Sandy Cheeks is a great spot to vacation in Surfside Beach. The property owners are incredibly polite and responsive. The house is kept up well and has a private pool, all within about a two block walk to the beach. Terrific place. We'll be back!!

If you are looking for a place that has it all, look no further! Dave was friendly and helpful from the second we booked. The house is clean and has absolutely everything you could need. The pool is a great bonus but you are only an extremely short walk to beach and a short drive to shopping an activities. Will definitely be returning, I can’t think of a better place to vacation with my family.

Heading back again and will probably try to book whenever we can. This house is just a short walk from beach entrance. Total of six guests stayed and the private pool was a good size for our group. House was perfectly roomy and the screened balcony is a lovely place to hang out (when it's not too hot). Perfect getaway!

All siblings gathered to see baby brother graduate from CCU. The house and location was so wonderful. We had great times laughing around the pool as well as walking to the beach. We want to make it an annal trip! So Fun! Host was great and the house was perfect.

Communication with host (Dave) was awesome, before, during and after the stay. He and Jen have a great property! About a half a block from the beach, easy parking (some under the house, great for a rainy day!). Really great pool and a closet with everything you need for the pool and beach (floats, toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, coolers, etc!). House is lovely and was enjoyed by teens, parents and grandparents. Other highlights- screen porch in front off living/ dining area (coffee there daily!), kids bunk room, nice covered area at pool w/swing and seating was great on a hot day, beautiful renovated bathroom in primary bedroom. We'll be back when visiting our CCU student again!

We felt so at home here! Dave & Jen have this rental house feeling so welcoming. Everything was so clean and tidy. The Amenities were more than we expected down to the baby gate for the toddler. Its the perfect community/ house for families with kids. Quiet and right next to the beach! Dave was very clear about instructions and had open communication if anything was needed. I could go on and on with how much we enjoyed everything here.
We can't wait to visit Sandy Cheeks home again!

He answered all our questions promptly and provided all the necessary information, making the entire process seamless.
The property itself exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The unit was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring the utmost comfort and convenience. Any concerns or maintenance requests we had were addressed promptly, further amplifying our positive experience. You will not need beach gear as this property has everything you could want and need for fun in the sun.
The location of the property was also ideal. Situated in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, we were a short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores and restaurants.
The pool was undoubtedly the highlight of our rental experience, especially for the kids. The sparkling pool was well maintained, offering a refreshing oasis during the summer month. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our leisure time lounging by the pool and taking a refreshing swim.

We all enjoyed our stay at this property so much and we didn't want to leave. This house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. The beach was so close as well as some restaurants and shops that we were able to walk to quite a bit of stuff. We would definetely rent at Sandy Cheeks again if we go back to the area. The property owners were very friendly and responsive.

This house is accurately listed and actually better than the description. It truly is less than a block walk to the beach access. The pool area is very nice. The house set up is accommodating for a large family. We had 4 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents in our group and it worked perfect.
All the bedrooms were accommodating and nice. The kitchen is well equipped.
We had horrible weather for our stay which was such a bummer, but our kids did not complain and we all made the most of it. There are games and books and puzzles provided as well as TV service.
The owners were amazing hosts: very kind, thoughtful, and generous. We would stay again if we return to the area.

This was our second time staying at this location and it was an even better visit than the first! We love this beach and the location of the house is IDEAL! Walk to the beach so you don't have to worry about sand in your car and loading and unloading. Great restaurants only a five minute drive away. The house was updated with new flooring and newer outdoor furniture that added to the comfort and appeal. We would definitely recommend this house and location to everyone we know.

We had the best time here. The house had everything we needed. We made breakfast every morning, enjoyed coffee on the porch, chilled by the pool! The beach was so close, and we were just a golf cart drive away from all of our favorite restaurants! The owners were so nice! This place is awesome. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation spot for family!
This was our first family vacation and our first experience with a vacation rental. The hosts were amazing to work with, extreamly easy to communicate with, and the house was amazing. Only thing we wished we had was a clock outside by the pool as it was super easy to lose all track of time while enjoying the pool area! We can't wait to book again!
