Perfect location close to the Ottensteiner Stausee! The hosts are extremely sweet and accomodating, they tried to cater to our every needs and wven offered free stay for 2 (not announced) 7-year olds, including breakfast and extra blankets.

The property is located in a small town in a particular tourist area, both from a naturalistic and tourist point of view for walks, cycle paths and castles. So very busy and more expensive. However, the structure is a very nice restaurant also equipped with B&B service. The rooms, at least the one that was delivered to us, was very small, but clean and with everything you need, even the bathroom. A super breakfast: I recommend the egg which is cooked in a pan in an interesting way. The part of the rooms was in a quiet area, not above the restaurant garden. The staff is young, friendly, helpful and efficient.

The accommodation is near the lake. Very friendly staff. Very good restaurant. Free parking.

Unfortunately, the equipment of the rooms did not correspond to what was stated on Booking.com. The rooms were smaller and many things were missing from the description. It was very hot in the rooms.
