Lack of sound proofing in the room. Too much noises coming from unit above, hallway, and stairway.

The hotel was an incredible value for money with superb facilities, staff and the wonderful food! Our best meal in the Phillipines was the evening meal, and the breakfast - OMG! What a super selection. The manager Aggie was very attentive, and the rest of the staff were so well trained and very polite. The pool was pristine and we enjoyed the day while waiting for our departing flight that evening. Definitely stay here if you want to be near(ish) airport. They even arranged a Grab car for us. Well done!

We liked the pretty lobby and the staff that are very approachable and friendly. We also liked that the place isnt crowded.

Breakfast offers, Veranda staff not that attentive to bust out plates and not that welcoming. Rooms are not so sound proof as outside noise u can hear it too loudly.

Wir hatten das Hotel ausgewählt wegen seiner Nähe zum internationalem Flughafen Manila (wir hatten einen frühen Abflug) und der Angabe, es würden Flughafen-Transfers angeboten. Als wir Abends ankamen, wurde uns gesagt, es müsse erst geprüft werden, ob ein Fahrer überhaupt verfügbar sei. Nach langen Diskussionen wurde unser Transfer dann endlich bestätigt. Aber wir müssen verhältnismäßig viel Geld dafür zahlen: 1.500 Peso. Die Aussagen, wie lange wir zum Terminal brauchen, waren völlig falsch und widersprüchlich. Wodurch wir viel zu früh auf dem Flughafen waren - nicht sonderlich schlimm, aber guter Service sieht anders aus. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war fürchterlich, tote, große Insekten lagen rum, die Air-Condition war sehr, sehr laut - kurzum: wir hatten keine gute Nacht.
