We had a great time during our stay from Aug 21-28. The house is newly built, luxurious with all modern high-end equipment and has the best views in Waterville Valley (we go there almost annually). The house was big enough for the kids and parents to spread around the house and everyone enjoyed it. Lori was very nice and prompt in answering any questions we had. There were even mountain bikes for our use. From the fireplace to the ping pong table to the breathtaking views of the mountains, this was an awesome house to stay for a memorable stay.

Lori was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. Fabulous kitchen, gorgeous views, and great gathering spaces. Loved the hot tub and ping pong. Even has a lovely cozy space for remote work. Easy access to hiking, tennis and golf. Had such a great time. Thanks so much for having us!

This place turned out to be a real life VRBO commercial. The property is amazing and the view from the deck is extraordinary. Our group split off by ages and we’re using all parts of the house at certain points. Sitting on the deck, playing table tennis, using the hot tub, cooking, mixing drinks. We were wondering if we would get our monies worth and we most certainly did. I was told be neighbors the house had the best view in the valley. Our younger ones were scootering all over the area near the house and anyone they came into contact was considerate and kind to them. It’s a high end place with very limited reason to leave the house. It when you do the town square is close and easy. I definitely would recommend. The owner was in contact and responsive as well.

This home was the perfect setting for our annual summer camp reunion. Lori's home is beautiful, comfortable, clean, with absolutely stunning views!

The property is very nice and the views are spectacular. We played golf and loved the hot tub outside! The open floor plan works great for interacting with family. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful family reunion in Waterville Valley. Our first get- together since COVID. The house was perfect: large kitchen and family room that accommodated all 10 of us quite easily. The views are amazing and owners were very responsive. House is well stocked for cooking (including gas grill) and is close to trails and Franconia Notch. Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Waterville valley is a beautiful area and this house lets you enjoy that beauty in so many ways. It is on a quiet street close to the Athletic Center and close to the town square so it is an easy drive or even walk if you can pull yourself away from this cozy home. We could have soaked in the views of the mountains all day from the living room or deck. We had one rainy day and we were just as happy sitting by the fire and watching the weather and mountains in the comfortable and inviting living space. Communication with the owners was exceptional with detailed instructions and even helpful videos. They were quick to respond with any questions even though we didn't have many because the instructions left at the house were very detailed. Overall we would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains. There is plenty of space to spread out, we had a cozy stay with 4 but it could certainly entertain more comfortably.

This house is so amazing, as are the views and amenities! While it was only the two of us, I could see how this place would be amazing for family get-togethers. Huge house and garage, but located right close to the village. Ten stars!

Wife and I went up for the weekend in October for foliage season. House is beautiful and VERY clean (probably my biggest concern with VRBO rentals at times). Well appointed and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Couldn't have a better view to enjoy any season. Lori was extremely helpful and very easy to contact and communicate with. Would absolutely rent again.

this house is beautiful, big, roomy, clean, gorges views, we had an amazing time, it looks much much nicer then the pictures online, the host was really nice and helpful, i would give it 10 stars if i hd the option!!!

This home was perfect for our summer vacation. We stayed for two straight weeks and had family rotate in and out and easily fit our party of 10. The owner's responsiveness and communication was excellent and the amenities provided were very good. Views off the back deck of the mountains and stars at night was the icing on the cake for our perfect family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. There were breathtaking views of the white mountains from house . The home was beautiful with very tasteful decorations, a well equipped kitchen and lots of space. It was perfect for 2 families with teenage kids. We used the hot tub everyday and went biking hiking and used the white mountain athletic club pool facilities. The kids loved the teen room and played ping pong. Waterville valley was a quiet friendly town and we felt that we were safe and away from crowds during this pandemic. People were wearing masks in public and the town seemed Covid conscious. We ventured out to Campton which was less than 20 min away for dinner and had great meals at restaurants there. Recommend the covered bridge restaurant and panorama six 28 with breathtaking views. Lori was a great host and very responsive. Overall we had a 5/5 stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wanted to stay in 5 star accommodations.

The property was beautiful in a prime location in Waterville Valley. The house was immaculate upon arrival and entry/check in was very easy. We stayed there with four couples and had more than enough room and privacy for each. The views from the deck and living room were incredible. We had a great time grilling dinner on the deck and cooking breakfast in the kitchen. Lori was easy to communicate with through the app/text and provided us with all the instruction we needed to operate the house. Would definitely recommend to others and would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful home in quiet community with all the amenities a family would need. We all enjoyed playing ping pong, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and everyone had plenty of space to move around easily. Kitchen had every appliance needed to make a big family breakfast and hiking and kayaking were available nearby to round out our trip. Owner was responsive and any questions/concerns were addressed and answered quickly. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Wonderful experience at this gorgeous home. Everything about the house was beautiful. The finishes/craftsmanship, the views and all the amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table and football table. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Very easy and responsive owner to work with.

We are longtime travelers to Waterville Valley. We've always stayed on property (Townsquare) but this year ventured to an off property home. Our whole group decided that this home will be our new go to. Not only did the living room/kitchen host a spacious and inviting open floor plan, but the views from the deck were spectacular. It is wonderful to have the whole family in one space enjoying this lovely home. The home provided linens, towels for bath/pool and hot tub and staples in the kitchen. The location was also ideal, just a short walk to all Waterville Valley has to offer. The owners were also extremely responsive and flexible, We will be returning! The house far exceeded our expectations. The teens loved the game room and we spent the nights enjoying the gorgeous view from the deck.

This is exactly what we were looking for! The home is beautifully located on the mountain with incredible views from the house. The house had plenty of space & great amenities! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a mountain getaway! Lori was great to work with and we would definitely stay again!!

If you’re debating where to stay, look no further! You won’t be disappointed with this property or the owner. The house is beautiful and full of high end furnishings and appliances. All rooms are well stocked so you have what you need. The view of the mountains Fall Foliage from the living room was breathtaking! The owner was easy to work with, gracious, quick to respond to questions, and gave a great dining recommendation that was just down the road. She also left lots of instructional notes throughout the home, which was helpful. The master bedroom was locked which was a little disappointing because it probably had the best views, however there was another en suite upstairs! (we chose not to stay in it since it was pretty exposed to the neighbors house and we were seeking privacy). There are plenty of bedrooms though ... we chose a lower level bedroom that was directly across from a bathroom - it had privacy & still had some view of the foliage. We also enjoyed the beautiful views in an evening and morning hot tub soak (we’d recommend making sure the water is balanced before hopping in ... the owner has all the supplies easily accessible!). We’ve already recommended this house to all our friends and have it on our list of places to return! Lori- Thanks for helping make our 25th Anniversary special!

This home is perfect for a wonderful vacation in the mountains. Our entire family had a fantastic time. The windows are designed for breathtaking views! There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a terrific and reliable, fast internet, and superb entertainment system. It is just perfect- Hoping to stay there again and again!!

This property is top-notch! The views of the mountains are breathtaking! We rented this house for a family golf tournament and everyone was so impressed. All the furnishings and appliances are high end. The place is immaculate and Lori was very easy to work with. She had very detailed directions on how to use things and reminders throughout the house. Our stay was totally seamless. We made delicious meals in the kitchen, we walked to downtown Waterville Valley to eat out for lunch and my kids played at the park down the street. We also very much enjoyed the hot tub each night and soaked in the views as much as possible. We will definitely be back soon!

Stayed here for 4 nights - Just simply an amazing home. The views are spectacular, especially at night when we could stargaze for hours right from the huge windows in the living room! The home was super clean. The kitchen was great. Kids loved the rec room (huge TV, ping pong and foosball). We'll be here again!

This home is beautiful! We stayed there as three couples and we loved each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The fireplace was great to use at night, along with the hot tub. The nicest part was actually the deck off the back. We sat there drinking coffee each morning, admiring the view, and would do the same to watch the sunset at night. We watched the Waterville July 4th fireworks from there as well. Couldn't have asked for a better view. Waterville Valley is very cute and small, but a larger grocery store is just a short 20-30 min drive away. The house is modern, with lots of amenities and activities for a family. We loved it! The house is even better than the pictures. The views were amazing and we had so much room. The house is well kept and very clean. Lori was great to work with and very responsive to every question both before and after the trip. The area is beautiful and centrally located for so many outdoor activities. Highly recommend this house, which is great for large groups!

Overall, we loved the place. Great house in a great location. Our only complaint was that it stated that there was a sauna, which it had, but it must’ve just been installed because it still had all the paperwork in it. The other listing option that want quite accurate was that it stated that we could use a local fitness club for a fee. After contacting the club, we were told that it actually wasn’t an option for us to use the facility, which included tennis courts and two pools. We would’ve certainly paid a little extra to use these amenities, if it was an option. Again, overall we loved the place. If the listing sheet matched what we could’ve actually used, it would’ve been 5 stars all around. We will consider this place in the future. -Thanks for sharing your beautiful home Lori!

We had a wonderful stay at this house, centrally located within Waterville. Stunning views of the mountains/valley and a beautiful house. We were a group of 9 people - very spacious both for sleeping and entertaining (great big well-stocked kitchen, great room and TV/game room). We had a few minor issues - and the owner was very attentive and accomodating. I would definitely rent this home again when i come back to Waterville.

Overall our experience was amazing! Lori was great about answering my texts right away. The house was beautiful. There were a few things not working quite right but nothing that effected our trip negatively. There was plenty of room and resources for 11 of us to have a fantastic weekend!
