The location of the property was perfect for my requirements, room size was good but thats all

I booked this room as it was advertised as a suite with a kitchen with oven + kitchen facilities + equipment, It had kitchen work tops but no cooking equipment, only a fridge and kettle.... no oven no microwave, no crockery or cutlery. Fridge was dirthy and mouldy. I only booked this room as i was in Turkey having dental implants so I wanted cooking facilities so that i didnt have to leave the room and eat out if i was not feeling up to it.... very disapointed as your listing states it has all the above! Also the general state of the room was poor ..... sofa full of cigarette burns, mould in the bathroom, broken / damaged furniture, one window did not lock so during the bad weather it kept blowing open through the night.

The hotel is very close to the Ukrainian consulate, so it’s very convenient. Personnel is very kind and helpful. Also there are delicious breakfasts.

The room was rather dirty and needed in repair. At night we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Despite of the fact that the hotel was almost empty, other guests stayed next door so it was very loud and a bit scary at night.

Few good things made it worth staying 1) The very friendly and kind staff 2) cleanliness 3)The nice hotel Cafe’

Everything sums up: hotel needs a lot of maintenance. From walls to fixtures ( heater, Tv, shower holders, toilets) But one thing For sure, Staff are kind enough to move you to another room. Also the hotel has a policy of pre paying and No changes to the reservation. Like, I accidently booked for 6 nights, I tried negotiating but no success.🤷🏻‍♀️ So Be very careful about your reservation!

hotel rooms r very small....near by lot of restaurants/grocery shops, metro is far around 15min by walk....its so so hotel...not much recommended.

1-Friendly staff 2- Good A/C split unit inside the room. 3- free wifi .

They put us in a small room first night, at the second day we demand our room to be changed, they changed it at least. At the new room bathroom were stinks because of mold. AC was with different remote not the original one so we was not able to change the temperature... Long story short - worst hotel stay in my life

Location. A few really top restaurants super close (10-30 meters).

I booked it by mistake. literally 1 minute after I tried to cancel, but they didn't want it. They could cancel my booking, but they did want it. I don't like greedy people, and that was really unfair and greedy.

excellent location right in the middle of restaurants and bars in the most exclusive area of ​​Florya. the hotel is very quiet and the room is new and very clean. Excellent manager and staff in booking airport shuttle. Excellent value for money. I'll be back
