We traveled to Chatham for a wedding weekend and needed a place that could accommodate all six of us (parents + 4 adult children). The house and property are really lovely and truly have every fun thing a family could want, from bikes to games to beach gear. There's even a hammock! The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to prepare & serve a meal. It's a little far to walk into town, but everything is still so close.
Do not follow my lead and leave reading the Welcome Packet to the day you arrive. I had to scramble to rent sheets and towels! Shout out to Chatham Concierge, who was incredibly responsive and pleasant. I understand now that this is common practice for VRBOs on the Cape, but when I have done prior home shares the sheets and towels were included. My fault for not reading the comprehensive materials timely: this info was right there in the Welcome Packet.
The only thing that doesn't sit well and I still have to figure out is that the prices listed by the owners don't match the charges by VRBO - there's a $400 difference. This is certainly a VRBO problem (not the owners) and I will take it up with them.
The upshot is that Michelle and Phil provide a beautiful and comfortable home away from home, and you will be delighted with your stay.

We absolutely loved our summer family vacation at this charming house! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The spacious layout was perfect for our family (the finished basement was such a huge bonus!), providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We can't say enough about how clean, cozy & inviting this home is.
We definitely enjoyed the private patio & backyard area (with a great outdoor shower!). The location was fantastic- neighborhood is friendly & safe, close to the beaches, local shops, etc...
The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a cape vacation! We can't wait to come back next summer!

This property was awesome. We loved it. The owners thought of everything. From a well stocked kitchen to toys galore. The swing was a big hit as was the lower level toy room. And...the flight path from the small Chatham airport brought the small planes over the yard. Our grandsons absolutely loved this, they ran outside to wave every time they heard one coming. This wasn't that often, so readers, don't worry about noise. Great house, very comfortable, don't hesitate to stay here. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Michelle.

We just stayed in this beautiful home for 2 weeks and it was such a wonderful experience. It is by FAR the best home we have stayed in on VRBO. This house is in a perfect location, is immaculately clean, beds are super comfortable, has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, has beach chars, bikes, toys for the kids... really really lovely. The owners are warm and welcoming... my family loved this home!

We loved this place. It was well-appointed for kids with plenty of toys, books, and an adorable bunk-bed room. The outdoor shower was delightful. The house was clean and decorated beautifully, and the beds were comfortable. The house was walking distance from some restaurants and a short drive to downtown Chatham and several beaches. Would highly recommend.

After reading all the reviews, I was confident about this house but expected a few negatives...Didn't find one! This is a GREAT HOUSE. Beds were great, kitchen was fully stocked and everything seemed updated or brand new from the decor to the brand new poker set (my boys enjoyed immensely!). Highly recommend if you come to the Cape!

There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The 2 main bedrooms are spacious with ample closet space. We enjoyed playing games in the living room with the extra large couch. The backyard and grill was perfect for outdoor dining. The garage was filled with anything you could possibly need for the beach. Easy driving to Main Street Chatham and Ridgevale beach. Would definitely stay again!! The home was fully equipped with all of the conveniences you would need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.

Great location and the house had everything you could ever think of! We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and loved the outside shower. The pack and play and high chair made traveling with our 6 month old very easy and our older son loved the toys and books! Overall it was a great stay!

Great location, clean house, well kept. No issues at all. The only exception is that linens are not provided which we read about in the welcome packet but unique to us to see that but understand it’s common for this area

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is a nice little private backyard and the kids loved the swing. There were so many toys for my children it was great, especially on a rainy day. Close to the beach which was a plus. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here! It is decorated so nice and the rooms are bigger than the pictures. Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. We were attending a wedding in Harwichport and the location was perfect. We also got to enjoy spending a little time visiting Chatham Bars Inn and the Lighthouse. Main Street is right around the corner too. Hope to come back and stay another time!!!

It was a perfect place to hang out as our home base, the open living/ kitchen was great for the group. Quiet street with easy parking. Instructions were clear in the paperwork.

Spent 2 nights there for a wedding in Chatham. Great amenities for the beach…outdoor shower was great and close to town and beach. Plenty of dining options nearby. Would rent again :) Just bring your sheets and towels and make yourself home :)

We had a wonderful stay! The property is even nicer then pictured on VRBO. It is extremely clean and comfortable and you can tell it was newly renovated. The couch and fireplace in the living room were really comfortable for a movie night. The bedrooms are all pretty and comfortable. The vrbo is right near a number of shops and restaurants and about two miles from downtown Chatham. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful rental However not apparent you have to rent your own bed linens and towels. We found this out the day before arrival and ended up having to pack sheets and towels. Would have been an exorbitant fee for just an2 nignt rental. We were in Cape Cod for a wedding

Fun4 days with family and friends, house was beautiful , well decorated, kitchen well stocked, patio and yard and fabulous for hanging out. I did miss in the info that they don’t provide linens/towels . Ocean state job lot is around the corner for any last minute needs. Would recommend for family /group!!

This property is ideal for a small group of friends or a family. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the large lawn and outdoor spaces. There were more than enough beach chairs,toys and coolers. The proximity to the beaches was wonderful as well. We would definitely return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Cottage was beautiful and has everything we needed (including kids toys, a hammock and rope swing which the kids loved!). Short drive to several great beaches and downtown Chatham. Also walking distance to some restaurants and ice cream. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be coming back!

This house was perfect in every way. The communication between us and the owners as well as their very through check in guide was amazing. We stayed here for our family wedding at Wychmere, which was a quick 8-10 minute drive down the street. The house was very comfortable and super cute. I would highly recommend this property!!!

My sister, daughter and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect for the three of us. It was comfortable, clean, and had a relaxed feel. My daughter absolutely loved all of the toys (especially the Spider-Man bike!), outdoor tree wing, and bunk bed. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower - so relaxing! This house is close to everything you want to enjoy in Chatham, which made traveling with a 4-year-old a lot easier. We definitely plan to stay again next year 😊

Michelle and Phil have thought of everything to insure a delightful beach vacation, even during a snowy February. The house is perfect--in a quiet neighborhood, thoughtfully decorated and uncluttered. Words like open space, natural light, calm seaside colors of neutrals and blues, and relaxed and unfussy describe the interior. The kitchen is nicely laid out for cooking, and the flow of rooms make it easy to spread out or curl up and relax in front of the main room’s gas log fire, which is a huge plus in the off-season. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the hosts have thought of every amenity. We explored the many restaurants close by—all had take-out –and we enjoyed delicious locally sourced seafood every day. Most of all, Michelle and Phil are gracious and accommodating hosts, and make you feel at home in their home.

As others have said, this place is much nicer than the photos show. The home was recently renovated to create light-filled, open common areas and good size bedrooms. Everything was excellent quality. Phil and Michelle generously stocked their home with everything they thought was needed, and if we asked about something else, they immediately took care of it. The location is lovely and convenient, with a large rear garden and patio, on a quiet cul de sac close to Rt 28, about 1 mile or so from Ridgevale and Hardings beaches, near shops and just a few miles to downtown Chatham. Phil and Michelle were a delight to work with. We will be back!

Michelle and Phil’s home was amazing! It’s impeccably decorated, clean, and has every amenity you can think of. It was also very kid friendly- which was great for our 10 month old. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The house and yard is very well maintained and very clean. It was just the right size for the 6 of us. We were there for the weekend to attend a wedding in Harwich. The location was ideal for the places we had to go, my only regret is that we didn't get to spend more time at the house. It was a very busy weekend! We would definitely look into renting this house again in the future.

Had a lovely week at this property. Had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Comfy beds, great sofa in lounge, TV everywhere. Just perfect for me, my daughter and her 18 yr. old twins ,who I have vacationed with since they were small. One of a very few of our favorite places to stay. Try it you will like it.!

We absolutely loved staying in this home! The house is beautiful and was so clean upon arrival. There is a sizable backyard with a hammock. My kids loved running around the yard and all of the amazing toys and beach activities. The basement was a huge hit, especially on our rainy days. This is a fantastic place to stay, even better for families with kids due to the incredible amenities!
