El primer piso tiene 2 habitaciones con camas king y queen; Casa de 2 baños a pocos pasos del Golfo de San Playa de Lawrence y Cousin's Shore. La playa tiene una segunda vuelta que los niños y los perros disfrutan. El agua más cálida al norte de Virginia.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at the Park Corner cottage! It was just as wonderful as our friends had told us. The cottage was clean, equipped beyond our imagination and perfectly located to head out for day adventures or to enjoy a day at “our own” beach! It was all we hoped for and more! The host was quick to respond to questions but very few were needed as they had everything so well laid out. While it was just the two of us we easily saw that it would be perfect for larger groups as well! We are missing sunsets from the deck but hope for a return visit!

The property met all our expectations and more. It was easy to relax on the deck overlooking Cousins beach. We loved the daybed outside and all the comfortable furniture on the wraparound deck. The inside is beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed. Looking forward to returning next year.

Located on PEI's north shore a short walk from Cousin's Beach, a sand beach with a little brook running out of it, this rustic home/cottage is close to all the north shore attractions. Everyone enjoyed their stay, the beautiful and quiet setting, and comfortable accommodations. Just as the pictures show it to be... maybe a little bigger than photos suggest.

From outside to inside, the cottage has it all. Fabulous sunset views, friendly and helpful communication with the owner. Comfy beds! Best word to describe the entire cottage would be charming. Would rebook every year! Highly recommend. Outdoor shower was sooo great!

The cottage was beautiful and perfect for a larger family or group of people to stay. Lots of activities and toys for kids, a short walk to a beautiful beach and a great deck to relax on. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful cottage that has many beds for a large family. They have really thought of everything in terms of supplies including soaps and laundry supplies, propane, chairs and even beach toys for the kids.
Gorgeous view and awesome walkway to the beach. The beach is wonderful.
There were only 3 rolls of Toilet paper which was not enough for 9 people, so come prepared with TP.
Be sure to try the outdoor shower, it was great.
Basin View Fishery is just around the corner and sells fresh lobster and halibut at a wonderful price and it was delish! The cottage had all the right cookware too.
Confirm check our instructions as the email VRBO sent out did not match the check out time preferred by the renter.

We had a great time at this wonderful cottage. So close to the beach, just a short walk down the path.
Cottage had everything you needed and more. The outdoor shower is awesome after the beach and your close to Cavendish and Kensington. Was a great week in PEI. My son loved it up in the loft. His own space to hang out. The deck is beautiful and different parts of the day you could always find a some shade on the wrap around deck.

We loved the vibe of the cottage and its ideal location to access the most beautiful beaches! Perfect day was having coffee on the expansive deck, walking the beach with our dog looking for sea glass (found over 20 pieces), and frying up some scallops for dinner before watching the beautiful sunset. Notified Brenda about an issue with the BBQ, and a brand new one arrived the next day. Appreciated how quiet the area is and how close it is to quaint villages where we searched for island pottery. Hope to return with the rest of our family again soon. P.S. First time experiencing an outdoor shower. Heavenly!!

Our stay was mostly great. We had two little glitches; the washing machine was on the fritz and the grill wouldn't really light. But we worked around those two things and we had a wonderful stay. Our children and grand children had never been to PEI before and now they really the place. It was an excellent encounter.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was very charming inside. The ocean was just a short walk away. The beach was beautiful completed by a mama fox and two kits whose den was in the rock wall.We got to watch as they frolicked around. I highly recommend this cottage and it’s surrounding area. There are many things to do.We loved it here and plan to come back.

The property was great. Brenda and Don were gracious and helpful hosts. Our trip was cut short by Fiona's arrival. The area is just beautiful. We look forward to a return trip next year.

This is our second time staying at Bullies by the Sea - we loved it so much before and we are so happy we came back. It is the most relaxing place on earth. The location is incredible, the most perfect beach, a quiet group of cottages, awesome view, and close to groceries and great restaurants on both sides of the island. We had visitors drop in from Nfld., family members from Ontario, and our grandchildren had a blast at the beach and playing with kites! Communication with Brenda was fast and easy, she answered all of our questions quickly. We are thrilled to be coming back next year. We highly recommend this vacation home (although we don't really want anyone else to find out about it, too difficult to get enough time here as it is lol!!)

This cottage was perfect for our family vacation. We had two teens and two grandparents so altogether six people in the cottage. The loft provided plenty of space for us. The beach was just a short walk and was beautiful. The views were stunning and we saw with the most beautiful sunsets! We would definitely go back.

My husband and I spent a week at this quaint little cottage at the end of June, and it was the most relaxed we've been in ages ! We have stayed at many rental properties and this property does not lack in amenities. Everything you need is here. Very well stocked with necessities, but we still brought our own stuff (we drove from Southern Ontario so we were able to bring more than we would if we flew). My hubby enjoyed the outdoor shower after spending some time on the beach. The beach is a short walk from the cottage but it is worth it. A beautiful beach ! Beautiful views ! Only downfall was the faint smell of manure coming from a nearby farm, but it wasn't overpowering and it was totally expected as there are farms everywhere. Very comfy King size bed in the downstairs bedroom and hubby would take afternoon naps in one of the many beds in the loft area. All in all a great stay and I would highly recommend staying here. Oh and hubby played golf one day as a single and the course paired him up with a couple. A couple who just happened to be the owners of the cottage ! What are the odds !?!

The cottage and it’s proximity to Cousin’s Beach is perfect for a family getaway. The cottage is very well outfitted with everything possibly needed for a long stay.
Although a 15 minute drive to amenities it is worth staying on the coast away from the crowds. Take a short drive north to Thunder Cove Beach for another hidden gem.

Beautiful , clean & very well stocked house.
You literally only need to bring food! Beach chairs, towels, beach toys & even a cooler. Honestly can not say 1 bad thing about our stay. The beach is a beautiful sandy beach with lots of waves! The deck is great for the incredible views and sunsets. We brought our 2 teenage kids & 2 small dogs & the kids loved the loft area with all the games. I would recommend and book here again in a second!!

Beautiful location, close to the beach. Had everything that we needed to relax and enjoy your PEI vacation. Our pet even had dog bowls waiting for her upon arrival. Hope to return.

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Part of a charming little community at Cousins Shore, this cottage is comfortable and well-equipped. The beach is wonderful, local seafood is amazing, and attractions are close-by. It was hard to leave!

Best rental ever. This cottage has everything you need and some. Two bedrooms plus the loft with multiple beds was great for big family. Cottage very clean and has extra blankets and towels . Large deck with chairs. Shed has anything you could possibly need for beach. Outdoor washroom and shower! Short walk to awesome beach that works for big kids and small kids as there’s a stream that runs through with shallow water. Will be back for sure!

Property as advertised. Great view , close to beach. Quiet and relaxing. You can sit on the deck and hear the ocean waves. Dog friendly rental and our dog gave it a 4 paws up.

Great spot - would definitely recommend! Plenty of space for myself, my husband, our two children and mother. We loved being able to walk to the beach and the kids and our dog thoroughly enjoyed playing in the ocean and the freshwater stream. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

The cottage is in one of the most desirable locations on the island. Sometime during our stay it would have been nice to meet the owner, especially when you know they are nearby. We loved the cottage, except for a couple of things. The sofa and chair in the living area were really dirty. I would have loved to take the slipcovers off and wash them myself. Upon arrival, the indoor bathroom sink was plugged. This was quickly resolved by the owner calling a plumber. We were disappointed that we were not given the opportunity to book the cabin for the following year. All in all, a wonderful stay.

We've been going to Cousin's shore for 10 years. This was our first year staying at this property. The location was minutes away from the beach and provided an absolutely stunning view of the Gulf. The cottage had everything that we needed, was immaculately clean and was very well furnished. The wrap around deck, the large lawn area, and the outdoor shower, washing machine and fire pit were all amazing amenities. We would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It is very well equipped -- everything we needed was there. A great ocean view from the deck, and a short walk to a beautiful red sand beach. We were travelling with two kids (ages 4 and 9) and grandma, and the place worked perfectly. Groceries are 10 minute drive away in Kensington, or 20 minutes if you want to go to the Superstore in Summerside. Cavendish and Malepaque are easy drives as well. We would book this property again.

We had a fabulous week at the park corner cottage. The cottage itself is beautiful and FULLY equipped! We've never stayed at a cottage that had everything we needed for a great week. The views are breathtaking and the beach was one of the best beaches I've been too on the east coast. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

This cottage was a perfect getaway for our family of 8; 4 kids and 4 adults. The kids loved sleeping in the beautifully decorated loft. The location was ideal for a wide array of activities. Sunsets from the deck were breathtaking! Brenda was wonderful to deal with; considerate and attentive. We would love to come back!

This property is AMAZING!! It was even better than the photos and came extremely clean, impeccably well appointed, and that VIEW.... Wow! This cottage is everything you could dream of for a perfect PEI family getaway. Super close to an outstanding beach, fresh seafood and lots of crazy fun things for the kids to do within a 20 minute drive. Brenda was very responsive and helpful and though we never spoke, was so warm and kind. You can tell the owners are so proud of this home and really go above and beyond to provide their guests with every creature comfort - down to even the smallest detail! (My kids loved the toys and games - and even the funny bathroom literature, ha, ha!). I will most definitely recommend this property to friends/family looking for an unforgettable stay in PEI. We will be back, for sure!
