This is the second year in a row we stayed here and we had a wonderful time. The unit is the perfect size for our group of 4, and very convenient to the pool and beach. Just a short drive to many restaurants, bars, and other attractions. Very clean unit, nicely stocked. The owner (Staci) was very good to communicate with. One note: we had been following various posting on the internet about the condition of the beach in NW. WE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE BEACH. Access to the beach from this unit was very convenient, and we typically had plenty of room on the beach. I suggest you pay attention to the high tide chart, because the beach does shrink some during high tide. But as I said, we were at the beach everyday, sometimes for as much as 6 or 7 hours, and had plenty of room. I highly recommend this Unit for your vacation plans!

3rd yr renting

Staci was great with communication. Unit was clean and had many amenities, including toiletry samples which was extremely convenient. The private balcony was convenient with easy access to the pool. My only complaints were with the Regency itself, and not the property owner. The staff is rude when it comes to parking. We weren't trying to take up any additional spots, but there was a miscommunication with the parking pass and they were quick to threaten with towing. Also, the second floor has some smokers on it so the smell wasn't the greatest. Overall, we did love the unit and would rent again.

My family has stayed at the Regency for 23 years. This was our first time staying in this beautiful double unit. The pool deck and private balcony was a big plus. Everything was just as expected with no surprises. My family really enjoyed the stay .

Property was great - very clean. Location was the best pool right outside our doors and right across from the beach . The owner was extremely nice and very helpful with instructions. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

This property was exceptionally clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in while on a vacation. It was in a perfect location. We already talked about wanted to stay here for our vacation next summer

We had a fabulous time at this property. Staci was communicative and clear in all directions and the property itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. Very close to the heated pool and had the largest balcony by far. The location to the beach was exceptional and we were very pleased with everything. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Our group of four had a wonderful time in N Wildwood. Great communication with the owner Staci. Easy check in. Everything at our unit was as advertised. The unit was a perfect size for us. The private balcony was great. Being at pool level was wonderful. And a short walk right to the beautiful beach. Lots of nearby and convenient bars and restaurants. And the iconic Boardwalk is an easy walk or very short drive away. Highly recommend this unit!

We enjoyed our week at Regency Towers. Staci took care of a problem we had that was something she could not control. She responded immediately and help fix the problem. The pool area is great and the deck that leads to it is very convenient. I would recommend this condo!

This is the best condo & best location at the Regency Tower, by far! Largest balcony and we enjoyed many nights sitting outside. You can walk right out to the pool from the balcony, no need to use the front door or elevator. Condo was just as described and pictures are very accurate. Very clean and so many travel-size supplies were there, it was a nice (and unexpected) touch - forgot your toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc - you name, it was there. Paper towels, napkins, soap, dishwasher tablets, the list goes on. We have never stayed at a beach house that supplied any of these items. Beds were comfy, enough room for all of us. Now to the owners....Staci answered the phone immediately when I called when checking in and had a problem with the lock box (it was us, not the lock box!) and helped us with it. And the biggest thing for me was Staci going above and beyond when we left an item there (a bit of an expensive item) and didn't realize it until after we were home for a few days. She managed to locate it and even offered to have it shipped home to us. Talk about kindness! We would definitely rent again next summer. If you're looking for a great week at the beach, this is the place!

Unit has a private patio. Very nice and steps away from pool. Pool area very clean. Right across from beach! Unit is small but well organized. The only issue was for people with limited walking ability. The distance from the elevator to the unit is very long. Owner responded to all inquiries. Unit was well supplied.

Owner is responsive and pleasant. The balcony is the biggest and most private in the building with direct access to the pool! Photos make it look a little newer than it is but it feels like a wholesome Jersey shore vaca. It takes 5 minutes to walk out the door and start setting your spot on the sand!! Also dont have to walk through a mile of sand to be near the water like other locations. Would absolutely recommend(we have two 6 yr olds and they loved it). Russos bagel breakfast sammies are a must!

We just had a wonderful vacation! Staci was great with all communication that was needed. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed, the balcony/pool deck area was terrific for us (4 kid swimmers) and the area we were in felt so safe!! It was just an overall 5 put of 5 stars all across the board!! Thanks again Staci for everything!!

Nice condo, perfect for family get away. Walking distance to board walk

My family decided to go on a quick get-away over the Christmas holidays, but we wanted to stay in NJ due to COVID and quarantining rules. Staci's condo was exactly what we were looking for - it was on the ocean (for the shore vibe) and close to Cape May. The two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was fully equipped, including staple cooking supplies - we forgot cooking oil and coffee filters, but no worries, there was some! - and all the appliances worked perfectly. Each bedroom had it's own tv and the beds were SO comfortable - my 16 and 20 year old loved it. When I texted Staci upon our arrival and departure she answered immediately, we had no issues, but I would imagine the response would be the same. The condo was clean - important in these times - and I felt very safe staying there. Thank you for a great stay, Staci!

This property is in a wonderful location, especially for people with young children. You are so convenient to the beach, the pool was still open in the third week of September, and there are plenty of playgrounds close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Staci’s condo is fabulous! My family and I have stayed at many places in North Wildwood through the years and this by far is our favorite. The location is absolutely perfect and the condo is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing shore getaway. The extended balcony is perfect for watching evening sunsets and allows easy access to the pool (perfect for little ones). Looking forward to staying here again next summer!

Just got home from a week long family vacation here. This condo was beyond our expectations, and Staci goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. From the available board/video games for rainy days, the pool and beach toys for the kids, and the extra bathroom necessities, nicely labeled and organized in the cabinet, this condo is just gorgeous. It has plenty of room for everyone, and two bathrooms was a nice plus. The furniture (beds included) are top notch quality. We have stayed at 5 different places in Wildwood, and have always found something we didn't like, but not here. I cannot recommend this condo enough, and we have found our new Wildwood resting place. Also wanted to mention the staff members I interacted with were courteous and professional. Thank you Staci, and the Regency Staff, we will see you next year.

I am a frequent visitor to North Wildwood and this is truly one of the nicest places I stayed. The check in process was very easy and Staci followed up to make sure everything was good. The quality of the furniture, beds, and rugs are excellent. Very comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms and kitchen very modern and very nice. The whole condo is well cared for and you can tell Staci really wants her guests to have what they need and enjoy their time. It is a great location and just steps to the beach and Seawall. I would definitely stay there again and give it my highest recommendation.

We really enjoyed the beautiful condo, nicely decorated and homelike atmosphere. Out side our sliding glass door was a privacy deck with table and chairs as well as, lounge chairs. Right across the street was the beautiful beach. Short driving distance to shopping, site seeing, and wonderful restaurants. Staci was so nice and just a phone call or text message away to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. Everyone was so friendly and service was excellent wherever we went. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there on their next vacation. I might note that everything was so clean. The pool was just outside our door and was kept immaculate every day.

Our stay was a great experience. Staci's condo is exactly as pictured and had all the amenities as home. The condo was clean and location in the complex was perfect! We truly loved the private balcony. Staci was a great host and was available if you had any questions. She checked in with us after our arrival to make sure everything was good. We enjoyed the ease of check-in with VRBO versus a realty in which you have to run town to get keys before checking in. We would absolutely rent from Staci again.

This property is a winner for us. The location of beach access and being on the pool level is great with small children. Condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We will return.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. It is the perfect distance from the pool, the beach, the boardwalk chaos. It was nice walking around North Wildwood without all the congestion from the boardwalk. It was also enjoyable to be far from the distractions of the boardwalk with little ones who want everything! We will definitely stay here again. The space was perfect, just the right size for our family.
