We had an amazing family vacation here! Fun for everyone in our group from 3-59 years old. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies/essentials, dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc. The owners had a shelf in the pantry to share with guests; never seen that at any other VRBO. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lots of towels and wash cloths. It did lack body wash which was not a problem since we brought it. The beds were very clean and very comfortable. We brought our boat and left it at the spacious dock with no problem where we enjoyed paddle boats and paddle boards. Lakeway Marina is a close boat ride for rentals/supplies and Pete’s floating restaurant was a 2 minute boat ride, from the house, where we enjoyed food and drinks and feeding the fish. Grocery stores/shopping are also a close car driving distance. The house is older and could use some paint on the outside but it was very clean and it didn’t stop us from enjoying everything from the pool, fire pit, hot tub, games, movie room, kitchen, living room, balcony’s (with beautiful views and sunsets), barbecue area, etc. Communication was great during our whole stay and questions were answered quickly along with being checked on throughout our stay. We will definitely be back.

The house and location are just perfect. All was found to be as described in listing. It truly comfortably sleeps the number of people in listing. The house was in great condition with a view that was amazing. There are windows on three sides of the house affording s panoramic view of Lake Travis. Even though houses were on either side you never knew it due to great landscaping. We were there with our three children and 5 little grandchildren. The house had everything we needed. The pool afforded so much fun for young and old. The theater room was amazing. So many opportunities for playing games on lower level.. All equipment was in good working order. The amount of linens provided was more than adequate as were shower supplies. The only critique is the condition of the boat dock. It has a lot of sway to iit. Wondering how securely it is attached. But nice water toys down there. The garage also has some fun games in there. Older but great for some outside fun. The garage floor is tiled and pretty clean. It is lighted and has floor fans and a refrigerator! I unreservedly recommend this property and will return again.

The description of this home is misrepresented. Renters beware! We spent a considerable amount of money for a one week rental and we’re welcomed with a dirty interior and exterior. We spent the first three days of our trip cleaning, inside and outside, and going back and forth with the owner and manager discussing the poor state of the home. One toilet barely functioned, and had feces in it upon arrival. There were numerous non-functioning items, broken amenities, and worn out elements: one refrigerator needed to be reset and spoiled our food, the outdoor kitchen inoperable, grimey, and in serious need of repairs. The spare grill took 1.5 hours to clean, shattered window in one master bedroom, towel bars falling off walls, poor water pressure in one shower, trip hazards in the home, pool filled with debris and water turning yellow, dock filled with a jumble of broken and poorly maintained water sports equipment, broken pinball machine, pool table with three cues that were all broken, broken theatre room chairs, bugs in two bathrooms and one bedroom, broken bunk beds, front door lock not functioning for days, and assorted other issues. The manager and owner were somewhat responsive in the first few days of this ordeal. The owner promised a refund for our trouble and the state of the home. At the end of our trip I requested a reasonable partial refund for our troubles, and the owner immediately ignored my correspondence. Note, the owner and manager do not utilize the VRBO app. for communications and only like to communicate via text. This is very suspicious and I suspect they hope to keep communications off a trackable device. This home is very worn and well used. This is not a compliment. The location is good, but far overpriced, and does not deliver what is advertised. Be careful of bait and switch advertising with this home. There needs to be more honesty in the reviews of this home. The owner had lots of excuses, and did not want to take responsibility for the condition of this home. These issues didn’t occur in a short period of time. This home has been heavily used and poorly maintained over a long period of time. Unfortunately VRBO does not allow photos to be attached to reviews. I have plenty of photos documenting the poor condition of this home. Save your money, and provide yourself a better vacation experience by avoiding this home.

The house was perfect for our family get together of 12….plenty of rooms / beds and bathrooms. Beautiful lakeviews from the house and pool. Perfect property to do both lake and pool activities.

The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the layout of the home was great for a larger group to all be spread out. We loved that the game room was downstairs because it kept it separated. We did not actually use the movie room so can't speak to that. The home was clean, well supplied for our large group (9 people). The views can no be beat. The property management company was extremely responsive and very thoughtful. We all walked away saying we would absolutely stay there again. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood peacock who seemed to take a liking to the area next to the house downstairs to shade him/her self!

This property deserves an honest review. PLEASE READ. This place doesn’t seem like it used to be. Most of the games and features of this listing were unusable. We felt cheated with all the photos that were advertised. The foosball table was missing men. The air hockey table was broken. The pinball machine did not work. There was no stick hockey game, nor a keyboard, nor basketball hoop to be found. The billiards table only had two cues with beat up ends and no chalk. The bikes all had flat tires and did not look usable. The dock had two peddle boats covered in sludge, rust, and feces. The kayaks looked usable but we didn't feel like cleaning the spider webs and dust to get them down. The "theater" was a big letdown - they didn't have the proper cables to connect the receiver to the TV, and therefore we could not have sound nor connect other devices to the TV. Open those cabinets if you dare. Not a big deal, but only one of the theater recliners actually reclined. One of the most disturbing factors of this home was the plumbing and air ducts. Black mold surrounded the furnace air filter system, along with mouse feces and dead cockroaches. Think about that while you breath in that air. The exposed plumbing leaks were simply "duct-taped". I wish VRBO would let you upload photos for reviews. The house was stocked with most kitchen cooking essentials. However, we had no propane to grill with, no extra garbage bags, and we quickly ran out of toilet paper. The grill by the pool was rusted and very dirty (I'd be shocked if it worked). We finally found the extra towels on the third day, soaking wet and still in the washing machine. The pool was heated to a perfect temp, and the tank for the hot tub worked well. However the pool clearly has not had a good clean in a while and there were even drops of blood around the pool area. There was no check-in or check-out process through the VRBO app and the manager insisted on using personal texting for communications. The property manager was very kind and responsive, however, clearly has no idea the shape of this listing. Don't get me wrong, the view on Lake Travis is amazing. But without some VERY simple fixes here and there, it's not worth the price tag. I seriously encourage the owners to spend a couple weeks at this location, live in it, see what needs fixing, and update the photos.

This large lakeside property was perfect to house all 10 of us. Family came from 3 different States so it had to offer plenty of space, a variety of fun activities ( shuffleboard and the media room were the big hits) and a beautiful location. All the meals were easy to prepare with the fully stocked kitchen. This was a home run!

Pros: Beautiful views of the lake, great location. Cons: House has an expensive cleaning fee and frankly isn't cheap, yet was filthy, found multiple used chewing tobacco "snus" packets on the floor next to the chairs in the media room, beer cans and cups all over the dock, a dip can on the patio, windows hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. Spider webs everywhere in the house, outside on all of the porches, and on the dock, and not just a "it's spider season" but like no one cleaned the property in over a month amount of spider webs. Spent 20 minutes cleaning webs so we could get in out of our boat the first day. Per other reviews half the game room toys are broken. Hot tub doesn't work. Overall: Had a good time with the family, wouldn't rebook as is, which is sad as it could be an epic home. Priced like a premium property, looked after like a motel 8.

There is so much to do at this house we ended up canceling a day’s worth of activities to spend on the water. We definitely didn’t get to utilize most things, would have liked to stay longer. The view out the kitchen and living room is perfect. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The driveway is a little bit scary to drive down but didn’t cause any issues!

Had a handful of friends from all over the country get together and stay here over a holiday weekend and it was an ideal place

We had a great time! This house has everything you could want or need. The pool and dock are a huge bonus and the lake views are gorgeous. Location is ideal, only 5 minutes away from Lakeway Marina. HEB and lots of restaurants are only a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again if we plan another family reunion on Lake Travis.

Such a great place to stay with family. The house is very well equipped with everything you need to entertain all ages as well cook some great meals! Games, movie theater, air hockey, game machines , an beautiful pool and rooms with a beautiful view! The dock at the lake had lots of lake toys to be enjoyed!!! Can’t say enough about the property manager who met us arrival to give us the grand tour and was just a text away to help us with any questions. We had a power outage from a transformer blowing and she was super helpful in assisting us with contacting the electric company on the night of the fourth! Also, the owner even checked with us on arrival to ensure we had all that we needed. Five stars!!!!! Plus some!

Property was very nice location is awesome. But listed in The VRBO description there are bikes for you to use…. Sign in Garage says bikes are for guest use yet property manager tells you they are owners bikes and you can’t use. This kinda stinks. Never played music at the pool yet property manager calls to yell at us because retired neighbor complain Had to explain it was a boat in the lake playing loud music not the house. Finally the house and property as nice as it is needs maintenance I didn’t read prior reviews on it or I would have seen everyone else commented on that too.

My husband and I own a rental property, so we know what it takes to make guests comfortable. This property is lacking in so many ways! The fridge was broken. It leaked water all over the floor. A man came to repair it, but the next day it still leaked water all over the floor and we put down a towel to absorb the water. The fridge was way to cold and all of our fresh produce was ruined because became frozen. The freezer only had one small shelf. There was no place to put our food in the freezer. We had 12 people at the house. There was only 2 small dish towels and no dish cloth. The lamps in the bedrooms don't work because there's not outlet to plug the into. The kitchen had very little dishware. There was only one large serving bowl. This place is huge and made for large groups. Why can't the owner supply some large serving dishes, bowls and platters? Also, there wasn't one piece of tupperware to store food. There were only 2 stem wine glasses. Really?? There was not a 9 x 13 pan or an 8 x 8 pan. The knives were very dull and old. The towels were old and dingy. There wasn't even a hook or towel bar in the bathrooms to hang up towels. The pool was dirty when we arrived and the property manager said the pool man would come the following day, and he did come the next morning. The large trash cans next to the garage were over flowing because the previous guests didn't take out the trash. The arcade and pinball machines were not working. Owners- Please buy some new white fluffy towels, stem wine glasses, serving bowls, tupperware or disposable plastic wear, 9 x 13 glass pan, sharp knives, and more dish towels. Most of all please buy a new fridge! The house has a pretty view, but I would not stay there again unless they fixed all the issues.

Perfect set up for our family including 6 teenagers. We had one long rainy day and the pool table, ping pong table and hot tub kept everyone busy. Anna was great and quick to respond with any questions. Would stay there again!

We had a relatively tamed guys weekend at this beautiful house on Lake Travis. There were plenty of beds for 12 dudes. The garage was very spacious for “activities.” There was a foosball table, ping pong table, pool table, poker table, retro arcade game and shuffle board as well. The property manager was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Grill worked well. The weather did not corporate so we did not use the pool or the water equipment. The spa for everyone too and worked well. The one knock was that other than the driveway there was not a large open outdoor flat area for big games and not much of a beach which is typical of Lake Travis area. Lakeway is also not super close to Austin and during peak hours you are looking at a pricey Uber or Lyft ride. The house worked great for us otherwise. The neighborhood was super quiet and we only had one or two nosey neighbors stop by. We just moved everything inside the garage during quiet time and had no issues. I would book again. Thank you for everything.

Our family ranging from ages 73 to 7 months old had a great stay. The area is very quiet and perfect for walking the hills. The view of the lake is incredible. The house is very large and has great lounging space. The firepits by the pool are fun! The house is a little old and some things need a bit of rehab (wobbly stools, broken chair bottom, broken drawer, no wine glasses, old bathrooms) and beware that if you are coming with couples there are only 3 king beds - two of the bedrooms are bunk beds only. But overall we loved it!

Gorgeous house with a fantastic view featuring a ton of amenities. Amazing location and ease of access to the lake. Would certainly stay here again.
