The house was wonderful. Picture do not do it justice. It’s much larger than the pics make it look. It was perfect for our group of 13. Mike and Glenda were so nice and helpful too.

The house was nice and clean. Very roomy. The bedrooms are spaced out great (including separate apartment), allowing for excellent privacy for larger groups. A bathroom for each of the five bedrooms was a plus. Located in The Coves, a nice upscale neighborhood. Perfect location on south Duck Creek with quick access to the main lake.. Mike was very accommodating. Deer and foxes galore. Would certainly recommend and will probably pick this spot again.

We had great views of the lake and lots of deer sightings. Two bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor and balcony were a plus for staying with people who might have trouble navigating stairs. Mike was friendly, and made sure that any questions were answered timely both before and on arrival. It was the perfect spot for a long fall weekend with family.

Our large group had an absolutely amazing experience at Mike’s home. The pictures don’t really convey the size and beauty of this location. The kids had such a great time in the water! Mike was an excellent host and we can’t wait to plan next year’s trip!

Our stay at this great home was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. Mike and Glenda are great hosts and even notified us of roadwork in the area. This is truly a vacationer’s paradise. Thanks for a great getaway for our family!

Great experience beautiful place!!

The dock is great for swimming, fishing and lounging. We rented a boat from a nearby marina and could tie up to the dock to pick up the crew. Space in the house suited our large group perfectly with an open area upstairs and plenty of bathrooms. This was our second stay at this property and we recommend it!

This house fit our family of 6 adults and 6 kids (age 10 and under) perfectly. The kitchen functioned wonderfully and we loved sitting out on the deck. Comfy bedrooms and upscale bathrooms. The boat dock was excellent for swimming. The house was clean and extremely welll provisioned with plenty of everything you’d expect in 5 star accommodations. The only thing I didn’t love were the 68 steps from the boat dock to the lower level of the house.

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice property and the deer watching. The large kitchen and covered decks were great for our family activities. The large dock was occupied a lot for swimming and good bass fishing. The steps to the dock got easier with each pass. The owner was very accommodating.

This was our first visit to Grand Lake and we really enjoyed it. The house was great, spacious and well equipped. The deck off the back of the house and the dock were both great places to hang out. The gated community (Coves) where the house is located is very nice and includes access to the golf course, tennis courts, etc.

Had a quick weekend getaway for my wife’s birthday with her friends. Everything was as listed and mike was very nice to talk to. Would recommend this to anyone

We stayed at the property with two other families. The location has great access to the lake and the property owner was very responsive and helpful. It would've been nice to have chairs on the dock. I also think the property could benefit from a good outside deep cleaning to clear cob-webs and spider nests, but that is a very minimal complaint. Great location and property.

Our family had an amazing time here! The house was very accommodating and spacious. We loved catching the sunsets every evening off the porch. We also loved seeing the deer in the morning and evenings. The owners are very friendly and flexible and very quick to respond to our questions. We would love to make this an annual summer vacation for our family!

We had a large family vacation planned for another destination. COVID changed our plans and we could not be more pleased that it did!!! This home was family friendly and the Owners, Mike and Glenda were very informative and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. There were many other things you could do, however we chose to spend our time together, cooking and eating in the large well stocked open kitchen/dining area, swimming and playing in The water Off of the dock, and walking and watching the MANY deer that wander the property all day!!! There bedrooms are spacious and each have a bathroom. The large deck and patio provide scenic views of the lake, The apartment above the garage provided a quiet break from all of the craziness of the kids and grandkids!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Three small families shared this house for the week and had plenty of space. Enjoyed coffee over the lake view each morning. The dock was my fav part- shade, swimming and fishing gave the kids plenty to do. The house was well appointed and the owners were great! We hope to go back.

Amazing, you feel like you are in your own house, it’s super clean and comfy and it looks 10 times better in person than the pictures because everything it’s way better In person that you will not regret re tong this beautiful house. We went to sat at the lake for the weekend, and enjoyed our stay! The dock was awesome and they had lots of chairs available for us to use. We also had plenty of space, and everything looked nice and clean.

My family and I wanted a little weekend getaway. There were 4 families with 13 people total and we had plenty of living and sleeping space. The house is in a gated area, has perfect views of the lake for sunrise and sunset, and comes with all accommodations you would need. We went to Safe Harbor Marina for the shrimp boil on Friday night and rented a pontoon boat from there as well on Saturday. Overall great location and homey house for your getaway.

We loved Mike’s lake home! There was plenty of space- more than we needed (3 families, 6 adults, 4 children). The beds were comfortable and the common spaces accommodated everyone perfectly for meals, board games, and hanging out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the house had plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. Some highlights of our stay were the regular sightings of several deer right out front, as well as the close proximity to the water. The boat dock was very nice for swimming, fishing, and chats while watching the sun set over the water. So relaxing! We also loved the convenience of renting a pontoon from Harbors View Marina and being able to dock it for easy loading and unloading. Our family has rented several properties through VRBO and similar sites and the property owner Mike is the best we’ve ever experienced. He was easy to reach and so very kind. He was flexible with our check-in and check-out times (a huge help with napping babies). When a unexpected event came up, he immediately responded and worked to resolve it, even driving 3 hours round trip to be available in person. Amazing! I would highly recommend staying at Mike’s lake home for your getaway. We would definitely stay here again and have discussed returning in the Fall to enjoy the changing foliage on the water.

We have been using VRBO and Homeaway for many years - - it is our go-to when we travel. This is one of the loveliest and best appointed homes we've had the blessing to enjoy. The house was sparkly clean with upscale linens, new appliances, everything you could think of in the kitchen and very comfortable! So many lake homes this size have rooms of bunk-beds making it difficult for us to accommodate the adult couples in our family. This one was amazing with only one of the rooms being twins and a trundle; the garage apartment was great for our parents - - a break from the noisy kids when they needed one. There is a full bath for every single bedroom!! The living room is spacious and provides loads of seating to watch the large screen TV (cable was terrific for the guys who huddled to watch sports). The dining seating is plentiful both at the bar and the table, not to mention the great table and chairs downstairs where we played games until the wee hours. The dock is large and was great for swimming, fishing, and sun bathing for hours of fun. Be mindful, however, that there are nearly 80 steps down to the dock; not as accessible for those with knee issues as you might hope. This prevented our dad in his 80's from accessing the dock the second day. But if you take what you need (drinks and sandwiches, towels, etc) it is roomy enough that you can spend several hours there whether under the shade provided by the roofed area or in the open patio-like sunny section. The upstairs and downstairs deck provided beautiful views in comfortable patio furniture. We set up our corn hole game on the very large downstairs patio in the shade for a great multi-generational tournament one afternoon! We rented a pontoon from Harbor View Marina at Mike's suggestion and it tied up to the dock easily for loading and unloading with still plenty of room to swim. The marina offers an all you can eat shrimp boil there on Friday evening. We would highly suggest it. It is also a super place to just hang out for a couple of drinks and watch the sun set over the water if you like, but we loved the comfort of the home's deck in the evenings. Pay attention to the great directions Mike provides. It is not easy to find, but totally worth it! We drove it in a little over an hour from Tulsa, and those who came from OKC made it in 3 hours.. All in all it was a perfect venue for our family gathering. Much thanks to Mike for being a terrific host. We would stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Lake. The home is beautiful and spacious. The owner was gracious enough to give us a tour of the home upon our arrival. The house is located in a busy cove, so the dock gets rough on weekends. But the beautiful sunsets from the deck are hard to beat.
