This was hands down one the best value hotels for the money on our trip. Large rooms, great service, very quite at night, all the amenities of a 5 star hotel.

Everything was perfect! The room was large yet cozy, the location easy to walk to see the sights and breakfast had everything you could want. And the staff especially the front desk was superb especially Eileen!

No dresser or shelves to put our clothes in.

Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, so dass man immer die Klimaanlage anlassen musste. Die Luft war dadurch im Zimmer stickig. Das Frühstücksbüffet war enttäuschend für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Amazing location in the heart of Jordaan within walkable distance to everything. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous as well.

For the crazy price point of 430eur/night, a couple of things were hard to ignore: 1) Although we were promised "city view", the window in our room faced... A huge wall, 1m in front of the window. There was zero natural light. 2) In the span of 3 days, someone walked into our room (possibly cleaning staff, still inappropriate) while we were in there a total of 4 times. They only knocked once, the other times they just barged in. We let reception know after the first time, but it still happened 3 more times. 3) Possibly not the hotel's fault, but I found a total 3 huge spiders roaming around on the bed. Additionally, for the price point, it would have been nice for the cleaning staff to replace the coffee pods that were used and provide new ones - we only had coffee available in the room the first day.

The room is spacious and clean and the location is convenient

The staff aren’t very friendly, and they kind of frown when you say you’re not vegan, because it’s a vegan hotel. The room doesn’t have a bathrobe, slippers, or anything except for towels and soap

מיקום מצויין, מרכזי אך שקט. מלון יפה מאוד בעל עיצוב ייחודי ומיוחד. החדר נקי מאוד ויפה. הצוות היה שירותי מאוד וגם תהליך הקבלה והעזיבה היה יעיל וקצר.

לא היה מקרר קטן בחדר, התאורה בחדר די חלשה. כתמים על הקירות ועל הרהיטים וחבל כי מעבר לכך החדר מאוד נקי!

Great location, Friendly staff, room had a small seating area. Great bedding. I loved the wallpaper in the toilet 🌞

1/ Rooms lack the basic amenities like toothpaste, lotion & cotton kit. 2/ Price difference between booking.com and at the hotel for a last minute extended 2-day stay was double for the first extra night and triple for the second. 3/lack of customer retention : on the above, I had to book again through booking.com and staff wasn’t able to keep the pricing the same for the last night (totaling a 4-night business trip stay) which made it really uncomfortable to have to search & change to another hotel because the price for the last night was 3x the rest of the nights (on any kind of room). I found it disappointed to have no help to stay one more night at close to 300€/night since it was a last minute change in my schedule. Big lack of customer service & business retention not coming from the staff as they were calling the people in charge to make such decisions.
