This house was a perfect combination of beach charm and space for my entire family. Fully equipped kitchen and a grill just steps away from the kitchen door made preparing meals super easy. Not a whole lot of dining/living room space but you have a nice size backyard to accommodate for that. But even in inclement weather we made do and had a blast playing games inside. Can’t say much else other than we loved this house and hope to visit again soon. Thank you, Craig!

Perfect, cozy beach house just a few houses down from the beach. Tons of beds and sleeping space with a nice backyard and outdoor shower. Not a ton of 'hang out' space but why hang out in the house when you have the beach so close by?

This "cute little cottage" is MUCH larger than it looks. 5 full size beds- two bedrooms on the first floor, a bedroom upstairs and two beds in the loft upstairs. This place has anything and everything you will need to include televisions in every room, nice private air conditioning units in every room (not window units). The place was immaculately clean and Craig was very easy to work with. The backyard is great, has a grill, picnic table, and the outside shower is a nice addition as well. Beach chairs and SIX beach badges. I cannot say enough about how comfortable we were, how comfortable the beds were, how equipped the kitchen was, we will definitely be returning to this property! FABULOUS place.

This was the second time we rented this house, and we had a great week! The house is very cozy and only a block and a half from the beach. We definitely hope to rent the house again in the future.

Quaint cottage near a beautiful beach. Has all the modern conveniences - split A/C units, ceiling fans, new TVs, updated full bathroom, new fridge, new grill, outdoor shower, shaded picnic table out back. It's also more roomy than it appears in the photos and it gets very beautiful light throughout the day. We had a couple issues with bugs though - ants in the kitchen, spiders in the cupboards, and a silverfish outside of the bedrooms on the first floor. There were several small issues as well like dead batteries and burnt out lightbulbs. Craig graciously made himself available to address any issues, but we preferred to make do and enjoy our family time together as much as possible.

Kitchen has everything we needed & the Acme is near (@ 1+ mile) as is Marvel bakery (@ 3 blocks) which is still making best doughnuts on planet after a half century plus. Lots of other good dining options a short walk (@ 4 blocks) in Beach Haven Terrace. Biked & walked almost everywhere from this cozy cottage where I hosted friends and family. Beach chairs, sand toys, outdoor eating with umbrella shade, commodious outdoor shower open to the sky… so happy here with all the ingredients for an unforgettable beach vacation

This gem of a cottage is exactly as advertised; sleeps 8 comfortably, 1000 feet from the beach, and walking distance to everything in North Beach Haven. Wonderful experience with Craig! Favorite part of the house was the great backyard, outdoor shower, and even a Weber grill with plumbed gas line. Thanks for a great stay! Hope to come back and stay again!

Accommodations were good. Long walk to the beach which would have been ok except my son is going through chemo. Owner very responsive to any request.

We had a great time and comfortable time staying in this lovely home for the weekend. Craig was a great host and very responsive whenever we needed something or had questions. Great location, close to the beach and town, we will definitely be back.

This property was a good find. The location is perfect. Be aware to read your contract carefully, because this VRBO doesn't provide linens. You will need to bring towels, including beach towels, and sheets. That was not possible for us because we are not locals. That being said, Craig was very accommodating,and brought us linens. Thanks Craig!

Cute, clean beach cottage. Great location. So close to the beach and near by restaurants, rides and mini golf. Plenty of parking and nice size yard. Craig was very helpful and responded very quickly. We had a great long weekend.
