“ABASTOS” es un apartamento decorado con gran cuidado y mucho estilo, proporcionando todas las comodidades. Espectacular suelo de parquet. Posee tres dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño.
Está situado junto al Mercado de Abastos.
La entrada tiene acceso directo al comedor que es amplio y luminoso. Posee una gran mesa con 6 sillas con capacidad para 8 personas.
Tiene un sofá doble y dos butacas. Dispone de T.V., DVD y equipo de música.
A través de una gran cristalera se ve la cocina, amplia y equipada con horno, microondas, vitroceramica, frigorífico con congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, campana extractora de humos, y hervidor de agua (kettel). Tiene una mesa con 4 sillas.
El dormitorio principal es muy amplio, con zona de tocador y un ventanal que da al patio de luces, cuenta con unos hilos para poder tender.
La cama es de matrimonio, de 150x200cm. Hay un cuarto de baño integrado en la propia habitación, con bañera, dos lavabos, WC y bidé.
El segundo dormitorio es doble, con una cama de matrimonio de 135x200cm.
Y el tercero tiene dos camas individuales.
Los tres dormitorios tienen amplios armarios con puertas correderas.
En el pasillo también hay un gran armario con mucha capacidad y es donde se encuentra el termo eléctrico, un tendedero auxiliar, la plancha y tabla de planchar. También hay aspirador y varios ventiladores.

A 10 minutos andando desde la estación del AVE Joaquín Sorolla.

The property itself was overall nice but we had issues with the host upon check-in. She tried to collect extra fees upon check-in that were not disclosed in the Vrbo listing. After arguing with her for a while I finally had to call Vrbo to settle the issue which they did. This is the first time we’ve had this happen after staying in multiple vacation rentals. Other then that it was a decent property. It was spacious and all the appliances worked well, especially the washer/dryer. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance but most of the main attractions required short taxi rides.

We had a good stay. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk to the historic center. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good amount of space to stretch out for a group of 4.

We had an excellent stay at Dulce's apartment in Valencia. This is a large flat with plenty of room for our multi generational family which included two people 80+. This apartment is on the first floor and there is an elevator. The flat is much larger than the photos make it look. The master bedroom is huge with an en suite, plenty of closet storage/drawers, comfortable queen bed, and an AC wall unit. There are two other bedrooms (one with two singles and the other with a queen bed) that are comfortable and have fans only. The very large living room and formal dining room have an AC that keeps the space very comfortable. We enjoyed watching TV, Netflix and DVD movies. Communicating with the host was easy and very good. She was very accommodating of our request to arrive early. We had an excellent stay and would recommend this space to others.

Great location, with nice restaurants in the surroundings, walking distance to the historic Center.
The apartment was great for our family (6 adults and one child), we could cook, wash our clothes and just stay comfortable at the apartment.
I would definitely recommend the place and the services of Dulce.

We were pleased with everything being super clean. The pictures are accurate. If you have a group make sure to pick bedrooms beforehand. The amenities provided were adequate. The shutters for noise came in handy since it was Las Fallas and fireworks were going off all the time. I. Would stay there again.

Communication with the property owner/manager was very good. The property is nice, clean and spacious. We had issues with the wifi and hot water heater but they were resolved immediately. This was our first visit to Valencia. There were no issues with the location, but it wasn’t convenient to anywhere we wanted to visit. Taxis were readily available And everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. The building is under construction, which begins promptly at 8am. They were extremely loud. The walls are super thin, we could hear the lady next door coughing all day and night. The lift did not work but the stairs were manageable even with all of our luggage. All of these were minor inconveniences that we were happy to contend with because we felt safe and comfortable.

Great place,Great neighborhood however the lobby and elevator was under construction. The noise level from the jack hammers sometimes running into evenings were a bit ....😳! The kitchen plumbing had leaks even though it was fixed by the handyman it was not permanently fixed. The manager was attentive to our needs so i highly reccomend this beatiful apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in this large comfortable apartment, big enough for a family or 2 couples. Systems and equipment worked well, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Dulce helped us with a taxi to the airport and a driver who assisted us with our luggage. Wonderful crepe restaurant on the same block. Chain grocery stores nearby. The apartment is located outsider the center of town, the tourist sites, department stores and the cool places to eat and drink. But taxis are cheap and readily available. We often walked and it was about 25 to 30 mintues to get to the center. You will get your steps in, as we did! We had a lovely stay.

Nice location just outside historic centre but easily walkable to all site. On main road but no noise at night. Lovely cafe nearby ‘Vitality’ for morning coffee and pastries.

A lovely appartment big enough for our family of 6. Good beds, 2 bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen. A nice neighbourhood, close to the busstop and trainstation. Contact with Dulce was very nice. We would love to come again!

Apartment was exactly as listed. We are full-time travelers so appreciate well-stocked kitchens. Located on a busy street, but double paned windows kept it quiet. Walls however are very thin so you get to know your neighbors well! Location is a 15 minute walk to Nord train station and Old Town area. Lots of grocery stores, bars and cafes with a 5 minute walk. Tons of storage for long stays. Overall we were very pleased with this rental!

My husband and I had the good fortune to stay for several weeks in this spacious and comfortable Abastos apartment while we explored the beautiful and interesting city of Valencia. It is well located close to the historical center of the city and easily walkable within 20 minutes. The apartment has Spanish charm and is well equipped for your daily needs. The host, Dulce was very responsive to our inquiries and request for a few kitchen items to make our stay more comfortable. Dulce was gracious enough to arrange for cabs to and from the airport for ourselves and friends who joined us for a few days. All in all a very pleasant and most welcoming apartment while in Valencia.

The area is a bit away from Centro but lots of cafes and restaurants all around. If you care to walk you can get yo the Centre by walking straight down the street for about 18 minutes and it's all there. Apartment is lovely and pretty much as shown. Perhaps a little older and worn but clean for sure. Only real disappointment for us was the listing said cable/satellite but nope! And not one English Channel. This ok if that it what listing shows. However still enjoyed this lovely apartment. Make sure you buy paper towels and extra toilet paper!

The apartment was well presented and spotlessly clean, the host was very accommodating as we were not due to arrive until after midnight. We were delayed until 3 in the morning but she had arranged for the taxi driver to have the keys and meet us at arrivals which made the transfer much easier and far less stressful.
The apartment is on the edge of the old town but surrounded by many cafes and restaurants but still within a 20 minute stroll into the center and only a 15minute Metro trip to the beach.
I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit the city as it is in easy reach of all the transport links

The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults and a 2 1/2-year old child. It has everything we needed and the washer/dryer was a big help as we've had to do laundry a lot of times as it was overly hot at the time we were in Valencia. So, a lot of showers and changes of clothing. Dulce, the owner, was very accommodating of all our requests and so very easy to deal with. She is always quick in responding and communication with her went very smoothly. The location of the apartment was perfect. There were a lot of highly-rated and wonderful restaurants around which we tried out. I cannot say anything negative about the place. We would stay in it again next time we come back in Valencia.

The property is great for a family. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Very clean. Easy to access a cab and transportation. Not very close to amenities. Lots of walking required and can be disorienting because requires walking and figuring out directions. Decor is as shown in photos. Somewhat dated.

Never has a trip been more easy and perfect!
I can't find one thing that faults this whole process. Not only was the apartment perfect for us, but the lead up to staying was also dealt with brilliantly. Dulce was amazing and was always there to answer any questions or queries I had. The apartment was lovely, spacious and in the best location with easy access to the centre. Not only did Dulce help with the stay, but also sorted taxis from the airport for us and provided additional useful information about staying. Thank you so much! Would love to stay again someday.

This is a great property for a good rate! It was clean, well decorated, close to many things like restaurants, grocery stores and walking distance to the tourist areas. Better yet the host, Dulce, was very friendly and even managed to help us collect something we left behind (and were in a different city). I would easily recommend this to another traveler.

Comfortable stay
We enjoyed our quick visit to Valencia. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. Owner was responsive and helpful. Not right in the center of things but there were plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and key sights were very walkable. Hope to visit again someday!

Gorgeous, comfortable apartment
This is really one of the very nicest apartments we've ever stayed in, and we've been to many lovely places. The design, the furnishings, appliances, and lighting ~ it's all well thought out and perfect. And even though you're on a busy street the triple glazing on the front windows blocks out all noise. We found very nice restaurants in the area, plus casual bars that must be wonderful in warm weather. All communication with Dulce was fast and positive. Rent with confidence ~ it's a great place!

Old but functional.
Kitchen was kind of a mess of leftover food, rusted dishwasher and old pots and pans. Most appliances in the flat seemed really old but functional. Otherwise pretty decent. Close to the city centre, metro and bus station. About an hour to the beach by bus.

Comfortable and Spacious
We enjoyed being in this home like comfortable condo. In the 9 days we stayed, we became part of the neighborhood. Easy walk to fruit stands and grocery stores as well as bus stops.

Although located on a busy street the bedrooms are in back and quiet. You only have to walk a block and a half to great restaurants, fun music and wonderful sidewalk bocaterias. Grocery stores are close as well and we had fun cooking with local ingredients one night. The international selection of restaurants nearby surprised us. Such a fun. A perfect area for 2 couples to explore. We walked everywhere from the apartment with ease and took the metro to Malvarosa Beach which was 35 minutes away. The metro was only 5 minutes walk and super easy. We didn't figure out the bus stop so nothing to share there but other reviews say it's easy too. Dulce was great. So responsive and helpful, even when we mixed up our arrival time. She took care of everything and got us a taxi directly to the apartment despite my error on the flight. The apartment was cozy and we enjoyed our relaxation time there with our own little happy hour each day with items from the Mercado Central. Thanks to Dulce for some great recommendations of restaurants and things to do. Don't miss L'Oceanographica!
