The villa is incredible!!! Everything is arranged with such exquisite taste! Amazing panoramic view from the terrace!!! I especially want to note the attentiveness and responsiveness of the owner. Thank him very much for everything!!! We will definitely come back here again!

The property is located outside of Sarti, just 5 mins drive from the main beach. There is also a small beach, 10 mins away by foot. It offers a perfect spot for relaxation with a private garden, parking and stunning views of the Mount Athos. You can relax on the main terrace facing the sea and the mountain with perfect sunrises and clear sky during the night. Or you can do it from the hot tub in the terrace😎 The house is fully equipped and decorated in a mix of rustic and industrial style. Every day we discovered new interesting custom made decorations inside and outside😃. The house could easily accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. If you want to relax away from busy touristic areas, this is the perfect place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you, very much once again for a wonderful holiday😊

Great location, close to several amazing beaches. The house was fully stocked (kitchen cutlery and crockery, towels, etc.) and facilities were in great condition, everything is there for family comfort. Villa will probably comfortably house 6 people but more might struggle. The handmade features, like lamps and tables, were clearly elaborately made by the owner, who has a small work shed in the yard. The interior design is traditionally Greek with stone floors with some modern finishes. Would definitely recommend - friendly host, location close to town yet far from crowds, and the house has an incredible view!

The location and the view were definitely amazing. We were very close to Sarti, where we did most of our beach-going; and it was very nice that in the evenings we could retreat to the isolation and cool breeze that the house provided. The little gifts we found in the fridge were also a nice surprise. The house has anything you could think of in terms kitchen amenities and tools, outdoor and indoor sitting areas. We're big fans of cooking, so it was amazing for us to have such a well equipped kitchen and barbecue area, to take advantage on Greek fresh produce and fish you can easily find around Sarti.

One of the bathrooms was extremely small. We were only 3 adults and 1 kid, so we could make it work by using the main bathroom, but with a larger group I can see how that would be very difficult. I might be splitting hairs here, but the bathrooms could have also benefitted from an extra cleaning round. The road (which is quite close to the house) can get rather loud during weekends, so expect interrupted sleep during the night even with all the windows closed.

We have no words to say how much we like everything. Great ideas for the decorations. The house is so romantic! The position offer a picturesque view about the sea and the Athos mountain. The host is very kind . Thank you very much for the great holidays spent in your house. Alexandra
