We went for a quick getaway. Location was great, host was great. For a family of four, it was very cramped. That’s our fault though for not realizing that during the booking process. The place was very clean, honestly the only complaint was the bed. Both the bed and sofa bed were awful. The sofa bed had a huge divot in it and the mom bed was hard as a rock.

Great spot!!! Super close to everything you would want to go to and have to pay to park. We walked everywhere, it was perfect. And the pool is an absolute bonus.

Warning this is a studio & advertised as a 1 bedroom. Also, bring your own towels (bath & pool) and bed sheets & pillow cases (also not advertised) highly recommend BYO pillows (we went to Target and bought some) bed was tolerable bc of our pillow purchase. But overall the space was sufficient and met our needs and owner was very nice and responsive. We appreciate the early check-in.

This place was perfect for us. It’s very clean and the people are very friendly. It’s an ideal location where you are able to walk to everything. The pool was also a nice break from the heat and the ocean. We hope to be back soon.

Really glad we found Bills rental. My husband & I were very comfortable during our week here. The rental was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking & eating. Along with the microwave & electric cooktop there is also a toaster oven, conventional toaster & crockpot available in the unit. The short walking distance to the beach/boardwalk as well as the shops & restaurants along Asbury is great. The complex itself was very quiet, safe & secure. The pool area is clean, quiet & there’s a grill available for guests to use there as well. The rooftop sitting area was nice for sitting & relaxing in the morning & evening. Instructions for check in & everything we needed to know for our stay was provided by Bill prior to our arrival date. This really is a rental where you can park the car on arrival & never move it because almost everything you’d need is in walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit OCNJ.

I was pleased to stumble upon this property and would undoubtedly stay here again. That said, as someone who does their due diligence when vacation planning, I’d like to provide as much information as possible in order to help those considering this property—
PROS:
• Communication— the property owner is very responsive.
• LOCATION— this condominium is located two blocks from the OCNJ boardwalk and is surrounded by lots of great eateries and shopping. It also feels very safe. The place is well lit at night and the grounds are well kept.
• Price— nice option for a small family of four or less looking to not break the bank.
• Amenities— you have access to the condominium’s heated pool, you are provided two seasonal beach tags, there is a parking spot for free parking throughout your stay. The condo also has a stovetop, all of the utensils you could need, a small fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker, mugs, a crockpot, a hair dryer, iron, a broom, mop, etc. I’m sure I’m missing some things; those are just the ones I noticed and/or used.
• Clean— the condo was very clean. The only dusty thing I noticed were the drawers in the armoire.
CONS:
• Wi-Fi— the signal is basically non-existent
• Towels, linens and toilet paper are not provided
• The keys don’t work on the deadbolt (not a dealbreaker; just stating)
NEUTRAL NOTE FOR PARENTS W/ SMALL KIDS: giant knives and other gadgets are in the kitchen drawers.
In all, we had a great weeklong stay and would recommend!

This was my first time using a rental property website and because of this experience, I’d do it again! First off, the property itself is in such a prime location. A few blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Swimming pool, parking space, and a good sized deck at the complex. The condo itself was very clean and decorated beautifully. I had spent a few weeks searching high and low for a place to stay as my daughter and I were attending a concert in AC. Finding Bill’s condo was a godsend. Not only because of the location but because of Bill. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of my questions. I’d highly recommend this condo for your next beach trip.

Perfect Location in OC, NJ. Could not ask for a better location!!!
We were so happy with this rental! The efficiency-style condo was everything we needed for our stay. The unit was clean, decorated nicely, stocked with comfy blankets and pillows, and roomy for the two of us during our stay. The A/C worked great and the kitchen had everything needed to cook on the cooktop or microwave. The bathroom tiles on walls and floor were cleaner and a nicer style than you see in most hotels! It was a perfect location for a quick walk to either the boardwalk/beach or the shops on Asbury Avenue! The walk to the boards led us to Manco & Manco on the right and Shriver’s on the left! And you are only one street away from Ocean City Bicycle Center on 740 Atlantic Ave if you want to rent bikes. The building was quiet at night and we felt very safe in this location. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had, and was easy to contact. We will absolutely look to stay here again!

Perfect condo for our extended weekend getaway! Close to everything (we walked everywhere) and the on-site pool was great. Nice and quiet. We didn't hear any neighbors. Only improvement could be the mattress- it was very uncomfortable. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Great stay, great price
We were very pleased with the space. Communication with owner was great. It was small but there was only a need for us to shower and sleep since the weather during our Sept 10-12 stay was perfect. Nice having our own parking spot and the option to use the pool. Clean and NOT smelly like rentals tend to be. A hose to rinse off sand was available. Our only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. We didn't sleep well at all. Tried to use only the ceiling fan to move air but that was very loud too and then it got warm in the room. Whelp, we just slept on the beach. Thank you for providing a wonderful get away!

First, I needed to know what we needed to bring with us on the trip for the rental. It took a few times to get the info. My understanding was that there was a twin bed but it turned out to be a very uncomfortable sofa couch. Otherwise all was in order and clean.
