the bathroom was kinda private but not in the room

Lovely welcome 😁 Spacious and clean throughout, balcony with view of town and mountains. Breakfast at very reasonable additional cost per item delivered to room on a wheeled trolley - so cute. Close to bus service or 25 min walk to centre with many many restaurants.

-On the website its not stated that the bathroom is outside the room, which is quite important detail that is hidden. You have to go out of your room to reach bathroom via common area. -In the bathroom : The warm water pressure is very low, you really have to take time to have a proper shower and rinse yourself. there towels seemed very old, there was mold on in the corners of bathroom. -The balcony is kind of shared - separated with some sort of curtain from the other part that belongs to the room next to. - no glasses in the room Basically its a flat where you rent one of rooms and get access to one of toilets outside of it. Walls are quite thin, so without music on, you wont feel very comfy.

The owner was helpful and the view in the night was great. You are in 10 minutes in the old town of Cagliari.

The location is a bit far from the center (considering that Cagliari is a city with many hills). But public transport is close.

It was very easy and convenient to find the place and get over there. The host was very welcoming and explained and showed everything. Our room was clean, we especially enjoyed the night view of the city. Parking was very convenient, right in front of the building, it's free street parking. The host lives there and offers several rooms for rent. A spacious private bathroom was included in our rate.

Everything was pretty much OK, no big issues, except the kitchen, it was not operational after 8 pm, I guess. However, we could easily use the fridge to keep our groceries inside there.

Everything was clean and there was a very nice view from balcony. Distance to city centre was acceptable. Very good quality to price ratio.

Private bathroom was outside the room and there was no information about it at booking site. Also you need to wait long time for warm water.

It’s not a very large room, if you’re a couple could be quite narrow

We had a great stay in Panorama Cagliari (the view is really beautiful). Our room was clean and cosy, we had our own bathroom and I have to say event if we didn't try it I liked the system of booking meals;) Of course the owner is very nice and helpful- he shared us his garage so that we could keep our bikes in a safe place. Thanks!
