It was super easy to check-in as I was given the access code to the door to get in when it was fully clean and ready to go which they had a little earlier than expected at 4pm. The property is going through summer and growing a lot of weeds around the playground, but I was able to stamp them down so my 7 y/o could play on the swing set/jungle Jim or playground. Then walking upstairs into our unit, it was huge and amazing! The detail they took to make this unit so unique was impressive. My entire family loved it all. The only difference between this to a well known chain hotel, this company would like you to be respectful and clean up spills, garbage, and messes which we are a family and are totally fine with. We used dishes to cook with which this unit has the entire kitchen, range, oven, stove burners, full fridge. Then to top it off its own huge balcony that is around 50-60 feet in length and 10 feet out from the door to the deck. Which the deck has amazing views and is very nice to watch sunrises while doing yoga or even while settling down and watching the sunset. The staff we hardly had to talk to through the app you use to book the unit. We really diddn't need anything extra as they had plenty of towels, hand clothes, soap, shampoo/conditioner, then board games if you want to play a game together as a family or just 1 against 1 like chess or checkers. Longest story short, Book this Place! It's amazing and wonderful and perfect for families to cook meals at home, then go out to Bear Lake or the cute town located down the street that is their main street with world famous shakes, burger joints, souvenir shops, etc. that are all awesome since they have been there since back in the early 1930-1960's or remodeled and their food is SO good they all have lines... but if you go either morning or late night before they close you'll skip the huge lines and get your amazing shake for you and your family.

Our toilet leaked just a little and we just put down the shower rug to soak it up and advised the property manager through the app. It wasn't anything significant and we all were able to use the shower/toilet and all just fine.

Rooms were dirty, not cleaned, too many flies in room, dust ,hair. Unacceptable. Carol from staff extremely rude. Do not book here you can do much better elsewhere. Did not even get the apartment that I paid for.

It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a lot of privacy. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was the perfect place to spend our anniversary weekend.

It was a little bit hard to find is all. It was tucked away on a dirt road so you wonder is this right when you turn down the street the GPS sends you on. The roads are not labeled around the property so you have to really watch your surroundings.

Lovely porch, roomy and cute, close to the center of town and marina. I Loved the painting in the room. Answered questions very quickly on the internet. Loved having a view of the lake! Loved the bath balms and facial wipes. Kitchen was very handy, nice size fridge

Needs shampoos and a hairdryer. They have a wacky TV remote. They listed to takedown and do your own sheets upon leaving.take out your garbage .. What? That's not why we paid $800+ to vacation
