Great location, great room size and nice workspace in the room. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very nice closet space and large bathroom. There was construction outside but with the door closed to the balcony you couldn’t hear anything. Great coffee and water provided in the room. The lobby is huge with lots of working and sitting space. Really nice atmosphere overall.

The only good thing about this hotel was it was in walking distance to a good restaurant at another hotel across the street and the staff was lovely

they claim to be an upper level Hilton, which truthfully, you might as well stay at the Hampton Inn, or Motel 6. There are absolutely no amenities in the rooms and later on when I mentioned it my second day there they said oh, you have to ask for them. They do not tell you that when you arrive I had no hot water in my shower so I cannot have a shower for two days. The engineer went up, said oh he found hot water. You just have to find the so-called sweet spot to get it to work. No for this amount of money, you fix it and if you can’t fix it, you call a plumber that was disgusting. I will try to get a refund. The restaurant was like a Hampton Inn or something. This is absolutely not an upper level hotel. I would never stay at a Hilton canopy, and there were other issues, but these were the two worst

Excellent location - good restaurants are at a walkable distance, clean and it felt safe. Wholefoods, CVS and Wawa is at a walkable distance in case you want to buy water or snacks for your room. Lunch at the hotel was really good too. The staff at the hotel is friendly, but not in overly friendly where they bother you, just there when you need them.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Great location, close to the White House, and all the amazing museums and sites, and easy access to Georgetown. They had bikes that could be used for the whole day. The staff were fantastic, especially Brett at the front desk. He was friendly and very helpful throughout our entire stay!

Excellent value for the money, room is very spacious and beds very comfortable.

Asked for housekeeping for two days and did not get it.

I liked the location and how it was close to everything and everywhere that I had to go.

I did not like how the property did not have a microwave no where around. Not even in the lobby area. I feel that this hotel cost too much money to not have a microwave.

for £300+ a night I would expect the room to be serviced and it wasn’t. the sink was in the bedroom which I dislike. sound proofing was poor and you could hear the lifts.

It was an amazing experience, the location was perfect and it was near everything we planned to do. I loved that my name was displayed on the TV as a welcome!

The only thing I would change is bringing my car next time because it was $70 a day to park and I didn't really need it while I was there
