We have been coming to the area for years! This was our first time staying at this property and the location could not have been better! My family spent the week fishing, crabbing and catching some waves! Lunch at Molly’s was great!! We enjoyed dinner at On The Rocks and took a short walk to Dairy Queen for our almost nightly ice cream splurge! The host was very accommodating and always responded to any questions quickly! The house is well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, while making you feel like your in your own home!

This was a short family vacation to the beach. It was a pleasant stay, in a quiet location.

This location was perfect to rent for a weekend away to unwind and get away from our everyday stressors. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was more than enough space for our family, and it was only a short walk from the beach. One morning, we drove 17 minutes into Beaufort and took the ferry out to Shackleford Banks to see the wild horses and do some shelling. It was all so nice. There was plenty to do, but also everything we needed to just be sit at the house and do nothing. Would definitely consider renting this space again.

My husband and I were there for a business seminar that was right across the street from the condo. The condo was nice, decorated very cute. King size bed was very comfortable. The only thing was I think they need better maid service. When we walked in, there was a pretty strong dog odor. Not urine or anything, just a strong dog smell. Went and got some Febreze and it helped a lot. The cleaning crew could also pay some attention to things like the baseboards, light switches, etc. Just felt like it needed a deep cleaning. Would also invest in some pillow protectors that can be washed along with the pillowcases. The pillows on the king bed were gross and all stained, glad I brought my own. I was reluctant to give a honest review because the owner was so nice. However, I figured that is the only way they are going to know what needs to be addressed with the staff.

Location Location Location This property was in the perfect location to the beach . It also has 3+ bathrooms and plenty of linens. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and activities Still maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel

Planned an extended weekend with family and well worth it! Home was spacious and dog friendly. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked to cook in. Host was super helpful!!

Beautiful weather, easy beach access, family friendly pool, close to numerous restaurants and kid friendly activities in addition to having a comfortable home. As a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids), it was the perfect size and set-up for our vacation week.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was perfect. The pool was steps away and so enjoyable especially since my daughter and son have a 6 month old baby. The walk to the beach was so easy. Just a great time !

This is our 3rd time staying at this property during the summer! It’s always in great clean condition with all the things you could ever need! The property owners are great to deal with fast to respond and are just a wonderful family! We look forward to staying at their property every summer and can’t wait until the next time!

Townhome is extremely convenient to both the beach and pool. Home was well-kept and nicely stocked with all types of necessities. Owner was easily accessible and responded in a timely fashion to questions and or concerns. Would certainly recommend this townhome to others looking to vacation at the beach.

This is our third year here (spoiler, we tried two other places the past two years and nothing compared so we were back this year!). We have a 5,3 and 6 month old and you really can’t beat the pool. It’s never super crowded and it’s perfect to be able to send the kids out with an adult while we pack up for the beach or when you get back from the beach. And it was so easy to just pop back and forth to grab snacks or take the baby in and out and check on our fur baby. The kids made lots of friends at the pool and it was just an incredibly relaxing time. Like coming home!!

Had a fantastic stay with my adult children- my baby turned 18. Location: perfect, short walk across the street to the beach, condo: wish I owned it! Clean and comfortable. 2 of 3 rooms have private balconies. Host allowed us to check in at noon so we were able to maximize our beach time Simply a wonderful long weekend. I’ll be back for sure!!

Overall our stay was nice. There was mold on all of the shower curtains, otherwise the place was clean and very nice. The location was great but the neighborhood was not very inviting. My 91 year old mother-in-law, my 84 year old Mom, my husband, my daughter her husband and children (a 4 year old and 2 year old twins)went for an early morning walk on the beach. Upon returning to the complex we went directly to the pool. We had snacks for the children and swam at the pool as we watched one police car then two police cars convening at the pool. We thought they were going to tell us to stay in place because they were going to be arresting someone. Then a third police car showed up and they approached us wanting to know if we belonged here because they received a complaint from a neighbor. I can’t believe we looked like a menacing crowd to the neighbors with our 2 elderly parents and I can’t believe there were 3 cop cars dispatched to contain us. Do the people in the condo not know that these condos are VRBOs and there may be families that they don’t know renting them? I had to go back to the condo to get my phone so they could look at my rental contract to verify this multigenerational group could be in the pool area when someone insisted that we didn’t belong. Those 3 cop cars dispatched to control us could have been better used watching the cross walk to the beach that 2 people ignored two separate times and ran through while we were crossing the road even though the button was pushed and the crosswalk lights were on.

Wonderful townhouse! We loved the location. Easy walk to the beach even with little kids! And DQ is a 5 minute walk away too. Beautiful pool and very accommodating for little kids! Loved everything about this property!

Clean, comfortable and close to everything. An enjoyable stay!

Our check-in impression was "WOW", What a nice place"! Our check-out impression was, "The steps". This 3 level townhouse has 40 some steps to tackle to the bedrooms, I have Parkinson and my wife has a lung condition. So our family was there to assist us with the stairs Under the beds were very dirty also, But I would stay again after under the beds were cleaned, OH, No jandicap parking provided, That was rough....

This condo was the perfect place for our family. The bedrooms and kitchen had plenty of room for all 9 of us. Access to the beach was a quick walk across the road, and the pool was directly outside the kitchen door. This owner provided access to beach chairs, toys, and a beach cart stored on site. There are 2 assigned parking spots at the front entrance so we never had to worry about finding a space. We will definitely be booking this space again for future trips.

My family and I loved it here and we were only across the street from the beach. Everyone was friendly around the complex. The owners were very friendly and only a phone call away for any questions or concerns. Only two things made my family sad, 1. The community pool was closed due to an pump issue and our last day at the house because we did not want to leave! Needless to say we definitely will be returning!

Everything we needed to have a relaxing and stress free beach trip was available. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Pet friendly and neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend.
