We've been coming to the Delevan Lake Resort for over 10 years, so between myself and my extended family I've been in a lot of rooms. We obviously love the property since we've come so many times.
Since there are a lot of options for rooms, here's what makes this one stand out. Compared to other rooms, this is very newly redone and is beautiful; it still smells new. It's one of the few with a little bit of a lake view without the price. The layout with the second bedroom upstairs offers nice separation and privacy compared to those where both bedrooms are on the same level.

We had a wonderful stay. The lake wasn’t ideal (smelly, “sludgey” by shore) so we just used the pool which was great

Nice property and location. A few minor things….several of the wine glasses were cracked and lots of the silverware was missing (only one knife in the place). Would definitely recommend the property

Property location is gorgeous. Quarters we stayed in could use some updates..paint would really help. Little disappointed that we couldn’t see the lake better…thought we had a lake view…obviously you can get by with that by saying lakeside. Overall enjoyed our stay. The young man and the young lady at the front desk were so personable..we really enjoyed them!

Enjoyed being right on the lake
and had a nice indoor/outdoor pool. Staff was super nice. Utilized the balcony to relax in the morning and at night to watch sunset. Plenty of room! Only negative was the room didn’t have stove. We found out on the second day the microwave is actually a convection oven so we were able to cook the food we brought. Very comfortable and would stay again!

The facility could use an upgrade in carpeting. The halls didn't smell the best. The elevators were very slow. The entrance doors did not automatically open so there was difficulty maneuvering the storage carts in and out of the building. In the room, the walls had pre-existing drywall damage and the counter top was pealing. The room lacked a stove. It would be nice if each room had a washer and dryer versus one for the entire building. The arcade area had several game machines that did not work and took my change. Delavan Lake was in rough shape. Algae levels around Delavan Lake made it difficult to fish from the shore or a dock. My kids were looking forward to fishing near the complex but there were no open spots. Everything was privately owned. I would recommend somewhere around Lake Geneva or Williams Bay.
