Nice location. Property was clean but we did have an ant issue. Property listing was not exactly as described and slightly confusing. It was difficult to tell which rooms were on which floors. A floor plan would be helpful especially if you have multiple groups and ages. There were no cushions on the outdoor furniture until I asked and someone had to come over and get them for us. There were ants everywhere when we left food in the kitchen counter on the first night which had to be thrown out. The owner was responsive but it was an annoyance and someone had to come over once again.
Another annoyance was the linens, blankets and towels. The linens package was offered for an additional fee. When trying to pack for 10 people, the towels and sheets alone took up so much trunk space that we opted to purchase the package. There were few blankets and we had to once again ask for these. There were no bathroom mats provided with the linens and had to ask for these as well. We had an elderly person with us and a fall on a slippery bathroom floor was hazardous. There are some basic things that should be provided such as blankets and bathroom mats and even kitchen towels.
All in all, the owner was responsive however it was not relaxing to have to keep asking for things. The location was great but I would not choose to stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean, and well located home. Perfect for our very large family of 10+ to stay for the week and enjoy a family beach vacation to the fullest. Unfortunately, we weren’t blessed with the best weather as it rained a couple days but thankfully we had this wonderful home to allow us to stay indoors longer than we anticipated and still have a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one has so many thoughtful extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cleaning supplies, games, etc. it is a well stocked home, clean and beautiful. If Bethany is next years destination we would love to rent it again. The hosts were responsive and very nice about all of my requests.The neighbors were friendly (offered to help us when we had a flat tire in the driveway). We had a wonderful vacation and this home made that possible.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our group, plenty of room for all and great family spaces to be together and cozy nooks to have some alone time. We found everything we needed and the outdoor shower was fantastic. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

The house was perfect for 8 adults. My husband and I had our 3 sons invite their girlfriends for a beach stay. The house accommodated the 3 girls having their own room, my husband and I had the master suite, and the boys shared a loft. The house was clean and the owners were very responsive. At one point in the stay, the batteries in the front door lock died. I texted, and George immediately gave me directions on how to change them and where to find the extra batteries. One thing to note is the house is not within walking distance to the beach. Having 6 young adults, who were all on their own schedule, kept driving to and from the beach/boardwalk. Parking at the beach got very expensive. $3/hr per car. Plan accordingly. Overall is was a very nice week

This is a very nice home, and was available to rent for less than a full week. The window treatments and dining room chairs could be updated, but there was plenty of room for 12 of us. I probably would not stay here again, but only because we had to bring all of our own bedding, sheets and blankets. They are bulky and I had to buy some that I didn’t have the right sizes for. This was a pretty last minute trip, so I was grateful to find a home that fit our needs.

The house was as pictured. There were 11 of us and we all had a comfortable bed, our littles shared the pull out sofa in the master. The kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, silverware, plates and utensils. A couple of things that I felt could be improved on were mainly that when you have a house that accommodates multiple people that there should be more places to hang towels in the bathrooms. We had multiple people using each bath and there is one towel rack in each bathroom. Maybe some hooks on the back of the doors would have been helpful. We decided not to get a linen package ($30/person) but didn't think that we would need to bring bath mats for each bathroom. We did have an incident with the dryer, in my stupidity of "trying to get it to work" I broke the main control knob. The owners were gracious enough to not make me pay for the whole thing which I appreciated. The only other thing that seemed odd were the patio chairs had a wicker back and a wooden slat bottom that seemed to need cushions.... they were very uncomfortable to sit on but worked well as a substitute dryer for our stay. We had a small issue with ants in the kitchen, there were ant traps on the floor, but they were on the kitchen counters as well.

Our group travels to OC for bike week every year . It is tough to find a house to accommodate 10+ people and motorcycles. This location had it all. A lot of space , garage and great location just far enough to not get the noise of all the bike week motorcycles but close enough to get a quick ride to the ocean city slip. To the event it would take us about 25-30 minutes. The only down side of the property was having to bring towels and linens for the beds and shower. Tough to make room for that stuff when you’re on a motorcycle. A quick stop at Walmart solved that.

We rented this house for a week for our extended family (8). It is in a very nice neighborhood where the homes are new and well kept. The neighbors are friendly and the house is about 5-10 minutes from the beach. The property managers were very responsive to any questions. There is hiking, cycling and restaurants within a short distance. We had a great time!

We had all ages, it was a beautiful stay. The hosts were very responsive. The property is beautiful. Beaches are very close by- we really enjoyed our vacation.

Overall the rental was fine, it was large enough to accommodate our family and within 10 minutes from the beach. When we arrived there was some garbage scattered around the outdoor grill. Also the property owner informed us the day of arrival that the clothes dryer was not operational and needed to be replaced, this was a bit of an inconvenience for our group.

Plenty of Room!
This lovely home is perfect for a large group. Three full bathrooms and plenty of space in the living room/ open kitchen and dining room for all! The outdoor shower was awesome after a long day at the beach. Close to shops/restaurants and beaches. We had a great time ! Thank you George for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Multi-Family Home!
Great place for multiple families- however one of the child rooms is separated by a curtain, not a door, which made it troublesome with noise. Place was clean but seemed to have an ant problem- had to cover everything. Overall, it was a lovely trip filled with wonderful memories! Owners were very prompt and communicative!

It’s a great house. Awesome condition! The bedrooms all have plenty of space. The owners George and Jane are very helpful with suggestions. Definitely read the binder they have at the house with tips and suggestions. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

The house looked 10x better in person than in the pictures. Janes husband, George was very helpful with everything we needed and was great with communication. Everyone really enjoyed the house and time there. I would definitely book again if I’m going back to Ocean View!

Fantastic house
First off, the house lives much bigger then what the listing states. We shared with 2 other families and had plenty of room for a 4th. Each family had their own area which was nice. The house is new and very clean with all the amenities you need for a stay. The owners were extremely responsive during the booking and during our stay and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a nice stay at the beach.

Great Stay - 7 minutes to the Beach
Jane and her husband were terrific from time of booking through checkout! We were thrilled to see that the house actually feels much larger than the listing/pictures make it seem and it suited our group of 8 adults and 5 children well.
The property is in great shape. Just be aware that, according to the guest book at the property, the cleaners do a once-over of the house as there is such a high turnover on the weekend in the area. While most major touch points were clean, this cleaning was insufficient for having 5 children playing and rolling on the floors and we felt the need to vacuum loose pieces of food and debris ourselves upon our arrival. This is no fault of the owners - just something to be well aware of going into your stay if you have small children.
It took us about 7 minutes to drive to public access beach entries each morning; a little longer on Friday, however, due to traffic.
Overall, this house was great and has all of the comforts you and your family will need while being away from your own home. I would gladly stay here again!

Great spot for a medium size group
We had a wonderful week with twelve older teens and adults, the house was perfectly spacious and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Nowadays internet connectivity is an important feature and we never felt a problem in spite of numerous devices connected at the same time. First rate cleanliness, the outdoor shower was a great feature when returning from the beach. The owners, Jane and George, were tremendously helpful. They let us know we could reach them if needed, but we didn’t need anything. There was an area map on the wall and a welcome info folder showing good stuff like the best handy grocery store and restaurants. Recommendations of things we forgot/didn’t think about: bring bicycles if that’s your thing; the beach is walkable but it’s a stretch so we were mostly doing the drive and park thing. If your trip might have some rain days then bring your family’s favorite board games. Finally, we brought plenty of beach and bath towels but forgot hand and dish towels; throw a couple of those in your bag.

The house was super clean, lots of space and close to everything. Owners are super nice, left us a list of activities/ restaurants in the area and were super responsive even during our stay. Definitely recommend!

A nice clean house close to Bethany beach
A group of us with little children stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The house was pretty new and clean, except some sands and dust on the floor. The owner had explained that she just installed an outdoor shower to minimize people tracking in sand inside the house. The outdoor shower was nice as well. The house is about 10 minute drive to Bethany beach and other nearby beaches. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend.
