We loved everything about our stay! 6 adults, 4 kids, plenty of room. We had an unexpected rain day…no problem because there is an indoor pool. Boat launch was easy. Loved having 5 bathrooms, 4 with showers. Close to multiple stores if you forget something. Golf cart was nice to have to get around the resort. Also loved the pickle ball and tennis courts…never had to wait. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back .

This VRBO fit my family perfectly! Loved that all of us had our own space ... even the kids!! The indoor and outdoor pool was wonderful for rainy and sunny days! The VRBO was stocked very well with toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom and kitchen towels and the coffee maker was on the blink and I requested a new one and it arrived within hours for the next morning...thank you! The only recommendation would be is to buy new teflon frying pans. The ones in our unit have pretty much seen their better days. Also, we did bring our golf cart which made it very handy for getting around the complex. We will be planning a trip back next August.

The VRBO was very nice. Due to heavy rains, there was some water in the laundry room and in the downstairs closet. None of our belongings were damaged and we reported the leak.

So convenient to everything! Two of our favorite restaurants are less than 5 minutes away…Bar Harbor & Sherwood Forest.
Love shopping every year in Nisswa!!!
A couple of issues though
* Only 1 channel on tv (are we just dumb?)
* Backs of doors & lamps by lightbulbs need cleaning. Yes, we notice minuscule things, but not a huge concern.
* May be time for new LR furniture. Saggy couches.
Picky, picky, picky. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. It’s perfect for us!

We were very happy that we could rent a golf cart, which made the weekend much more enjoyable. Taking the golf cart around the resort enabled us to enjoy the resort amenities without having to walk. I would recommend renting a golf cart, the grand kids loved it…as well as the adults.

This is the second year in a row we have booked this property and plan to come back! The location can’t be beat. We are able to bring our boat and keep it on the lake, use the pool and hot tub, easily get to great restaurants, and there is space for everyone.

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for three couples and a munchkin. Small things that made the stay even better were a grill with two propane tanks to ensure not running out, well appointed dishes and silverware. We like to cook so the stuff in the kitchen was a plus for us.

First time staying at Gull Lake for our family that does lake trips every summer. Real handy having the marina on site and the staff there is extremely nice and helpful. The property has a great layout for our adult family. No complaints. My wife and I like to walk and were able to get an hour in walking nearby back roads. Close to Zorbaz also nice for adult kids to walk home.

Great place. The accommodations were great for 8 family members. Plenty of room. We were there for a wedding and everything we needed was close by. The lock box for key did not work so anyone could have gotten in, and could have used more towels. Besides those 2 minor things beds were comfortable, furniture was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay again

Great property and was perfect for our visit to the area. Very close to the water, restaurants and lots of extracurricular offerings within the resort. Very clean and was exactly as described in listing and pictures. We would rent this unit again on a future visit to Nisswa.

The unit was very well stocked with necessary supplies. The accommodations worked very well for our family situation.
The only downside was a large group of very loud men in the adjoining unit. They were kind but loud. Fortunately they only stayed one night.

With three levels and three suites this property provides ample room for either three couples or large families. Having an entirely separate family room and kitchenette on the lower level is an exceptional benefit for privacy. The Causeway resort has everything you need for multiple activities including an indoor and outdoor pool, marina with slips or boat rental, fishing dock and fire pits, hiking and golf carts to name a few! The property is exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you need for the crowd you can accomodate.

Clean, convenient location, well stocked townhouse! We had a great family vacation here. Loved indoor and outdoor pool and walking to Zorbas nearby. Only complaint was that we reserved a golf cart to rent from Causeway in advance twice but was never able to get one and they never called us back as promised. But the townhouse was great! Grandkids love the nearby playground and we enjoyed going into Nisswa and Whipple Park /beach in Baxter is beautiful. Washer and Dryer were a plus to have!

We chose this property for our annual girls weekend and found it to be exactly what we needed. Conveniently located with direct access to the Gull Lake chain, we boated each day and jumped in the outdoor pool and hot tub each night. We loved that there was a bedroom for most of us and enough bathrooms for us all too! Very quiet part of the grounds which was nice for us to relax while being away from our busy lives and enjoy each other’s company.

Visit with 2 families
Great property, very clean, with two nice master suites with king beds, plus an additional queen bedroom and hide-a-beds. Loved the front and back porches, several pools, and boat rental. We had kids from 11 yr to 18 yrs and everyone had plenty of space. Kitchen was great and super nice to have a washer and dryer on the property. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Third year we have stayed at this property over July 4th. We booked again for 2023. Rates have increased by 50%, but all properties have.
Tons of space for up to 12, boat slip for the week included and close to zorbaz and Bar Harbor.

Great rental
This was a great option for our family with 6 adults and 3 small children. With northern Minnesota, you never know about weather so used the indoor pool one day and lucked out being able to use the outdoor pool the other days and getting a boat slip with the rental was a big plus! It made it much easier to take the boat out when we were able! The only hiccup was that the woman at the front desk at check in, while friendly, seemed fairly unorganized and didn’t know where a boat slip was and the fact that we even had one. If this is a privately owned condo on a resort I think some better communication overall should take place so it doesn’t cause increased anxiety and frustrations on either end. But overall we had a great experience.

Nice fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms and even laundry available. Convenient with indoor pool/whirlpool and tennis and playground within walking distance. Also great area for restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

We stayed with 2 other couples. It was set-up great with all of us having our own floor with our own bathrooms. Adequate common areas and close to some great restaurants and recreation. Would highly recommend it.

Our family recently stayed at this location. The place was very clean and there was a lot of space with 3 suites and several bathrooms. It had everything we needed and close to other amenities, marina and restaurants. We will definitely be back to the area next year.

Perfect for girls weekend. Each had our own bed/bath, which set the bar high for any further girls weekends. Very comfortable beds! Close to town and good restaurants.
Only negative would be we could have used written instructions on how to use the television. Never did figure it out.

This place was perfect for our needs. We were two families with young children vacationing together and this was perfect in that both the lower and main levels have essentially the same layout with master bedroom, master bath, living, dining and kitchen or dinette. We could be together or separate as needed for the kiddos. We hope to vacation here again!

Close to Boat Club and various restaurants. Short distance by water to Gull Lake and to Roy Lake, etc. Condo was neat and clean. Only complaint was we could not get TVs to work other than the one in the upstairs bedroom.
