Amazing location. The view from our balcony overseeing the sea was both breath taking and astonishing. The room follows the net tendency you may find in most places in Puglia/Talento which I like so much. Breakfast is great, most employees are very well trained and candid with the guests. A plus is the parking área as well as the fact that upon request you are transfer from/to the parking area.

I should have been ranked the place with the maximum but to my understanding there are some areas that need to be review by the management/owners ( I read that two siblings run the place) 1. Bed sheets quality need enhancement 2. TV set is really small. I understand that a tv set is no needed while on holidays particularly in a place like Polignano but you should see the small size it was 3. One of the employees at the reception should try being nicer.

Great location, sound proofing was great (and required) didn’t hear a thing so close to the square. Roof terrace is a magnificent place to watch the sunrise.

The location was amazing! Breakfast at the terrace was both utterly delicious and it was served by an amazing woman working at the hotel giving us a great start of the day.

When we got to the second room as we had requested an upgrade which we had to pay extra for from the first awful ‘cave’ standard double room . The second room had magnificent views of the sea and was perfect until the morning after ….

The first room was literally a cave , tiny , with no windows , straight out to the street alley , it would have made a good wine cellar , the pictures on booking.com we think were taken with a wide lense camera. We asked to be moved which happened but we had to pay 100 e extra on top of the £150 already paid as the management disagreed with our comments about the room. We then moved room which was outstanding however , the morning after we were woken at 7am by terrible noise from above we realised it was staff moving chairs and the coffee machine on the breakfast terrace on the floor above us .

The property was in a great location in the old town and had an amazing terrace overlooking the walls of the town and the sea. Breakfast is served on this terrace and it is very good - choices, quality and service were all great. The room I had was very comfortable and clean. The owner is very helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants, activities and generally being available. You cannot drive a car into the old town but the property provide secure parking just outside (5 minutes max) in a gated area - they then transfer you from the car park to the property. I would 100% stay here again.

Location, view from the balcony are the only things you can pick this place. But if you have no balcony (actually only one room has it with chairs, another one has space to stand in it only) than forget it, not worth to spend money here.

We received bigger room free of charge, but even it is the biggest one they have, there is no place to put your belongings normally, besides floor. If you like to sleep longer, better not to choose this room, as small window near the bed goes to terrace in which they prepare breakfast before 7 and noise will not allow you to sleep. Bathroom also tiny, shower head almost broken, spilling water all over. Breakfast one of the worst ever had, especially one which is served to the room. If you will have rainy day better go to any close cafeteria to buy normal coffee with warm croissants. When you pay such a price for the room you expect at least to receive normal water bottles, not the one from the tap. Cleanliness also has to improve. Staff guys trying to assist you, but service not the best. when you will check out better choose walking and not waiting for Tuk-tuk taxi, as 10-20 minutes wait as they say will become to 1.5 hour :) In principle prices in this city similar to Capri, but you can't even compare what you receive for it.

the first floor of the 2 floor suite could have been cleaner. the heating/AC system is too hot in the 2nd fl bedroom and toooooo cold in the first floor.
