i booked because of the kitchen, but is useless. The don’t provide any utensils, pans, or anything for cooking at all. is really useless the kitchen, if it’s for that, better to stay in one of the hotels around.

nothing. we checked in and the room smelled so bad of vomit we could not stay. there were no other rooms. we were left trying to book something else after a 6 hour drive. we got a refund. the guy on the desk was lovely and helpful. not his fault. whoever made up the room must have known the stench was intolerable.

Extended Stay Hotel without dishes - ridiculous!

it’s was in a great area near most of everything didn’t have to go far

the lights went out for two hours had to walk to stairs it’s was difficult because I had a disable person with me and it was hard for him. also I had to clean my room when we arrived because I found a lot of hair and shower was dirty

Beautiful room

IT room across from hall. Had the door proped open and an industrial fan blowing into the room. Could hear it running all night long in our room across from it. Constant noise. Room also located by the back door exit. Constant door slaming next to bed headboard. Lots of pot smokers in back parking lot in the evening. Didn't feel safe taking the dog out.

no mugs, knife or plates although there is a kitchen

It is a pity because the room itself is large and nice - but even though it comes with a kitchen (which was the reason why we chose this hotel, so we would not have to go out every night), it comes with no cuttlery, dishes, pans, anything. The kitchen is literally empty and cannot be used, there's not even dish soap. Staff understood why we were disappointed, but nothing extra was provided, not even a plate or a glass. Reason is that because there is no dishwasher, nothing is provided (I know we're in the US, but there is a kitchen sink and guests can wash their dishes by hand if wanted!). This should be specified much more clearly in the ad (what's the point of having a kitchen otherwise?). In addition, the hotel is very noisy, as sound insulation is very bad, so we can hear people walking in their room upstairs, or else. The hotel is located conveniently near the interstate that allows to go to the Everglades and the Keys easily, which is a plus.
