Clean neighborhood, clean property, clean inside but bed....didn't feel clean. Went out got my own. Bed was not at all comfortable. Felt like a very old mattress definitely needs a new one and maybe new sheets. Everything else was clean and felt safe.

Upon arrival bed was devoid of linens
AC didn’t work. Place was dirty. Parts of the floorings were worn through. Broken tile in shower very unsafe. Place was infested with Palmetto bugs. Contacted real estate representative for property Ceaser never responded.

The suite was perfect, both in location and comfort. Cesar is excellent to work with and was always a text away in case we needed anything. The house is in a great neighborhood and although on the side of the house, we had our own parking in the driveway and our own separate entrance. We would definitely stay again.

A great little hideaway for a two week stay. Quiet area with short drive to grocery stores, Costco, 2 Malls and theaters. The management quickly addresses any concerns. Enough utensils to have a breakfast or sandwich. Nice neighborhood for an evening stroll or run.

Clean and convenient to Spring Training games at Roger Dean and Palm Beach Stadiums. Easy distance to beach and shops. Safe, comfortable location.

Great place to stay when I go for Astros spring training!
Very comfortable room in a quiet neighborhood. I love the private entrance. The owner is easy to contact if you have any questions. This was my 2nd stay and I hope to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was just as advertised. We stayed over a long weekend to attend Spring training. The property is conveniently located within a few miles of two ballparks, restaurants and other attractions. A quiet neigherhood.

We wanted to be close to spring training facilities, beaches and shopping. Perfect location for our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and lovely neighborhood
Room was very spacious, and very clean. The neighborhood is one someone could take a nice walk around. Necessary items for a simple breakfast and dinner where at hand. Only suggestion would be to have two garden chairs to sit outside in the evening on the side yard at the door entrance to the apartment. I would come again.

Spring Training
Great neighborhood and very convenient to major roads. Not far from Roger Dean Stadium and the beach. Highly recommend to one person or couple.

Quite neighborhood and good location
I like the neighborhood and location. Property well maintained.
But during my stay I had some issues. I contacted Mr Cedar on March 9 by text message. I explained to him about bits on my body that appeared once I checked in. He argued with me about the bits and she no way the property had bugs because he just remolded property a year again and he sprayed the property. I explained to him that someone could have brought in bugs. I also sent him pictures of the bits. I also had another issue, I found someone elses hair on the mattress pad. I sent him pictures of that also. During our conversation he offered to refund my money. I had to buy all kinds of medication for the bits. I thought he would have at least contacted me about my well being since I checked out but he has yet to do so. I feel that I deserve a full refund for my troubles and his lack of customer relations. Thanks for your time

Astros Spring Training
Very comfortable and convenient to the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches. Perfect for 1 or a couple. The bed was very comfortable. The owner is very responsive. I enjoyed my stay and hope to stay there again.

Great place that was in a perfect location. I stayed four nights and enjoyed the room. There were no surprises and the owner very easy to work with. House is located in a nice family neighborhood. Access was easy with plenty of light when coming back to the house in the dark. I would stay here again as it was exactly what I was looking for!!
