The property is in excellent condition. The host, Kristina, has supplied everything a guest could need to function comfortably in the house. We had a few questions the first day. Kristina responded within a few minutes to any question that we posed. She made us feel very welcome.

This place was perfect for my husband, myself, our 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son. The place was vert clean and very cozy for our family of 4. Almost everything we needed was provided which made packing for this trip easier. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and overall the neighborhood was very quiet.
The beach is less than a five minute walk and can be accessed via a set of steps or a shell lined path. The sand was clean, soft, and there were lots of families with kids. The surf is very kid friendly as well. There is not much difference between high tide and low tide. There are some small pebbles on the shore line which can hurt your feet, so if you have weak soles of your feet like me, water shoes would help. The kids had no issues with the pebbles. The ocean was warm for August and we spent most of our vacation at the beach.
The location is great, walking and running paths are near by and there is a small marketplace, restaurants, and mini golf within walking distance. The central location also allows for many trips to attractions and shopping all around the Cape.
We found the owner was very responsive and had no issues with our stay.
We really enjoyed our end of Summer vacation and I would highly recommend this place. Everything was just so easy and comfortable.

This house was a great size for our group of 4 adults 2 kids. So close to the water and the marketplace. Easy to find in Maushop Village. Kristina was wonderful and kept in contact about the house. The cleaners did a great job as well. We felt very at home here!

This cottage was perfect for our weekend on the cape for a fall wedding. It was walking distance via nicely kept trails to the Poppy Inn and other New Seabury amenities.
The cottage itself was cute and exactly what we expected from the listing. Check in was smooth and ran into no issues during our stay. The host, Kristina, checked in with us to make sure we were all set, too.
While it wasn’t beach weather while we were there, it’s the perfect set up for a summertime stay, just steps from the beach! I would definitely come back.

The little community that this property is part of, is absolutely breathtaking! The townhouse is quiet and quaint and located just steps to the beach! We enjoyed spending time on the gorgeous beach. We also used the designated trail and walked into the village, where we had dinner and drinks. We loved how walkable the area was. We were there during the off season, so not everything was open, but I can imagine that it is a very lively little town in the summer. Christina was an amazing host. She had excellent communication and was very helpful. We asked for a few "extras" and she was very accommodating. The balconies off the bedrooms and the front patio, and the yard in the back were nice extras. It was also really helpful having an unit washer and dryer. Our only note to future renters would be that the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are small. The second bedroom was perfect for our 7 & 9 year old daughters (with the two twin beds)! My husband is 6'4" so the primary bedroom was tight for him. Overall we highly recommend the host and the property!

Great location, spotlessly clean, communicative owner
This location has direct beach access and has a charming Cape Cod feel. The condo is attached with neighbors on both sides but still offered privacy. The owner communicated well before, during and after my stay. Very well equipped and comfy place.

Quiet home By the sea
Our stay was in April over School Vacation. The house was clean, comfortable and right near a private beach. Off season was quiet and not much was open, but we knew that when we chose this home. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful beach. The property manager was very attentive and a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful location
No problems from start to finish. Owner is efficient and was excellent with communication. We were fall travelers who appreciated and loved the quiet and quaint location of the property. This neighborhood was one of the best we saw during our exploring of Cape Cod. Would stay again.

Great family beach trip in Cape Cod!
My husband and 2 children stayed a few nights in Mashpee and we were not disappointed! Being our first time in the Cape we were not sure what to expect but this little cottage and location were perfect for my young children. Just a minutes walk to a gorgeous private beach in a secluded and beautiful neighborhood. The house itself was very clean snd well stocked with basics allowing us to grill and cook vs. dining out. The neighbor Bob welcomed us and gave us great advice on the area and where to dine. There is a small town center that’s only a 10 minute walk down a private path with mini-golf, cafe, and shops. Mashpee is also near Falmouth so we were able to get to the ferry (25 minute drive) to head to Martha’s Vineyatd for a day trip.
Kristina was very communicative and accommodating. Great place to stay and visit!

Wonderful Stay
My husband and I venture the cape each summer with our kids ages 5 and 9. We rented this condo for a family wedding that was in the area. Mashaup Village is a hidden gem! The views are breath taking and the location to the beach is perfect! The shops, restaurants and coffee shop is walking distance away making this place a must! We are looking forward to booking again next year. Bob- who lives next door is just wonderful and is diligent in making sure you have a wonderful time and you have everything you need while you are visiting.

Visit to Maushop
My family and I recently vacationed in Maushop village. As a youngster my now 91 year old Dad along with his mother and Dad were one of the first families to vacation here in 1947. I wanted to bring my dad back with my family to create more memories. The condo we stayed in was perfect, very close to the beach and great space.
The next door neighbor Bob was present when we arrived and very helpful if needed.

Ideal location in a very special community
We absolutely loved our stay at 44 Landmark. This was our second year at Maushop and this time we brought our extended family. My MIL and FIL stayed at this home and loved it. The view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing and the balcony is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We loved having family dinners almost every night on the front patio while enjoying the water view and beautiful ocean breeze. Our girls zipped around the circle on their bikes searching for bunnies while we relaxed and enjoyed some much needed family time. The location was very convenient to the stairs to the beach, which was ideal for my in-laws.
The beach is amazing! Having something that gorgeous steps away from where you are staying is unbeatable.
Their neighbor Bob also helps renters with anything they may need. He was available at a moments notice for any questions we had, and greeted us warmly every single day. He even surprised our girls with ice cream and fun coloring bags! Our daily interactions with Bob made our trip even more enjoyable.
I say this in every review about Maushop Village because it is true - it is a magical hidden gem on The Cape! We cannot wait to return!

Amazing time! Cute, well stocked condo with plenty of equipment to cook, grill, go to the beach and play games. Very well kept and friendly neighborhood close to the beach. Great communication throughout the week! Neighbor was very helpful and even hand wrote a list of the best places to get food for us! Made for a great relaxing weekend to visit family.

Cape Cod Cutie
This is such a quaint little neighborhood. We were visiting colleges and decided to check out Cape Cod safety during Covid. The townhouse was a great match for the four of us (mom, dad, daughter (18), son (15). Our favorite part was the short walk to the private beach. We had all we needed at the townhouse, Including chairs to take to the beach. Another lovely aspect was a table on front and back porch. The neighbor, Bob, was a kind helpful gentleman. He made us feel welcome. The owner was on top of everything we needed.

Perfect beach vacation!
We all highly recommend this property. It is in a beautiful location just a 1-2 minute walk to a beautiful private beach. The marketplace is a short walk and has several nice shops and restaurants. The home was exactly as advertised and the property manager was lovely to deal with. The property manager lives next door and one of the nicest people I’ve met. A perfect spot!

My family recently had the privilege of staying at Kristina's property and we couldn't have been happier! The unit is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you could need to feel like your home-away-from-home for a week! Bob (property manager next door) was a wonderful neighbor for the week and a valuable resource for anything that we needed . My boys equally enjoyed being buried in the sand and playing in the grassy backyard. We hope to be able to return again! Thanks again to Kristina and Bob for making our summer vacation so comfortable and memorable!

Great getaway,
We had a great stay in Maushop!! Maushop village is picturesque and fantastic for kids. The cottage is in a great location and we felt fortunate to enjoy both water views and a backyard. The location is very convenient with a short walk to the beach and Poppy Marketplace.
Unfortunately recent storms made for a rocky beach and seaweed, but we were told that is not usually the case.
The owner, Kristina, is quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. The property is well maintained. The property manager is incredibly nice and helpful!

Amazing Vacation!
My husband, 1 year old daughter and I stayed at Kristina’s home this past week and we can’t say enough about how perfect it was! We asked Kristina about checking in early as we wanted to get settled and put our daughter down for a nap, she and Bob made it happen. The unit had everything we needed, literally steps to the beach and short walk to poppy market. A very nice grill and fully equipped kitchen. Bob was a sweetheart and checked in on us throughout the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. The neighborhood is adorable so quaint and quiet just what we needed to relax. Kristina’s home felt like our home which is no easy task traveling with a 1 year old, so we are so grateful she shared it with us! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family friendly picturesque vacation getaway! We will absolutely be back, it was truly hard to leave! Thank you again!!! - The Jackman Family

First visit to Cape Cod was wonderful!
We had a delightful stay at this Maushop Village property. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly and we enjoyed walking to the nearby shops and restaurants almost daily. Our girls especially loved the ice cream and candy shop. This was our first visit to Cape Code and we were able to travel around the Cape easily from this location. Bob next door made sure we had everything we needed and offered sight seeing suggestions without being intrusive. He even gave us coupons for activities and gave our girls some postcards to mail to their friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Cape Cod and this property and hope to return again soon.
