Large two bedroom, two bath condo. Views of mountains and Main Street.

Great location for a summer stay (probably winter as well)! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, though could easily fit more kids in. One improvement would be to get a new King bed; it felt very lumpy and uncomfortable plus made a noise every time someone moved. We were able to cook in the kitchen, though it seems like other renters have been a bit rough on the pots and the cooktop. I would still recommend the property, overall enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at 4 O'Clock. The spacious condo was as described. The owners have made sure you have everything you could need. The location was better than expected. Normally we stay at the base of Peak 9 (Marriott). This location is centrally located, a short walk into town, or to the shuttles. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Outstanding condo with terrific extras for those skiing! Jason was always responsive and helpful with questions and issues. The unit was well equipped and in a good central location for Peak 9 or Peak 8 lifts, Free Ride Shuttle or walk to town. The steam shower in the master bedroom was a great perk.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was walking distance to the gondola, shopping area, and all the great activity spots.

Great property with all the needed ammenities. We loved how close it was to downtown and walked there several times each day of our stay. It was great the hot tub is just outside the window and you can see when others are there. We loved our stay and would most certainly go back!

The Condo space is perfect for a family or group. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom while our adult age kids stayed in the second bedroom. Second bedroom is furnished well with three beds -- queen size stand alone bed as well as full size bunk beds. Lower bunk might be queen size. The space works well for a family or group as furnished. Also, it was awesome having a washer and dryer. Upon arrival, the unit was clean. It was well furnished just as advertised. Location is good. After skiing, I enjoyed the ability to walk through town for dinner and scenery. Town is all lit up -- super cute! There are some awesome restaurants plus some super cute shops in Breckenridge. It took me day to figure out the best place to cut off from the 4 O'clock run to get to the condo with the least amount of effort. There is a sign but it is small. Overall, this is a super sweet place!

Listing is as advertised. Condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of cooking accessories and dishware made it easy to eat in most nights. 5 min walk to downtown for easy access to shops/restaurants. 5 min walk to Snowflake lift; 8 min walk to Quicksilver. 2 min walk back from 4 O’Clock ski run. Great stay in a good location!

This property was great! My college aged daughter and myself booked this condo for a Christmas vacation. It was perfect for us. The pictures are exactly how it looks. Nice touches such as plenty of coat hooks, areas for wet boots, two boot and glove warmers and an outside closet for skis and snowboards. All of the appliances worked properly. The washing machine and dryer are big and new. Therefore, you don't have to pack a bunch of clothes and can wash everyday if needed. I really liked how previous tenants used the pay-it-forward method by leaving paper towels, napkins, spices, canned goods, coffee, tea, condiments, aluminum foil, etc. (The stuff that you need but hate to buy for just a week) I did my part to help in this process too. The hosts were "spot on". Easy to book; easy to check-in and check-out. As for getting to the slopes, you can walk up the hill to the Snowflake lift if you are in really good shape and don't have a lot of equipment to carry. You supposedly can ski all the way down the Four O'Clock run, but there was not enough snow for us to do it on this trip. To get to the closest slopes, the yellow line bus picks you up right across the street and can take you to Snowflake or Beaver Run. Easy to do!! Also, it was a very short distance( less than 1/4 mile) to walk to the downtown area to get to the restaurants, shops and bars. I certainly would book this condo again if we return to Breckenridge. It was a great price and a great location.

Shared this space with my brother and his family. Super clean, cozy and plenty of room for 4 adults and three kids. There was laundry and dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, dish soap, coffee, filters, condiments, seasonings and even beer left by previous renters. Board games and puzzles for the kids. Boot warmers and lots of space to hang clothes were a plus. Short walk to Main Street and the bus stop (bus is free and stops ever 20 mins - fast). 15-20 min walk to the gondola and grocery store (which also has bus stops). Parking was never an issue. Hot tubs in view from the balcony. Overall: great place and highly recommend.

We loved the location of this place to downtown Breckenridge, and how clean it was. The large size washer/dryer was a big help to keep everything clean. The owners were very responsive to my questions. Definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place for our family. The location is very close to everything in Breckenridge, including Main Street. It was also very clean and the layout was excellent to provide a space for the kids separated from Mom and Dad. Jason was very responsive and was helpful even before we booked. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

To be honest, I was a little put off when the property info after confirming our reservation said to plan to bring own toilet paper... as I have never stayed in a rental property that doesn't supply this. A rental at this price point should absolutely supply basic necessities including toilet paper and paper towels and should also probably have shampoo/conditioner and coffee. However, despite the absence of these things we had a great time at the property. The location is perfect - within walking distance to the ski lifts and Main St bars/restaurants/shops. Check in and out process was simple and straight forward and having the ski locker was great. We would stay here again, but property managers should heavily consider stocking the basic necessities for guests for the price they are charging.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Directions on how to use audio visual equipment was lacking. Minor issue compared to the full experience. Location is great.

During COVID times, I felt very safe in this property in terms of the cleaning procedures. It is a fantastic property, the owners were very easy to work with, and it's in a great location - really couldn't ask for more. The property was set up great for privacy amoungst the guests. You can close off the bedrooms/bathrooms from the rest of the living space. Lots of places to hang things to dry during ski season. Lots of places to sit and enjoy dinner or down time. Great walking distance from downtown.

The condo is in a perfect location to walk right into town. The owners were easily available if I had any questions. The condo was very nice and very clean. We loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay in this condo again.

Property was nice. Had everything we needed. Location was excellent to shops & food, easy walk. COVID didn’t stop us from fishing, zip lining, shopping etc.... Just make sure you wear your mask! Good times!!
