location, location, location. the homemade grappa and marmalade were a real treat

The host was very nice and invited us to taste his local self-made liqueur. The apartment was functional and very clean. The location of the apartment was very central and close to the beach.

Awesome accommodation in nice apartment, terrace with a great view. Host is very helpful, kind and nice. Helped us to choose restaurants and made best breakfast! All the things like jams, biscuits, fruit juices ad so was housemade, delicious and with morning sun on terrace. We highly recommend Pizzeria Da Bastiano about 100m far from accommodation. They make best pizza in Firefox owen on the island!

Location is excellent. Located in the city center of La Caletta, walking distance from the beach, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Graziano was an amazing host. His family went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are equipped with Air Condition, Wi-Fi, and hot water!

The best thing about La Terrazza is Graziano. His hospitality immediately lets you feel welcome. The rooms are pretty large, the bed was great, and the rooms are really clean. If the weather gets too hot, there is an air conditioning. Besides the room, you have access to the rooftop terrace where you'll enjoy breakfast and can hang out. The breakfast was great, too. Graziano offers great coffee and tea, a plate of fresh fruits, homemade marmelades, honey, and ham. You also have a compartment in the fridge and freezer for storing your own food and drinks. The beach is only 3 minutes away, as well as a supermarket, several restaurants, and other shops. You can stay within La Caletta without ever needing a car. All in all, we really like La Terrazza and would love to come back if we ever visit Sardinia again.

In Booking.com, the kitchen was declared as a shared kitchen, but you are actually not allowed to cook there or use any of the dishes/cutlery. It's best if you bring your own.

Good located, extremely clean, nice guest. The shower is large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with best prosciutto and tasty coffee. La Caletta beach is 5 minutes from property and it's very clean and nice beach. I definitely recommend!
