Bienvenido a Sunset Dream East: una propiedad que admite mascotas. Esta casa brillante, hermosa y limpia tiene vistas panorámicas del océano desde la sala de estar principal. Esta casa tiene un plan de piso inverso con la sala de estar, cocina totalmente equipada, dormitorio de matrimonio y baño completo en el piso superior (3er). La luminosa sala de estar tiene vistas generosas, muchos asientos, un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "completo con cable, un reproductor de DVD blue-ray y estéreo. El segundo piso tiene 3 dormitorios adicionales. Property and hosting are commendable. The location is convenient to the beach, great view, yard and amenities. All is as advertised and this is a great value proposition. Within 30 minutes of settling in, all of us agreed that it was a shame we were not staying more than 3 nights. There were even talks about coming back next year. My only critiques would be the check in/out times and the directions had a typo. The address provided was correct but somehow two of the four numbers got swapped in the directions. So one of our vehicles ended up going and extra block or two. Not a big deal. 5pm check in and 10am check out is a little extreme. Given how clean the house was I can accept it but having to be out of the property by 10am and not being able to leave the dishwasher running or clean added just that little bit of stress to have everything cleaned, dried and put away. So it wasn't the best way to end to a relaxing stay but still 5 stars imo. Highly recommend

Property is very well maintained. Nice ocean view from the upper deck for a 2nd row. Public beach access is just 1 property over. Outdoor shower and hose is really convenient when returning from beach. We enjoyed having our golden retriever with us, which was the first time we ever brought a pet on vacation. Walks with the dog on the beach or along Ocean Drive were really nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean with the exception of some pet hair but knowing the home is pet friendly that is to be expected. Kitchen was all very well stocked and included linens are nice to have as well. Beds were comfortable and we had no issues at all with anything.

This was our second time renting this property and we’ll be back again. The property is clean with a good layout. The communication is pro-active and provides helpful information. The house is well equipped with nice touches like the welcome basket. Access to the beach can’t be any closure unless you are beach front. Simply a great rental!

Nice quiet neighborhood with the beach access within easy walking distance. Although it was a duplex, we didn't hear any noise from the unit next door. There was a lot of stairs for each level, which was unavoidable

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle! The house is lovely and clean - exactly as pictured. It’s a 2 minute walk to the sand path to beach access. We loved the layout and all the beds were comfortable and everything was in very good condition. Owners were super easy to work with. We’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely beach house!
We had a great stay! The house was clean, up to date, and had a perfect beach vibe decor. There is plenty of space in the main living area for relaxing and entertaining, and lots of fun games to play on rainy days! The location was perfect, beach access is literally across the street, so it made coming to and from beach super easy. Outside shower area was key too! Definitely enjoyed our stay on Emerald Isle.

Wonderful experience at the beach!
We are regular visitors to Emerald Isle, but this was the first time we’d tried VRBO property - and it as fabulous! Everything about the property was perfect - literally, just steps from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. We could hear the waves from the top floor deck! Our hosts were friendly, communicative, and kind - the welcome basket was a huge blessing, with all of the little things we usually forget to bring from home.
