Beautiful

Comfortable clean accommodations and hosts willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We loved spending the evening in the jacuzzi under the orange trees.

Great place, excellent host and central location to visit anything in LA

The cottage was cute and comfortable. The jacuzzi and slide was cherry on the top. Milo was super helpful and thoughtful. Best stay for a rental.

The spot was beautiful, very quaint and sweet facilities, Milo the host was very kind.

My one biggest feeling was that we didn’t have much privacy at all, and almost to the point of our host being invasive. He was veryyy kind, but we were really there to have quality time alone and he kept coming to tell us stories and talk to us. Even at 10pm when were in the hot tub he kept finding reasons to talk to us (and also telling us why the pandemic isn’t real) Also the place has big windows that face the pool and this morning before we were checked out he was cleaning the pool so we felt like we had to change in different parts of the house, and it was definitely uncomfortable. I might be mistaken on this but I also believe the hosts changed our check out time to earlier as well than when I first booked the place. I would love to experience this place again because it was so beautiful, but I don’t think I would go again just for the privacy sake.

We had a great stay at “under the Tuscan sun”. lovely & peaceful, we had a car so it was easy access to the freeway or scenic routes to Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica beach & The Grove. The owners Milo & Beth are so nice & helped us with great advice even before we arrived at their property. Milo is a real life “James Bond” what a character & was so interesting! Would definitely stay there again. A lovely safe neighbourhood. No resort or parking fees.
