Nice studio apartment, comfortable and well equipped with excellent WiFi. Very secure parking at the rear of the building right by the windows. This is a great place to stay going to or from France by ferry or the tunnel, right on the road leading to the motorway but easily walkable into town. Small supermarket nextdoor and Lidl a short walk away. Arras is well worth a visit and has excellent markets on Wednesday and Saturday.

This studio is well-designed, has a good location and a private parking. Carrefour is just a few steps away and if you want to cook, you've enough stuff at the studio which is quite handy. The instuctions to get into the studio was really clear and we could get into the studio easiliy, thanks to the host.

There is a strange smell coming from the dishwasher I guess. When we enter the studio, the smell was stuck in there and was a bit disturbing. There was also no soap. And I'm so sorry to share that but all the corners were quite dusty (especially near the bed) and spider webs on the ceiling :( It gave us an impression that no one has been there for a long time :(

Studio 36 was very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The location is quiet at night and only about a 15 minutes walk to the centre of Arras.

We didn't dislike anything about studio 36!

Very nice apartment, easy to find, on the main road but at the back of the building so quiet. Great location for a stop before or after the channel crossing. Well equipped. Secure parking behind locked gates and right outside the lounge window. Small supermarket very close, useful now that you can't take food from the UK. I've just booked again for our next trip and will continue to stop over here if it's available.

The apartment itself is very nicely done; clean, modern, tidy, and a really comfortable bed. Quiet too despite the main road outside as it's at the back. Gated private parking around the back good too. It's a good 10-15minute walk into town, but that's made clear when booking.

The building it's in is a bit scruffy, an impression not helped by the front door (to the building) being broken so you couldn't shut/lock it...but that won't be the fault of the apartment owner. The kettle had decided to die before we arrived but water heats perfectly well on the hob. A bit strange not to find either any handsoap or washing up liquid...but perhaps we'd just been spoiled in other accomodation the previous few nights. Some sort of visitor guide with eg the wifi details would have been helpful....but the host rapidly responded to our messasges so did get sorted. All of this is minor quibbling!

Very quiet place close to the centre of Arras. The car is behind a closed fence (private parking). Very nice and warm studio! We will come back for sure!
