The view from the bluffs will take your breath away
The neighborhood was very safe & I felt comfortable going out alone.
The view from the bluffs took my breath away & the town was an easy walk. The people n the neighborhood are very friendly & helpful in directing us to places.
I as able to do my work using the internet & had the privacy of an office with a door.
My son who lives in LA stayed over night & we watched movies together. The beds were very comfortable & the owner was very responsive to any concern we had.
We had a wonderful experience staying in pacific palisades.

Perfect Pacific Palisades vacation!
The house was nestled in the Bluffs neighborhood in Pacific Palisades. We enjoyed our strolls to the bluffs with the spectacular views of the Pacific, Catalina and Santa Monica. The house was spacious allowing my husband to work while I was in another room. We loved the gorgeous new kitchen appliances. The fenced yard and gated deck were perfect for our dog.
The home owner was very responsive and very generous.
We loved the chill, dog-friendly neighborhood, amd it’s hard to beat the California sunshine!

Cozy, Comfortable & Well Appointed
This is a cozy, comfortable spacious home located in a pleasant secluded neighborhood. Located just a few blocks from the bluffs overlooking the ocean, this is a wonderful home equipped with everything needed for a short-term or long-term stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice to deal with. We highly recommend this wonderful place!

Beautiful location with everything you need
We had a wonderful time in this cozy, clean, well stocked home! Host was very quick to respond to our inquiries. The beds we're very comfortable, and they had a portable crib (along with so many other extras for families). Our children loved riding the bikes down to the beautiful view at the end of the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Getaway
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this getaway overlooking the beach. The neighborhood is quiet & safe, so our kids could ride bikes all around. very close to the beach & shopping as promised, and our hosts were very gracious to share their bikes, beach toys, and more. We used the back porch every night for dinner, and we couldn't think of a thing that we needed that wasn't in the house already. We look forward to visiting again!

Great experience!
Andreas is a great host! House was perfect for our party. Comfortbale, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood setting. Short walk away from the beautiful cliffside park that overlooks the Pacific. It's possible that there used to be a path down to the beach, not sure though. We could not find any accessible paths that lead down the hill to sea-level.

Great location and spacious house
The house had plenty of space, and the location/neighborhood was great. We actually saw goats on the hillside down the road which was fun! It felt that we were in the people's actual home (unusual for us). They were very responsive. We do wish that there was a TV is the main living room. That is how we unwind, and we were not all comfortable watching in the room where the TV was.

Great Comfortable House in a great neighborhood
This was the perfect getaway house for a destination wedding we attended. The house was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed including baby gates, cribs and such and was very well furnished. We really enjoyed our stay with a quiet neighborhood and the beach being a short drive below us. Thanks so much and we'll definitely be looking for this property first if we come back.

The house suited our needs just fine.
The owner went out of his way to accommodate our bed situation and checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was good. A nice quiet neighborhood with driveway and street parking. Kitchen was well equipped with basic necessities. Updated appliances and all the kitchen utensils you need. Washer and dryer were very adequate and used them almost daily.

Great Location, wonderful for our family
We loved our stay. The house perfectly fit my in laws and kids. The house was well stocked and everything was as described by the owner to us. Communication was wonderful leading up to our stay and we knew exactly what to expect!

Perfect for us!
We had a large group of family returning home from a big trip to Hawaii. We decided to stay a few days in CA and found this amazing property when searching for a place to accommodate all of us! Right from the beginning Andreas catered to our every need/request. The location was perfect for us and the surroundings were just beautiful and allowed easy access to everywhere. Very welcoming with beautiful gardens
We loved this house and hope to come back. There were 9 of us and we fit comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with a nice pantry that saved us from having to go out to eat late at night. The back yard is beautiful and inviting to sit outside on the deck. The plants are beautiful and give a nice touch to the home appeal. It was very hot in LA on the days we were there which made the house warm. There are many fans around the house and a portable air conditioner in one of the rooms upstairs. Our 90 yo mother did have a hard time with the many strairs as well as the bathroom in the lower level. Overall we were very happy at this house. The location is perfect. We hope to return soon.

Very Nice house in Great Neighborhood
We found the house comfortable for our six adults and four toddlers. If you are there during the Summer, know that there is no central air and it can get warm. Overall, the house was spacious and comfortable with anything you could need in the kitchen, including spices and such if you want to cook, but don't want to buy a lot of stuff for one or two meals. Andreas was very helpful and let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule. The location is near the beach, Santa Monica and Venice Beach as well as some great hiking trails. Overall, it was as advertised and you can rent here confidently.

It was a wonderful spot to spend time with family for a wedding!
The home is nicely furnished, and is in a beautiful location. The owner was very helpful with childproofing issues (as there are stairs), and was very responsive if we had any issues. There is also an interesting book collection! 5 minute drive to the beach, great access to hiking trails. We all enjoyed it, both the rain and the sunshine!

We enjoyed our stay and everything was very nice. Pantry was stocked and that was very much appreciated as we came in later on the first night. Owner was very responsive both before the stay and on the first day as we got settled in and helped us with wifi connection. Great location and only issue was there is no AC and in mid August got a little warm. We purchased box fans and left them at the house and that made the nights sleep very comfortable.

Very nice street, friendly neighborhood, and overall a great stay!
The place was only a few minutes walk from Palisades village, and a few minutes drive from Will Rogers State Beach, Santa Monica's 3rd street promenade/pier/beach which made entertaining the family easy and great. One tip is to check out the Farmers Market by the Palisades high school, which was a close walk.
The place itself is accurately described in the photos, the living room and TV made our night in great, and the bedrooms are very comfortable.
Two bedrooms are upstairs so getting luggage and other large items up and down the stairs was the only hard part about the stay. Overall with the included parking space and the great location, the experience was very enjoyable.
The place was clean and the host provided toiletries. The beds were new and comfortable. I wish there was a brita/bottled water in the fridge but the tap water wasn't bad and there were plenty of basic food items to cover us the first day when we didn't want to go shopping.
When you check in and check out, you use the remote codes to unlock/lock the doors, which was a great feature as it eliminated waiting and extra trips for key handoffs.
