Great host, extremely helpful communicated with us promptly. We loved the property and location to fun things to do in Key West!

The property had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast on the porch worked well for us. First time to the Keys... Mitch was quick to respond to all our questions. All in all a great stay.

We spent a long weekend with family, during a tropical storm. Check in was so simple, the rental is in a secluded spot but still close to restaurants and activities. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful, they arrived bright and early the morning after the storm to be sure all was ok We enjoyed the pool and kayaking just steps from the back door. Would definitely stay here again

Mitch was a great host! I was able to ship amazon products to the house prior to arrival, which was super convenient! We had a broken chair on balcony, he replaced it within minutes. Half of our party was in Key West proper with the key to the house and the other half smelly from a day of fishing, and when I asked Mitch if he could open the door for us, it was done in minutes! The weather was breezy and only 75, Mitch took it upon himself to raise the pool temp. so we could at least enjoy some warmth. Great stay. Will highly recommend.

We had a great stay, the details and communication leading up were thorough. Mitch was great with details of location and check in process. Upon arrival we met Richie the caretaker, he was also most helpful offering anything if needed. The yellow house was very clean and exactly what we needed the Pool was an added bonus to the stay. We met Lu on our last day and was able to view other houses on property and all of the are great! We would love to come back to this location.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Property manager/owner was great. Had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and other things to do ( guides for fishing and kayaking were wonderful!). Convenient location to get to Key West and also the Keys to the north that we wanted to visit. We did minimal cooking, but kitchen seemed to be well equipped. Lots of things to do right on the property, but since it was our first trip to the keys we didn’t take advantage of the games or pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the week.

Did some boating which was awesome. Snorkeling at end of dock. There was a lot of fish.

The home was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable! (Would like to know what brand it is) Property manager was a lot of help with home & boat rental. The couch in living room is showing signs of wear and some of the sections of the sliding glass door blinds were broken but overall everything was fine. Access to the water was easy to get to. The pool looked nice but did not use because it was too cold. Some family members wanted tvs in the bedrooms but I thought the large screen in living room was fine. It was a very pleasant stay despite the cold! Would definitely stay there again!

Great location - near enough to restaurants, stores, and Key West but far enough away for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Right near the water - the property has it’s own dock and the property owner rents boats, which made our trip perfect. The house itself was appropriately furnished and very comfortable for a group of six adults. Excellent property - highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this property. Smelled clean and fresh as soon as we walked in. Amazing views and a wonderful private pool. Well stocked with essentials but stores were close by to get other supplies. Owner was awesome especially when we needed the heat turned on for the pool!

House was clean, cold AC, owner was super friendly and helpful. The ocean view/access was great! The kayak use that was included was awesome! Pool was the highlight for my kids! We swam daily ….pool is bigger then it looks in the picture. It was nice being close to key west. You can walk to the party store, literally right next door….the property is very private. Palms and banana trees give it a real tropical feel. Boat launches were super close on the gulf and ocean side. We will definitely be back

This was our second time to stay on Cudjoe Key and our first time to stay in the Yellow House. Despite the sargassum that Tropical Storm Alex brought in, the unit was perfect for fishing, snorkeling, and kayaking. Situated next to two other "sister properties", this would be a near perfect set up for large groups or for three families to rent out the entire "compound!" Pros: - Location, only about a 25 minute drive into the heart of Key West. - Spacious house for our family of 5. - The plunge pool was bigger than we expected and the kids LOVED having the pool to themselves. - Despite being the unit farthest from the ocean, the view from the balcony was beautiful and was a very quick walk down a pathway to the dock. - The home was clean and had many "extras" you'd expect from a rental in this price range, such as a smart TV, box fans, hammocks, outdoor furniture, outdoor fridge, etc. - We were thrilled to have access to plenty of kayaks during our stay. - The dock is perfect for fishing. - The house came well stocked with laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. There was plenty of each that lasted our family of five for the entire week! - Large bedroom closets, with hangers and plenty of space for luggage. - The AC worked well and kept the unit cool throughout the trip. - Fat Albert is just across the street! If your family is like ours and is obsessed with the adorable blimp, this scores major bonus points. lol. - Mitch and his son were very helpful and communicative during our stay. Cons: - The unit is just off of Hwy 1 so we could clearly hear the road noise. Although we got used to it by the end of the trip, this wasn't something we expected. If you're a light sleeper, or don't want to hear road noise when you're relaxing outside, then you might want to take this into consideration. - As a larger size family, we regularly cook when on vacation. The oven didn't heat to temperature, by about half. The kitchen was also a bit understocked from what we are used to in units that offer "fully stocked" kitchens. So we ended up buying several essentials, such as food storage, and also threw out quite a bit of food since we couldn't cook it in the oven and had to go out to eat. Overall, despite a few hiccups, this was a great unit and we would love to return in the future with a large group!

This property was absolutely beautiful. We had the best vacation with our very large family that rented 2 houses. We will be back. Mitch thank you for having all of us stay here, you were always available for anything we needed.

Mitch, the property manager, was the most helpful and accommodating guy. The home was wonderful, the private pool was very nice, as was the dock to fish from. Mitch was helpful about the best places to fish and to find lobster, we even rented a boat from him. The house itself was comfortable and well stocked. I’d give to the place 5 stars.

The cabin was very clean and the views from the deck were beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the hammock below the house. It was a perfect location for our spring break.

The house was great, the view was beautiful. The perfect place to chill and disconnect. Key West is just a short drive. This house is my favorite that I have stayed at in the keys. Mitch was the perfect host we hope to see him next year.

This was a fabulous set-up for our family of four with a 1 year old toddler. The house was spacious with a great deck, plenty of space underneath to relax and a decent pool to play around in. The dock was perfect for jet skis, kayaks and even a pontoon boat. The chairs provide for a lovely view of the water and wildlife. It is a secluded spot so you don't have to deal with lots of traffic on the road into the property. It is conveniently located and a nice drive into Key West. The beds were firm and there were plenty of pillows and bedding. We would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay in the yellow house owned by Mitch on Cudjoe Key. Mitch was very helpful, attended to all our needs- even turned up the temperature in our private pool. Very clean- definitely would go back and highly recommend

We absolutely loved the location, couldn't ask for better. The beds were super comfortable and a view of the water, what more could you ask. The internet service was poor...we figured cause it was the busiest week of the year.

Great location. Kids loved the pool. Enjoyed the ease of the pontoon rental option. Mitch was helpful throughout the trip.
