Die Unterkunft war wunderbar eingerichtet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir durften 2 Stunden später aus checken, weil am Vortag es etwas länger wurde :)

Ski in/ski out was excellent and bread delivery in the morning a great way to start the day

There could have been an oven or microwave in the appartment but otherwise the facilities were excellent

Ms Sandra was absolutely excellent host!

The kitchen should have a bit more equipment and pots.

Great location - access to the ski slope right next to the hotel, at the bottom several lifts with cash registers and toilets, the lifts are connected, so you can drive the whole resort, different difficulty of the slopes, near the hotel also a restaurant. Accommodation amazing, very nice and helpful owners, spacious room with mountain views, kitchenette including dishwasher, everything clean and functionally furnished, plenty of storage space, large ski locker, wifi without problems, playroom for children. When carrying luggage, we appreciated the luggage carts, elevator and covered parking. We also liked the sorting of waste. Possibility to buy breakfast and also a pastry delivery service.

The only thing we missed was a microwave oven for heating children's food.

The property is located very close to many of the main lifts. The apartment we had was massive, and well spaced. While it was fully stocked with plates, cups, and pots/pans, it would have been nice if the owners could have provided some more basics like salt, pepper, and sugar. Most of the restaurants and apres places are a 10-15 minute hike up the hill, but it was doable, even after a day on the mountains. The supermarket is on that hill too. The sauna was actually pretty impressive despite its small size—it was never really crowded, and in true European fashion, is textile-free. The ski in- ski out facilities were good too.

It would have been nice to get our towels changed at least once or twice, but we made do with towels from the sauna. We also couldn’t control the temperature in the apartment, which sometimes made showering a little unpleasant.
