everything you need for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has an attached bathroom (nice for privacy). The neighborhood is in an excellent location and walkable to anything you need. The property manager, Sandra, was fabulous and answered all my questions in a friendly and timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.
**My ONLY complaint is the about the beach area. The beachfront during Spring Break for this community is very, VERY limited for the amount of homes/people in the neighborhood. If you don’t rent beach chairs from the beach rental company set up there, you have nowhere to sit. They tell you “behind their chairs”, but we sat down in 2 different places and were asked to move so the security/safety patrol could drive through. It is THAT crowded (and miserable). Make arrangements to go to a different beach area during Spring Break and you will be ok. Otherwise, you will not even be able to SEE the ocean.

I have rented many places in this beachside community and this was definitely the best. Wonderful kitchen, made cooking fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend the home to anybody.

This was our 6th year at Seacrest and by far, this was our favorite property to date. The open-air design and proximity to the pool, shops/restaurants, and beach was perfect. The convenience of having bikes on the property at no charge was an added bonus. Sandra was a perfect host and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you to the team at 30A Sea Story, we can't wait to book our next trip.

House was beautiful and had plenty of room for 8 of us with bathrooms in all bedrooms. House was located in a great location close to beach and pool. With that being said….the one downfall was the crowd at the pool ALL of the time and NO chairs ever. The beach was extremely crowded with five rows of rentals

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was large, clean and had a kitchen that was stocked with every utensil, device, Tupperware, etc that you could ask for! There was more than enough room for our group of 8 and you could not beat how easy it was to walk to everything including food, entertainment, the beach and pool! It was hard to leave!!!

Overall, the property was just as advertised. The location was perfect and the property management company was extremely responsive to any issues we had. It was central to many incredible restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. And it was about a five minute walk to the beach, which was very manageable. We all had a great time.

Between 3 and 4 stars
This property would have rated considerably more, however the cleaning crew did not do an adequate job for a higher rating. The floors had been washed, but it appeared they never changed out the water for the entire house. All baseboards and had dirty water splashes and visible dust and dirt. The floors in general were not clean. An upstairs bathroom vent had visible mold which should have been discovered upon the previous cleaning. The ice maker was so slow in producing any ice we had to buy at least 3 bags of ice (for a 6 day stay). It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the house. Downstairs was freezing, while those sleeping upstairs were HOT.
The kitchen was very well outfitted for a large group and the layout of furnishings for our family was great.
My recommendation would be to require more of the cleaning crew for this property…particularly in these times.

Wonderful time on 30A!
We had the best time in this home! It is so conveniently located between the pool and the beach, and we loved everything about the house. Definitely rent extra bikes at close by Peddler’s Pavilion. We didn’t even get a rental car - everything was a bike ride away! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Best house ever
I can't say enough about this gorgeous home - I am very picky and it was perfect, tall ceilings, open floorplan, location and proximity to beach, loved master on main and other bedrooms upstairs. Everything was so perfect - loved all the bathrooms too! Can't wait to come back.

Comfortable home in a great location
This is our seventh year staying in Seacrest and this was our favorite house yet! It is centrally located which makes it easy to get to the pool, beach and shops. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The outside area and bikes were a plus!

Labor Day 2020
We loved the location and set up of the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. We are cooks so we loved that. The WiFi did not work for most of the weekend which was not helpful for the kids schooling. Overall it was a great weekend with friends and the location of the house in the neighborhood is great and close to everything. Beaches were too crowded so we spent our days at inlet beach.

Excelent Home!!!!
This property is located in a great place. Just a short walk to the pool. It is also close enough to the beach to walk or catch a tram just outside the property's front door. The house was better than described. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family or staying with friends.

House was great!!
The house was large and open and fully equipped for our needs! Lots of storage and a high-capacity washer/dryer for all those loads of beach towels!
Our only problem was during check-in. We tried multiple times to contact security to get our wrist bands and when it went to voice mail we were not able to leave a message but the voice mailbox was full. So we headed over to the pool without our wrist bands and had no problem. Honestly, we forgot about it. We only used the pool - we went to Inlet Beach instead of the private beach.
Until Friday night. We went one last time to the pool and the security guard asked us to leave Fair enough. So we left and called to get our badges and he answered but said call him back in an hour - he was busy. So we did. Then he said call him back after 11 pm. Really? When I said that I was already calling back a second time he basically said that was the best he could do and then hung up on me. No bueno. Horrible customer relations and we lost our last chance to go to the pool. I was not a happy camper.

Excellent spot in the Florida Panhandle
We had a great experience at Seacrest this June. The location of the house is perfect for access to both the beach and the pool. The house was great with plenty of room and a great outdoor grilling space. Each of the four bedrooms had its own bathroom which provided plenty of privacy. The open first floor provided ample space to gather and the table was huge allowing everyone to sit for meals.
Access to the massive community pool was just a couple of min walk. Pool is enormous and has plenty of chairs and umbrellas around it. The cafe at the pool had good food and drinks but service is slow and it closes every day for 60-90 min around 1:45 which I found to be a little inconvenient.
Beach access is also good. Just cross 30A and you’re minutes away walking. Beach was a little crowded but the chair service did a great job of setting up our space every day. Crabby Steve’s is a short walk down the beach and offers a good option for lunch or a daiquiri.
Seacrest has decent options for food, drinks and grocery necessities within the community. Rosemary Beach is a few minute walk that expands those options. We got in the car two times during our week stay and it was to drive to Publix for groceries and the Destin Ice Market for fresh seafood To grill.

Great House
The home is nearly perfect, my only hesitation is the beach access and pool capacity.
I’ve rented homes in Cape San Blas and St George island over the last decade and was used to actually having some beach to use. The area for Seacrest is wayyyyy too small to enjoy, 6 rows deep and elbow to elbow. Forget throwing a frisbee or enjoying the sand. And don’t try to take anything with wheels on the walk to the beach, even though the signs don’t mention it there is a guy guarding the sidewalk from evils of coolers with wheels.
The pool is lovely, however unless you wait 30 minutes prior to it opening at 8:30 forget getting a seat before 5 pm.
I have a lovely home with a large pool, I don’t have a beach. So summary is -lovely home, community and area- if you really want to enjoy the sand you might want to do more research. There is a public beach which we didn’t go to, with 6 kids with you we didn't want to load the 2 cars for a daily excursion.

Nice house and great location
This house is located in a very nice Seacrest community and within walking distance to their beautiful swimming pool and nice shops and restaurants. The house itself was nicely decorated and well-stocked. The master bathroom has an amazing walk-in shower. We would definitely stay here again.

Sweet memories in a beautiful place.
We loved the community and the ease of getting to all the fun outdoors from the house. The tram that was offered was amazing to and from the beach! The house was large enough for 8 very comfortably. We had a few issues, but Sandra did her best to get them taken care of within a couple of days. I must say most of the beds could definitely use new mattresses. There was also a need to deep clean. The bathroom vents and places where moisture collected as there was some mold coming from the vents. Once these things were addressed it would be a very great option for a wonderful stay.

Great, large house for beach trip
This was a great home to stay at for almost a week. The location is great: easy walk to beach, pool, a few nearby shops. Spacious kitchen and large dining table was great for eating in. Beautiful house.
