The hotel is located far away from the Old Hanoi City and the surroundings is quite and nice. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and comfortable.

Superb facilities - the sauna is magical, go and see for yourself, a real hidden gem! Pool was lovely too, nice coffee/bar. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing, it was sensational! Grab cars couldn't seem to find the front entrance so either call one to Highlands coffee nearby or ask reception to call a taxi.

Breakfast was more than expected!

Spread was good, clean, and tasty.

The shower in the room was terrible. we had to stand in the bathtub to have shower and the floor was flooded after the shower. Really bad bathtub installation!

Mandala is a hidden gem, it exceeding all my expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they all go above and beyond their duties - the reception staff Nguyen Thu Nhung, Nguyen Chung Hieu and the Manager Nguyen Kien Cuong were lovely and hospitable. The facilities are exceptional, especially the sauna and the infinity pool. The buffet is great too!

The only downside to my whole time there was the F&B Manager, he was a grump and totally not children friendly. He would look at my toddler with littler tolerance. We also organised a surprise birthday party for my husband, all the staff were so helpful and then the day before the actual party he went and told my husband everything!!!! Totally killed the mood.

All staffs are kinds and have passion.
