The condo was perfect for our stay in Keystone. It was super clean and comfortable. We have stayed in many condos thru VRBO, and it’s not always that the unit is so well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had everything you need from dishes to appliances, and all very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and personal hygiene items. The convenience of the garage being just an elevator ride away was super. The view from the balcony is awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The condo itself was very nice. It was clean and well equipped with amenities. It was quiet and had a wonderful view of the mountains. Having 2 bathrooms was great also. Doesn't seem like much but if you have to go while someone is in the shower, it's huge. The entrance to the lower garage was not clear because there is a new building being built next to it and you have to drive through a tiny amount of construction. For this specific unit, use the first elevator that you come to after you enter the parking garage. They have luggage carts which help a LOT. I have 2 complaints that are of NO fault of the condo owners or the rental agency. One: They can't seem to fix the elevator. If you are on the 5th floor it matters. They reset it a few times while we were there to get it working again, but not a permanent fix. I got a message a week prior that the elevator wasn't working. Maybe they couldn't get a technician out there in the last couple weeks to take a look at it. Who knows. Keep in mind, all the condos in the building are worth $650,000 or more. Some in the millions. Second, they built this particular condo without air conditioning. I have no idea if others do or do not have air conditioning, but I suspect they do not. Seems like poor planning on the developers part. The pilot light on the gas fireplace alone will heat the room up. Then factor in this is on the 5th floor it makes it even hotter. Luckily the owners had a couple box fans available to use. But as someone who sleeps hot, I slept like **** the 3 nights we were there. This is NOT a reflection on the individual condo. I believe the entire building is this way. So if you are staying in the summer, keep that in mind. I am normally not critical of the places I stay because I know that hurts them, but this isn't about the owners or the individual condo. It's more about the entire building and what it is lacking. Also, their web based app should include the ability to message them directly.

Overall, this stay was as described, and is conveniently located near Keystone village. It is worth noting that there is 1 elevator serving this building, and it becomes VERY busy during peak times, meaning you may wait up to 10 minutes to use it. More so, the placement of the stairs does not make using them particularly intuitive or easy. Lastly, we were a bit turned off at the $15/hour fee for early or late check in/out requests, particularly since the agent asks you to notify them if you plan to leave before the stated checkout time, though they do not offer to compensate you. That being said, we do recommend this stay for the location convenience and amenities.

The morning after we arrived we realized there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower. I contacted the property management group right away to inform them and was told someone would be out to fix it soon. The next day, when we arrived back for the evening, we could tell someone had been there because lights were left on and some of our personal belongings in the bathroom were disrespectfully thrown to and left on the floor. However, there was still no hot water. I received a text the NEXT day that someone would be coming out that day - by 6pm I had to ask what time because no one had shown up still. Finally, around 8pm on the evening before we were departing someone showed up to fix the shower that we no longer needed. It was very disappointing the way it was handled. Granted we did have a second shower, but when you're paying more for a place with 2 full bathrooms to support three adults, you expect it to work or at least be taken care of with some urgency.
Other than that, this unit was clean and the check in process was not hard. The location is good - walking distance to the gondola and bars/restaurants/shops.

Cute, clean condo with a large master bedroom and a lovely view. Good size for 2 people, but would feel pretty crowded with 4 adults. We did not use the Murphy bed, since the space would have been extremely cramped and we would have needed to find room for the dining set. The king bed, though, was very comfortable! Great view of the mountain, although the patio area is tiny. Hallways of the complex are dark and give an "old" vibe, but we appreciated the quiet, and enjoyed using the hot tub and playing foosball in the lobby. The kitchen was great for cooking up a yummy dinner, and check-in was extremely easy. All in all, a decent stay at a good price for the area.

This condo is located on the top floor with unobstructed views towards the continental divide. Although a very quiet and peaceful setting, this condo is easy walking distance to Keystone’s River Run base area. This large one bedroom was perfect for two and can accommodate four via the Murphy bed in the dining area. This unit is older and shows some wear but overall was a comfy place to stay! The property management company was super responsive and friendly - even during off hours.

My wife and I rented this condo for weekend ski getaway in Keystone, and it did not disappoint. It was exactly as advertised. Cozy, well-appointed and comfortable, within easy walking distance from the gondola and the village. Communication with the rental office was also very easy. Parking was ample and the place was quiet at night. The only downside was that the elevator was very slow and we were on the 5th floor. However, that was a minor inconvenience—we actually prefer to take the stairs! We’ll be back if the place is available for future trips to Keystone.

Summit county mountain rentals always provides a nice place to stay every time I use them. Redhawk lodge was a great place to spend 4 days on the mountain. I rented this solo so it was perfect for me and I had more than enough room for my stuff. The kitchen seemed to be stocked well and even had salt and pepper and a few other spices. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a affordable place close to the slopes.

It had everything that we needed and have come to expect on our stays with Summit County Mountain Retreats, that starts with easy self-serve picking up keys on the way into Keystone to set the tone for a great stay.. Our only "complaint" this stay is it is more difficult to get to the restaurants in River Run Village with the starting adjacent construction project, but that is not the end of the world. The condo is beautiful and mostly well appointed. Little hiccups like no oven mitts and took us 10 minutes to find a cutting board because it was stored under the sink next to the trash can (yuck). Technology was a decade + old. Wished we had brought our Bluetooth speaker. Then it was bedtime and I regretted booking the condo. The bed was so overly fluffy that I had the worst nights sleep I’ve had in years (and I have a baby, so that’s saying a lot).

This condo was a bit crowded with four people, mainly because there were lots of pieces of furniture that had to be moved around to get the pull-out and murphy bed out. A great place to stay! There's a beautiful view up the valley and the center of Red Hawk Lodge area. There is some construction going on close by which did not deter from the experience. The accommodations were very nice, my son slept in the trundle bed and loved it! The master bdrm. was very nice comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was more than adequate (we made breakfasts and dinners there). Unfortunately, because of the time of the year some of the village shops/restaurants were closed but there is so much to do it did not matter as this time of year the resort is quiet, but honestly it was what we wanted. Keystone is the hub to so many other resorts we traveled to everyday but came back to Keystone. I would highly recommend the condo and the Keystone area.

Entire property was Very well maintained (pool and other common areas very clean) Management company was very helpful. Enjoyed the quiet less busy location of the property at the end of the Keystone resort area. Condo had all the extra touches (humidifiers, fans, iron, cleaning supplies, luggage carts, pool towels etc) that makes for a very enjoyable stay. The Snake River and walking path along it directly behind the property was an extra bonus.

Very cute spot. We didn't care for the construction going on and we weren't close to any shops or eating places really. It was odd not having air-conditioning but the fans and windows helped alot.
