Had a great stay. House was quiet near lake and very spacious. Would go back. Enjoyed the hot tub after busy day trips to Big Cedar, Dogwood Canyon and silver dollar city.

We travels to Branson for a five day stay away from the city to celebrate my birthday with my kids, grandkids and my parents. 4 generations. The house is very spacious. We put three puzzles together played many games and even made time for marshmallows on the firepit and a dip in the hot tub. We needed a couple things like new battery for smoke detector and the host very quickly responded by text and then on site.
We will book this location again.

The house had plenty of room for our family of 7- multiple levels and spacious rooms. Property in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. We liked that it was away from the busy main part of Branson, but you better have the essentials at the outset because it’s a fair drive to get to a grocery store.
The home was well stocked with bath towels, tp, and travel sized toiletries for men and women. Outdoor deck space was really comfortable.
Negatives: the floors were very very dirty- we took our shoes off at the door and within an hour or 2 the bottoms of our feet were literally black, like we’d been walking shoeless on blacktop.The main eating table ( grandiose picnic table) was either dirty ,or the finish had softened, to where you stuck to it after sitting. Many things were broken- living room lamps, ceiling fixtures in kitchen are, microwave door handle, and the hot tub.There was also random pieces of trash in garage and yard. The garbage cans hadn’t been emptied before our arrival- they were pretty full and very nasty smelling. There was cut wood, which you pay for and no fire ring to use it in.
Communication with property person( Michelle), yielded no results other than than the comment of “ ok” when my husband texted her. We did ask to be reimbursed for the wood and hot tub fees but that went into thin air- no response. For what we paid /night you’d think you’d get better service and a cleaner property than that. We can not recommend the property.

Our five year old granddaughter said "It was the Best Vacation Ever!" We had a great time. It rained all day Friday but we didn't care. Played lots of games and sat in the hot tub. Great location. Private, but lots to do near by.

Great Cabin with greats views. The property managers were very responsive and communication was great. Highly recommended. We were in town for my brothers wedding and they helped find a pace for the reception dinner.

We booked Newton Lake lodge for our annual sibling trip (9 adults 58 yrs old to 70 years old) absolutely loved this cabin on the lake. We had plenty of room! Every room is decorated beautifully but is very comfortable. All beds & were comfortable, linen and towels high quality and plentiful. With 5 bedroom everyone of them were roomie and comfortable. Michelle and staff were friendly and helpful we called looking for the water hose to add water to the hot tub and it was brought to us within the hour same with propane tank. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Yard and property were great with plenty of parking even a path to the lake side was awesome. Highly recommend we will definitly book again

Quiet honeymoon
My husband & I rented this house for our honeymoon and it was perfect!! Lol it could have fit lots more people comfortably but was wonderful for just us two also! Was right on the lake & close to everything! We had all the information before check in & had a fabulous time!! Thank you for being such wonderful host

Everything was wonderful and was pretty much like the listing portrayed. There were very minor maintenance items I brought up to the owner upon checkout and she was very receptive and appreciative.

Great stay
We were in Ridgedale for the week of my daughter’s wedding. Our immediate family stayed with us. This house was perfect. The view is absolutely spectacular. The house is exactly like the pictures shown. It is clean, spacious and wonderfully decorated and it allows pets. The kitchen had everything that was needed to prepare meals And large enough for all of us to gather in. The hot tub was a great way to relax. Do not hesitate to rent this house!

Beautiful, peaceful, spacious.... I could go on. We had a wonderful time. Hot tub was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Except food :)
Beds were so comfy. The kitchen picnic table was neat and we used it the most to play games and cards!

Peaceful and Perfect
We came up on this listing late in our efforts to try and find the perfect place to stay. Somehow we were able to find and book this amazing lake home. All of our students absolutely loved it and had so much fun. Perfect set up for our small group but can accommodate large groups as well. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone.

Flies coming in through screen door
Tighten loose handle on freezer. Trim on dishwasher is coming off. Furnish coffees filters.
Higher quality toilet paper & paper towels. Trash bags were too thin & tore easily.
Management responded quickly to our call on a broken connection on the propane bottle for the grill. Brought a replacement right away.

A big family’s dream.
Such a big spacious house!! Perfect for large families. It’s very well stocked and has everything you need. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. There’s also plenty of deck and yard space for outdoor entertaining and adventures. The pictures don’t do this property justice. It was actually nicer than I expected.

Everything was easy and they were very informative! We had an issue at 10 pm one night and they got someone out there to fix it within an hour even being that late at night ! We were very impressed with their responsiveness. Plenty of room for our 5 families to be together but also have enough space to have our alone time ! The pool table and tire swing got plenty of use. It was too hot for the hot tub but looked nice ! The walk to the lake was woody but nice , just make sure you have good tennis shoes ! But the kids loved that as well ! We saw some beautiful sunsets ! And we loved seeing the fireflies at night through all the trees. Great experience and worth the money !

The house was easy to find. Conveniently located close to many attractions yet lots of privacy. Great backyard space for kids. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Great kitchen space with more than enough room for dining.

Great property!
We all had such a wonderful time! The property was clean, perfectly sized for our needs and in a very quiet location. I don’t think we heard or saw anybody the whole time during our stay unless we left the property. Very nice beach close by and boat rentals too. The owner was wonderful, communication was great and they outlined everything clearly for check in/out process. All of that plus the price being right means we’ll definitely be back! Just hope they keep renting so we can keep coming!

Great property with some caveats
The house is beautiful. The location is breath taking. Lots of towels and everything you need for the kitchen. However there are some negatives. The freezer in the kitchen fridge is out. The stove top either scorches or doesn't cook. We set it on one setting but the temperature constantly changed. The top oven took twice as long to cook as the recipe called for. There was no bedding for the pullouts. Only one person at a time can shower (much less run the dishwasher or clothes washer) because of water pressure. Very difficult for a large group. Worst part was the bottom step on the deck coming around from the deck is hard to see and has no railing. A few hours after our arrival my 89 year old mother fell over 3 feet into the rocks and broke her neck. We told the property manager. They never inquired how she was doing after learning of the incident. They did tell us no one has ever fallen from there before but they would be adding a railing.

An incredible family vacation
My family and I were searching for a place to get away for a week and just relax. I have to say that this is an outstanding property for those with a large family (12 members). All of us are looking forward to going back to the area and we will most certainly be back!!

Room to roam
Not only one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at, but clearly the most spacious, and exactly as pictured. Private with interesting little hike to the lakefront for beautiful views. Easy drive to Branson and conveniently located for trips into Arkansas like Eureka Springs. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

this house had everything we needed. we loved the space it offered and that it was pet friendly. we had plenty of space to be in one room and having all the bedrooms and baths were perfect. Easy to get to branson and all of the attractions. we will stay again if in the area. definitely recommend!

Great space, very well appointed, hot tub, view
Great spacious home, had a great time enjoying view, hot tub, loved it after hiking. Furniture, beds comfortable and in great shape. Just two small things, dishwasher lower rack seems to need replacing (didn’t roll properly). But it worked fine. We wish we had foil or cling wrap. Would stay here again!

beautiful, private view of the lake
The house is spacious and comfortable, enough for the four kids to have a great time together and apart. We loved the hot tub, the tire swing, the short walk through the woods to the lake shore, the long walk on the rocks around the lake. It was just the break we needed!
