This condo had everything we needed for a fun week in Coco. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and supplies, there were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, etc. we even discovered a pool raft in the closet! The condo complex was extremely clean, well maintained, and beautiful! We spent two days at the pools and ate at the snack bar which had a nice selection of tasty food for breakfast and lunch and was open until 5. Mark the host was quick with communication and the on-site concierge office did their best to keep up with all our questions. We had issues with the door lock twice and both times they were there to fix the problems within minutes. Since we were traveling with a 14 month old, we couldn’t decide on tours very far in advance but we’re able to book one through the concierge and another one through Frank the Tank tours, which I had used on a previous visit to CR. There are two decent grocery stores within short walking distance, the one on the left is more expensive but higher quality fresh produce (we likened it to a Whole Foods) and the one across the Main Street is cheaper. Our last night there we ordered takeout from Numu Taproom near the Special Places office and it was so good! In fact, everywhere we ate was good - lots of healthy food (unless you order like an American and get the burgers and fries!) We took the free shuttle to the Pacifico Beach Club two days and loved it. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful… juste little bit things about checking because I did not receive the right code for the door… but was fixed quickly… the place was quiet, very clean, and easy to walk to the pools and the grocery store… the beach is approximately 10 min walk and we can get the shuttle… the beach club was amazing to… nice place…

The property was clean and as described. The Pacifico area is beautiful with lots of amenities. The owner was very accommodating and the keyless entry and check in/out process was seemless.

This is a very modern condo in a safe and friendly gated community. It provides everything you need—cooking equipment, cooking oil, spicy, salt, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, floats and many more!!!! You don’t need to buy anything else as it even has cling film, pegs and shopping bags. It feels like staying at home but with sunny weather every day. The place is beautiful and spacious. The balcony is huge and we have our breakfast there every morning! People in the community is so friendly and they always smile, talk and help you out. The 4 swimming pools are clean and beautiful. There are always sun lounges available so no need to get up early to reserve one. The condo is only 5-10 minutes walk to Coco beach. There is a nice supermarket next to the Pacifico entrance. We are so pleased that we choose this place and we had a brilliant time there!! Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Stayed in different places in Coco in the past, definitely one of the best and will stay here again in the future

Pacifico is exponentially the best place to stay in Coco. Minutes to everything and as posh as it gets. The staff of the complex are friendly and hard working. The pools are pristine, the grounds are spectacular and safe. Our condo was perfect, huge for 2 couples and enormous for just my wife and I. It was clean as expected and came with everything we could possibly need. The bed was huge and comfortable, we are breakfast on the balcony every morning before day got too hot. The in room laundry allowed us to pack light and return with clean clothes. I can't think of one thing to complain about. When we return to C.R, we will be returning to Pacifico.

Mark was a wonderful host. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Both rooms had comfy king sized beds. The living area was spacious and and well appointed. The location was excellent. We could walk to grocery stores and restaurants. It was very close to the shuttle to the Pacifico Beach Club. Mark and his team responded quickly and did everything they could to resolve issues and concerns. We would recommend this property in beautiful Costa Rica!

Wonderful condo in Pacifico. Quite. Well stocked. Lots of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies and beach towels. Comfy king beds were a huge hit! Balcony overlooks the grounds. Rent a golf cart if you stay in Pacifico. Lots to do, but most things are a little far to walk to. Highly recommend the beach club. Entry fees are applied against your tab. With two grown boys, we EASILY met the $25/ea to consume the entry fee. Concerierge took very good care of us. GREAT communication. Very easy stay.

From booking the condo through the interactions with owner Mark ( who was very prompt and helpful the entire process) to the checkout, very positive. Property mgt is very responsive to any needs, including booking tours, shuttles, etc. Condo was good shape and fairly well/appointed and quiet. Complex was very relaxed, definitely not the party crowd. Close to restaurants, stores. Coco beach is a little walk and not our preferred beach. Went to Playa Hermosa instead. All in all, an enjoyable time.

Property was awesome,location wonderful, overall Costa Rico diverse from the many beaches to the jungles and volcanos! The people are friendly many are collage educated the food was out of this world! The cleanliness of the steets,air, and power generation is inspirational.

I could write a long review noting how fantastic each and every thing was but just trust us, this whole experience was second-to-none. Everything we expected and much more. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We are on our last day today and sad to be leaving. Mark accommodated everything for us and went way, way above and beyond to help when asked and always responded right away through our entire trip. Can’t say enough good things about Mark and the whole team that helped us during our stay. Kudos and so many thanks are due. You will not be disappointed booking this incredible spot.

I recently stayed at this condo with my family. It was just perfect for our needs. When we arrived the condo was clean and ordered. Stephanie and Yannick helped us with all we needed. We were able to cook our food with no problem with all the kitchen appliances. They even have a rice cooker, which is not a usual appliance anywhere. We had the ease of buying any missing things at the Automercado supermarket, which is right next to Pacific condos. We also enjoyed the pools very much, having warm water (not freezing like most pools, that invited us to stay more time) and comfy chairs to rest. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet environment and the nice gardens. I can keep on going with this review because it was wonderful! I totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay around Playa del Coco area.

All the amenities were in great shape and we enjoyed greatly our time in the condo. Super friendly check in process and they were very flexible with us due to a delay in our flight. The management team was very accommodating and helped us with a crib for our baby. Super safe gated community and lovely view :) Thanks Mark and Yannick for making our vacation just great

The place is amazing - really as described - very beautiful and full service. Great Security. Lovely people - check in was late - we showed up early but still, it was 2 hours late - no problem but hence the stars. We ended up going to - we went to Diamante park it was great fun. the ziplines were very low and slow compared to Monteverde and Arenal but that was kind of nice! I'd recommend this location absolutely and my deposit was given back basically within 24 hours

The home was very clean, just like the pictures online. We didn't really enjoy the pool due to the weather, but they looked very clean. Everything was walking distance. Super market, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend, area is beautiful and safe. We will be coming back. Pura Vida! 🇨�🇷�😊�🐒�🏝�

This condo is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need. The linens are plentiful and clean and the kitchen has everything required. It is located close to the main entrance gate and a short walk to the pedestrian gate. If you prefer not to walk at all during your stay, it is very easy to rent a car or a golf cart just outside of Pacifico; the cost is extremely minimal. We found having a golf cart was helpful for grocery runs and having covered parking was great. I will also add that Mark's parking spot (we used only one of the two spots available) is steps away from the condo entrance! We knowingly booked our trip during transition season and did have a couple nights of rain that lasted about 40 minutes. As always rain in CR is beautiful and once it is was finished we headed out and carried on with our evening. If you like, bring an umbrella, but it is not necessary. Stephanie, Damian and Yannick are wonderful and were super helpful with anything we had questions about. Leading up to our stay Mark's responses were extremely prompt and informative. When we arrived it was clear that he had provided accurate information; from my correspondence with him I had a sense of where I was and what was around me which was very helpful. Further, there is an information binder located in the condo that details many of the restaurants etc. that we used and found to be of great assistance. The condo is in a perfect location for so many things if you want to tour around and also if you want to hang out by the pool(s) for a relaxing day. The pool service is exceptional - you will want for nothing. The grounds are stunning!! I do not have any suggestions and trust me, I would offer them! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Amy and Colin

We loved our stay here. The Pacifico is a wonderful gated community, located next to a very nice grocery store, and is walking distance to many great bars, restaurants and the beach. The pools and hot tubs have food and beverage service, and the condo itself was very clean, modern, comfortable, with everything there you could possibly need. The community of Coco Beach was very friendly, had lots of great places to eat, and lots of things going on. Mark, the owner, was always available to help with any questions we had and gave great advice on places to eat. Stephanie, the property manager was also very helpful with all of the many questions we had and also gave us great suggestions. We would definitely stay here again,.

Loved the complex. Condo was clean and close to everything. Short walk into town. Had one excursion that there where several mishaps. Wasn't happy with how the outcome was handled.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pacifico in Playas del Coco. The property was very secure, Stephanie the concierge was extremely helpful. The condo had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, you can walk to everything, there is a nice grocery store, restaurants, sodas, tourist shopping and of course the beach. We also enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pools located on the Pacifico property. Golf Carts could be rented if you desired depending on your needs.

This condo is absolutely amazing! I'm usually a tough critic when it comes to renting, however this place exceeded all of my expectations. THE CONDO Very spacious. Plenty of room to spread out. The living room that opens to the patio was, by far, my favorite part of the condo. The entire place is meticulously clean with plenty of towels and kitchen accessories. THE PROPERTY The property is beautiful and safe. Pacifico is a gated community with 24/7 security. There are four pools with a snack bar and happy hour which was very convenient lol. There's are two grocery stores that are STEPS from the condo. There are also a couple restaurants and cafes on the property. Lastly, the beach is no more than a 10 minute walk away. THE STAFF Best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time. The owner (Mark) is very responsive and provides you with activities you may be interested in during your stay. The property managers Damien and Stephanie are phenomenal! I had a million questions and they answered all of them. They even booked our transportation to/from the airport, as well as all of our excursions. Damien went out of his way to make sure we had a memorable experience. IN SUMMARY... I will definitely be back :)

Close to town walking distance to many good restaurants the local people value the tourism industry and are all supportive

Location is everything in Coco Beach and this property nails it.The unit is an easy walk to the property's many pools, shopping, and restaurants.There are a number of rentals in Pacifico but this one has a perfect location with private and covered parking.The unit is roomy and comfortable. Owner Mark is very easy to work with and interested in feedback. On-site managers Yurrick and Damien are easily accessible and helpful.If you are a discriminating traveler, you will be comfortable renting here and most definitely will want to return.

Mark's service and communications were timely and helpful. His place had everything including a coffee pot, some coffee and filters. Towels, toilet paper and other supplies were perfectly allocated. The place was clean and quiet with just the right pool proximity. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Mark!
