Wonderful home, everything was as described. Great location, our group of kids and parents all enjoyed it and had space to themselves, plus being in the center of so many local attractions meant we were never bored! Would definitely stay again.

We had an overall good stay at KLodge. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of space, making it ideal for a family getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the backyard provided a nice area for the kids to run around.
However, there were a few downsides. On a hot and humid weekend with temperatures in the 90s, two of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and it made those rooms uncomfortable, especially for the kids. It’s something we would have liked to know in advance.
Additionally, the presence of outdoor cameras made some of us uncomfortable, especially with children playing in the yard. It wasn’t clear whether they were recording, so more transparency on their use would have been helpful.
We also found that the cleaning expectations upon checkout were quite demanding, especially when trying to get a large group out the door by 11 a.m. with the threat of fees. It was a bit stressful to manage that on top of everything else. Lastly, paying extra fees for towels and sheets was unexpected and unusual, as this is typically included in most rentals we've stayed in.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with more clarity on these points and fewer extra fees, it could have been a much smoother experience.

This home has the most well equipped and spacious kitchen. Everything we needed ! There are so many different gathering areas which our teens appreciated. Clean and updated overall. We were 22 ages 2 to 72. The entry stairs were uneven and a bit much for the older family members. We just took our time. Location could not be better, close to stores and attractions. Great communication with landlord and quick response when we had a minor problem. Overall we loved it, has a great time! Thank you!

The house had plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well equipped for our big family dinners. We enjoyed the K lodge’s many amenities and awesome location. The property owners were very helpful and responsive.

12 of us stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house is absolutely enormous and we did not even touch the basement or the pool table room. We spent most our time in the kitchen which is large enough to accommodate Multiple people cooking and prepping at the same time. The hot tub was wonderful after skiing. We would definitely rent this property again. everyone loved it

This was our second stay at KLodge!! We loved the new upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms! Plenty of room for our family ski weekend! Enjoyed the close location to ski areas, shopping and restaurants. All beds were comfy and the house is very clean and spacious.

This is the perfect spot for a large family gathering. The house has so much space! Our weather was gloomy but we had board games, movies, puzzles and the hot tub to keep us entertained. Being close to town is a real advantage too. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us Kelly.

We had a big group everyone had a place to sleep and a place to go. The house was beautiful. All of the amenities were just perfect. We had lovely morning walks, nice and quiet very close to restaurants, parks, places to swim. My family goes to North Conway yearly and this is probably one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The owners were very easy to deal with and very clear with instructions. We would definitely love to return next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable in this home, especially with 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 8. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 children with rooms to spare.
The owner was quick to respond to all our questions prior to arrival. The perfect home for a large family vacation and centrally located to all attractions from Lincoln to Gorham.

We were 4 families comprising of 15 total. The house was extremely clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking pans, plates, bowls, utensils, glassware, etc. We prepared an off-season Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed outside of the food. At night we could spread out with the younger adults playing games in the basement, some folks shooting pool in the pool room on the main floor, folks at the smaller dining table building a puzzle, while others watched a movie nearby in the living area. We couldn’t have asked for more. We travel often and have rented dozens of properties over the course of the years and this house is definitely one of the nicer homes we have rented for such a large party in the Conway area.

The K Lodge is a fantastic house and the upgraded kitchen and other improvements make a fantastic house even better. Plenty of space, tons to do in the area, lots of good lounging and comfy space in the house. We will be back!

We just got back from a great wknd at the K Lodge. Plenty of space for both adults and children. Loved the updated kitchen layout and the hot tub kept everyone warm despite temps well below zero!

Every year, four families head north the day after Christmas for a week of skiing, good food and fun. This house did not disappoint!
The house was even better than the pictures... huge space for all 16 of us, modern kitchen, quaint bedrooms, two great fireplaces and a huge basement with lots of room for game nights. The kids were able to play pool, do puzzles and enjoy the hot tub while the parents were able to relax a bit.
The town of North Conway and the surrounding mountains were absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to have snow while we were there and enjoyed skiing, tubing and snow mobiling as well as sampling several breweries in the area. Several of us have a newfound love of blueberry beer!

The K Lodge was a perfect spot for our large family ski trip. Plenty of space for everyone, clean, well stocked with necessities, lots of charm, and really close to Cranmore and downtown North Conway. We hope to be back for another stay soon.

Our group had a completely wonderful weekend staying at this gorgeous house! Kelly, as one of the owners, was also excellent and thorough in her communication, and the information provided on-site in the house binder answered all our questions and helped us to make sure we had all the info we needed (Kelly also had already communicated it to us!). The house was beautiful, comfortable, and as warm and welcoming as its online pictures show it to be. There is lots of space for a group to spread out and enjoy and relax - we loved the screened-in porch, among other things. I cannot recommend this property - and the property hosts! - enough! We would love to come back - it was truly a perfect weekend!

This property is all it was advertised to be. Plenty of room for a large family gathering. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The home is stylish and clean. We loved the antique feel with the modern updates. The area is breathtaking at the top of Cannon Mountain! My entire family had the best time and we hope to stay again!! Highly recommend!!

Rooms were varied. Some had more than one bed in them. The cousins loved sleeping together in the room with the bunk beds. The porch was big and had a nice view of the sky. the hot tub was a hit and the outside tables on the deck were long allowing us to hang out, play games or just drink together. The fire pit was a hit and the fire permit was only $5. It was perfect for our large group.

Beautiful Home
We had an Amazing girls family weekend!! The house was as described only better. Kelly and Chris leave no detail unplanned for the property. It has everything you may want or need. Communication for property was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this property to any one traveling with a large group

Great spot for families!
House was perfect for our large friend group of adults and kids. Plenty of space to spread out and kids loved hanging in the basement area. FYI-Outdoor fires are not permitted in winter months (town rule) and most amenities (toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, sponge, etc.) need to be provided by the renter. Location is perfect and close to town and many other North Conway attractions. Host was very responsive to any requests before and during our stay!

Wonderful copy home away from home in the White Mountains!
Our second visit to the K-Lodge, just a magical as the first. The accommodations were perfect for our large group. A warm and welcoming experience. Our skiing adventure were l the better for shared meals, games, and family time at the K-Lodge! Recommended without reservation!

This was the perfect house for our crew. We had 4 families total. Plenty of room for everyone with some to spare. It was so close to the mountain. Kids and adults had a blast. Host was very responsive to any emails sent. It was a perfect house for us.

Check out process
It is too difficult to wash towels the morning of checkout and it is unreasonable for the cost of the rental. We did have problems ordering food out. For some reason a lot of the places were closed or too busy. That information would have been helpful. It was Christmas vacation week and you would expect places to be open and able to handle the crowds

Family Winter Gathering
Our family came together from west coast and east coast to spend a few days together skiing, playing games (pool competition was fierce) and preparing meals. The K-Lodge was a sweet old rambling house with comfortable beds and cozy decor that was perfect for our family of one infant, one six-year-old, and a few 16-21s on up. Spaces on ground floor and basement level were nicely set up with LOTS of room from which to choose for hang out places. The kitchen is set up well for multiple cooks. 2 full-sized fridge (in the kitchen and another in the basement) were appreciated. The parking was excellent: plenty of space for several cars and the owner has it plowed when needed. The large locked garage was a great ski gear staging area. Post ski, it was heavenly to soak in the hot tub as the snow fell softly around. Great host communication. Just an all around perfect time away from COVID craziness and work-home life.

Perfect!
A beautiful homey house that provided us with a terrific stay! Loved the bedrooms, hot tub, outdoor fire pit and living room wood stove. Plenty of places to gather (hello pool table!) and plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend!!

Great house for family reunion!
The house was the perfect mixture of old charm and nodeen style! Our group consisted of 5 families coming together for an annual vacation together! The kids loved exploring all the nooks and crannies of the house and the adults enjoyed the pool room, bar, and hot tub! Defiantly recommend this property to any large group with kids!!!

AMAZING property and great location!
We had a wonderful stay at this home. The yard is spacious with a beautiful secluded back drop of trees. The hot tub was enjoyed by many in our group. The house was perfect for our large family reunion and Kelly was AWESOME to work with and easy to reach! The location is fanastic... a short drive or walk (about 1.3 miles) to downtown and easy to get to hiking trails, ponds, streams and lakes. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome home!

Great Girls Weekend
We had a great girls weekend! Easy to access, very clean and so close to the outlets! There was plenty of room for all 9 adults and 6 children. We would definitely stay here again!

CLEAN!! Great Place!
Very CLEAN! The pictures don’t do this place justice! The house is very quaint and has a lot of old New Hampshire personality and characteristics that added to our stay. We absolutely loved the layout and location to restaurants and ski slopes. We are particular about cleanliness and we were very pleased at how clean the house was. It’s not modern or fancy but it’s a clean ski lodge we loved. We will definitely stay here again!
