La guesthouse est très bien située, à seulement quelques pas de la magnifique plage de Goyambokka. La piscine est à très bonne température, propre et très agréable. On peut manger sur place matin midi et soir.

Nous avons été déçus que le petit-déjeuner à emporter que nous avions convenu pour notre départ tôt (5 heure) n’ait pas été préparé… si cela posait problème, le responsable aurait dû nous le dire et nous nous serions débrouillé en achetant de quoi manger la veille.

Понравилось почти всё - номер на втором этаже с большим балконом, душ под открытым небом, ооочень вкусная еда в ресторане - обедали и ужинали только здесь, до пляжа пешком 1-2 минуты, приятный персонал 🫶

Good rooms good good and very close to the beach

Nothing bad maybe the poil needs to be a bit fixed ABOUT VEACH NOT HOTEL - Please note when staying here there is a restaurant bar called Phoenix close by on the beach. Dont go there drunk and violent staff.

Nice place really close to the beautiful goyambokka beach. Great swimming pool and the territory. Welcoming stuff.

Excellent location-beach is a few meters away. Lovely pool and pool area. Staff is very attentive. Beautiful grounds surrounded by nature.

Deluxe room on the small side. Dark interior and if you open the curtains for light, no privacy. Also, door key is attached to card that has to be kept in slot to provide power. When inside, to lock the door, you have to remove the key card thereby turning off the electricity. Or lock door and replace card, leaving yourself locked into a room with barred windows. Uncomfortable position in case of emergency. They need to provide a second key.

The beautiful garden with the pool is great. The gyambokka beach is only 100-200 m away and the silent beach is also very close with a short walk. The room was really nice. The bathroom has the typical standard (you flood the floor during a shower) - but we stayed in the "older" building perhaps it is different in the newer ones. We really liked it there and extended our stay. We hope we come back! We also had dinner twice and it was always delicous.

Excellent location, staff and good breakfast. The pool is a bonus at this price point.

It is a nice smaller resort near 2 beautiful beaches. They provide a nice breakfast and a dinner and lunch menu that was very reasonably priced and the food delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff at Goyambokka Guesthouse are very friendly. I had the western breakfast which I enjoyed. I had dinner at the restaurant every night and I loved eating the delicious curries that the chef cooked!! The rooms were clean and staff attentive. The gardens are beautiful and there are lots of birds to spot, the pool is lovely to relax by and it is a very short walk to the beach. Goyambokka beach is peaceful with not many tourists. a perfect place to relax!

We arrived a bit fraught but were quickly settled in and sat on the verandah drinking tea from a pot and looking over the front garden. The nearest beach was a five minute walk and is one of the most gorgeous beaches I have seen - a horseshoe cove with white sand and palm trees and a few beach bars/ restaurants selling fish caught by the fishermen in the next cove.

the window to the bathroom did not fully close so we didn't turn the light on at night to avoid attracting insects.

I was disappointed when we first arrived having read the reviews. we booked deluxe room and this was VERY basic! the balcony is two chairs outside the room entrance. however the location is great only a short walk to a beautiful beach. the breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

the bathroom was terrible. if you had the shower on full it flooded the whole room.

The location between goyambokka beach and silent beach was outstanding (the two best beaches in my opinion). Really short walk to both. And if you want to visit Hiriketiya, its only 20min by bus. The staff was very nice, had some nice conversations and it was no problem to extend our stay from 3 to 4 nights. The terrace with our room was very big and comfortable to sit and read a book. Outside shower was a nice touch. The pool was very cozy and the breakfast was very good: choice for how you want your eggs, lots of fruit and enough toast. They also have a good italian espresso (not incl in breakfast)

A little bit more space in the room around the bed would have been nice, but its not a big issue.

We really enjoyed the guesthouse. It's very clean, a nice garden and a nice swimming pool. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is really great with affordable prices! A nice beach is at 100m. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who want to spend a few days at the beach, visit the tangalle area or enjoy the swimming pool.

We arrived at a time of crisis in Sri Lanka hence everything in the area was closed & we were the only guests but the wonderful food & staff ensured we still had a lovely stay. We look forward to returning

Great place to stay in Goyambokka area. The room was clean and the beds are comfy as well. The staff were super nice and friendly. At the guesthouse they have their own restaurant and the cook knows what he’s doing:) food was delicious! The access to the beach is just the best - only few steps away from the nice little bay. We would definitely come back if we had a chance.

Lovely guesthouse near Goyambokka beach. The guesthouse is a short drive (or a 3.5 walk along a road) into Tangalle but it is 500 m from one of the nicest beaches I went to. The staff were really friendly and helpful, food was nice and the grounds were beautiful. There is not a lot in the area, so I ate at the guesthouse but the food was lovely so that was not an issue for me. It is only a short journey into town and there were Tuk Tuks waiting to take you into town. I would definitely stay here again

The place is close to the beach and absolutely amazing, the staff is great and so helpfull and the food is 100% delicious!

Amazing accommodation, spacious with a large terrace. Beautiful garden with a small pool. Pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast. The restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices. 3 minutes from one of the best beaches. The next Silent Beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Very good value for your money - I highly recommend.
