Nice location and clean. Plenty of room for the family with teenagers. Close to public transit to get into the city.

The agent met us at the property with the key - he was so polite and helpful. We were able to contact him throughout the stay if we needed anything (he kindly booked a taxi for our departure). The location was perfect! Five minutes walk to the beach and minutes away from local shops and amenities. The local neighbours were friendly and welcoming too! A wonderful holiday house.

The fridge was dripping with water a bit. The property could benefit from a barbecue or outside grill.

We were met by Christopher the owner at the station and he guided to a restaurant due to later arrival than expected and he kindly thought we would need refreshments! Which was wonderful ! He took our bags to the accommodation whilst we ate and drank! He then took us 8 ladies to the house which is quaint and very Spanish not plush but exactly what we needed for our stay. The house was cool and comfortable with an excellent roof terrace that met our needs. It is only around the corner for a great beach. We easily took the bus two streets away to venture into the old town and also take in the science centre and all the delights of Valencia. We would deffinatley recommend this accomodation without question. We had a truly fantastic stay.
