Closet was a little small, and bathroom a little too big, but that's a personal thing for me and others may disagree.

Great location, excellent rooms with lots of space and a nice seating area. Our room also had a very well equipped small kitchen, dishwasher, plates and utensils, which was excellent when travelling with family. Also, it was great to have a fireplace in the room. It is very close to the town center, bars and restaurants, within walking distance from Gondola, and at the same time very private and quiet.

the guy, who I think cleaned the place before my arrival, knocked on my door about 4:25p not identifying who he was said he left something in the room and if he could just come in and get it as he started forcing his way in. I closed the door on him abruptly, as I had no idea who this guy was or what he was going to do if he got into my room. I latched the safety latch and opened the door again to get more info about who he was and what he had left behind. he left a bag of what I think was cleaning supplies, but told him you don’t just walk into someone’s room, especially a woman’s. He apologized as if I was the one who overreacted. Again, it just looked like some shady guy was trying to help himself into my room to do God knows what. The bed was not very comfortable nor were the pillows. So sleep was not the greatest but not the worst. Walls were very thin, I could hear the entire conversation, I put some white noise on and was able to tune it out. Or at least had a more interesting conversation!

Location was great! Very close to Gondola and all shops. Room itself was awesome. Had all the amenities I was looking for. Being that we went in the winter to snowboard, the fireplace and jetted tub was a must. Would most definitely return.

My only complaint is the bed. There was a squeak with every move made; however, everything else was wonderful.

Very cozy and clean 2br apartment. Was great for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped. The best part is the location - steps away from heavenly village and gondola, shops and restaurants.

Overall our stay was great, but if I have to choose, I wish there was a designated storage area for skis/boots (the property manager did offer some space they had after we asked - very good service!) Also, I wish the bath towels were larger, but again - everything else was very very good!

Great place to stay, clean, easy to access, very roomy, had small kitchen perfect for making breakfast in the morning. Was super close to Heavenly Village to walk to the ski gondola and shops for dinner.

We love that the property was so close to everything: beach, casinos, shopping, etc. We also loved that it was gated. We felt a little more secure with little ones around. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be staying again.

We can’t say there was anything we didn’t like.
