Once hotel knew that I travelled with elder parent, they arrange room with elder facilities and nearby the restaurant. Appreciated your attentive and care. The isaan food and weather is nice. We have dinner at the hotel for the whole trip.

I loved the idea of an Esaan theme hotel. The hotel rooms were decorated and used chairs made out of bamboo and wood. The lobby theme had a really beautiful design and the hotel had a great parking space. The hotel location was one of the reasons why I chose this place. It is located really close to the Khao Yai national park entrance. The hotel room was extremely big and the bathroom had all the amenities required and the room overall was well kept and clean. Our room had a pond view and a mountain view which was really nice. The hotel had a really nice outdoor movie nighs with beanbags, tables, and areas to relax.

I think the terrance of our room could've been a little cleaner. I found alot of spider webs and other insects on the ceiling and near the seating areas outside of our terrance. Otherwise, everthing went really well.

Very convenient for Khao Yai National Park. Interestingly decorated and beautiful grounds.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The garden and surroundings were very beautiful.

The bed was too hard at least for my back. The swimming pool was ridiculously small.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, special thanks to the girl in the bar Pearwa was cool and stayed till we finish the drink/food. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable

Staff unprepared, restaurant could not cope with amount of visitors.

We had choosen this hotel for its bamboo decoration concept and found it very attractive. Room was big, with a balcony and view on a small lake. There is a nice pool and a lot of plants. At the reception desk we received the help we needed, a very kind staff. Also the breakfast stuff is nice and offer is good, but concentrated on Isaan food.

We found the dinner offer less interesting and the video screen kind of annoying. But there are different and excellent dinner options very close right off the main road. So no problem.

The breakfast was exceptional. A huge buffet of freshly cooked pork BBQ with sticky rice, rice porridge, several curries, 2 asian soups , an egg station, homemade coconut pancakes, fruit and salad, and a tea coffee to order stall. Amazing

There was nothing around the hotel so purchasing outside food options, or even a 7-11 was not really walking distance. The pool was a little shallow, there was no gym

very near khao yai national pak. this is the first Thai place where they stick to a style, which was actually quite nice (even if you don't like rotan). The two guards near the parking lot, who help stupid foreighners who are not used to keep left.

quite overpriced. horrible muzak throughout the perimeter. unpractical room layout. horrible restaurant (microwave prepared), closes at 21:00. horrible loud and agressive movie (some sort of Thai Romeo & Juliet) on viewscreen at dinner time. Water cooker short circuited.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. There was a nice swimming pool and spa facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention a member of staff named Yaa who was particularly helpful to us.

The staff seemed to find it a bit difficult to arrange local transportation, like taxis and hire cars. Maybe the infrastructure isn't available.
