Our 1 week stay in Anna Maria Island was perfect thanks to this amazing property. Our accommodation was a true gem that exceeded all expectations. We have stayed at many rentals and this one tops our list. The house was stocked with everything you need for the beach, pool and kitchen. The location was perfect--2 minute walk to a beautiful beach that was never overcrowded. The whole family loved the pool each day. We grilled out 5 nights on a great Weber gas grill. The check in/check out was seamless. Couldn't recommend this rental more!

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation. Everything was onsite that we could ask for to accommodate kids (pack n play, stroller, beach wagon, pool/beach toys, floaties/life jackets) along with gated property and gated access to pool. This was a huge win when with children. The pool area itself was vey nice and we spent many hours out there. At any point, we could also easily pack the wagon onsite with chairs, umbrellas, shade tents, coolers and beach toys (that are all provided at the property) to make a quick trip over to the beach.
The beach area was well taken care of, not overly populated and sand at the beach was soft. We were also a short walk away from downtown shops and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store.
A very nice place where we could all enjoy some family time, spend time having fun in the sun at the pool and the beach, and rest peacefully at night.
The beds were comfortable, there was a washer and dryer onsite, and all the extras (soaps, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, towels) were included.
The only minor downfall we experienced was upon booking the propety was listed as having a spa, but the owner was quick to respond and confirm otherwise and immediately updated the property details.
I would easily recommend this place for anyone - adults, kids, family, friends. A great stay !

We had a wonderful 2-week stay!! The living area was much bigger than appears in the online photos. The three of us were able to get quite comfortable without any problem the few times we sat down to watch a movie! The outdoor pool and dining areas are very nice and feel very private, we loved the lights in the trees and the disco front door light was great! We felt like we were in the middle of everything, the beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and it is easy to get to Longboat Key, Bradenton, and all the lovely shops and restaurants on Anna Maria.The house was comfortable, well appointed and decorated beautifully. Todd was immediately responsive to any questions and we could not have asked for a better host. We are already looking forward to our visit next year!! Thanks!!

We enjoyed a stayed here over Thanksgiving. The walk to the beach was easy with young kids and the wagon for beach chairs and toys was much appreciated! The pool area was probably one of our favorite features of the property. It was nice to enjoy the pool without others invading your space.
All in all, it was a great house for our family to enjoy. I do think some of the rugs in the home could be cleaned or replaced, but that didn’t affect our stay so I didn’t remove any stars for it. Check out instructions were fairly simple and did not feel overwhelming.

This house was PERFECT! great location on the island; short walk to the beach; great pool. This single story house was perfect for our family, being all in one level was great. We have a 1 year old and it had everything we needed for him! Todd was a great property manager and responded to anything we needed (which honestly was really nothing!) Our family will definitely be back to this house in the future!

We stayed wirh another family- 7 in total and Yacht Rock Ranch was the perfect spot for us! The house is exactly as pictured. The pool was fantastic; it gets shade from about 4pm on this time of year. The beach is as close as the listing states and no long path once you go through the access point. Todd was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have picked a better property for our trip to paradise!

We had the pleasure of staying at Todd's home for the week of Easter 2023. We were a family of four, with two boys ages, 8 and 6. We needed the extra space because my husband was working for a few days during our stay. The front bedroom with a desk was perfect, and allowed him to be closed off from us when needed.
The beach was an easy stroll from the house. The area itself is absolutely stunning. The beaches are clean, the water is clear and aquamarine in color. Many times I thought we were in the Carribean.
The house had everything we needed, to include spices, popcorn, tea, and other kitchen cabinet items possibly left by prior guests, which was very helpful. The owner provided top of the line shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and a basket full of everything that you might have forgotten, to include new toothbrushes. Beach towels, chairs, and toys were also provided. Cable, with every channel imaginable was included. We don't have cabel at home, so we were excited to have the opportunity to catch up on some shows.
Communication with Todd was easy. He responded immediately to any questions we had. We wanted to return next year during the same week, but unfortunately it was already booked.

We were a 3-generation family of 8, including a toddler. The yacht rock ranch was the perfect setting for a family vacation at the beach. The beach is a short walk from the house and is on a quiet stretch of Bradenton Beach. The pool and deck were even better than the pictures with plenty of seating. The house is stocked with everything needed for the beach and the wagon was so helpful. The kitchen was well stocked too, and the house came with almost everything needed for the baby, which was so convenient. The AC worked well for our family. Our one complaint was that the pillows and bedding could use a refresh and the queen bed seemed less comfortable than the rest, but everything was functional. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the house was excellent. My family enjoyed it being a 5 minute walk to the beach, swimming in the pool, eating outside, comfortable beds and a nicely stocked kitchen.

Todd was a very gracious, helpful host, and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We had a 7th month old up to a 72 year old and the rental, proximity to the beach were perfect. As was the pool !!

Property is absolutely perfect, easy beach access. Owners checked on our arrival and checkout. The house is all equipped, you forget sone no worries they got you covered. Plus there’s beach supplies for you. Pool is beautiful.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stay was. The house was everything described and then some. I have never worked with an owner that communicates so quickly and was so helpful. The house was fully stocked for all needs and included everything you need for the beach. Last, is that pool and deck. We fell in love with that area and never wanted to leave. Absolutely wonderful.

Great location
2 minute walk to the beach.
The backyard pool was wonderful. Private and protected by lush vegetation. We spent most of our afternoons enjoying the pool.
House was very comfortable and was perfect for the 5 adults' and 2 children.
Todd was very responsive whenever I had a question and to illustrate that we had a minor issue with the A/C in the house. He had a technician there within 90 minutes of the problem, at 9:30 pm no less.
Would highly recommend the home. Todd is a great host.
We had a very memorable vacation.

Golden Girls Getaway
There is not a single bad thing that can be said about the property! We had the BEST time on our Girls Getaway!! The pool/backyard area was perfect, the proximity to the beach was perfect, the amount of space in the house was perfect, the distance to restaurants and shopping was perfect! Todd reached out to check on us a few times which was much appreciated. We had an issue with our pool filter but Todd was right on top of it when I texted him. I wish the town would put a crosswalk in to make getting across to the beach a little safer, but overall we had a perfect trip!! Thanks so much, Todd for letting us stay at Yacht Rock Ranch! We made some amazing memories and can't wait to come back to AMI!!

Oasis -only steps from the beach
This house was amazing! It was exactly as advertised and everyone in our party enjoyed their stay. The backyard is a beautiful oasis surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The pool was perfect. We enjoyed our time both on the beach and around the pool. Every morning we would walk on the beach at sunrise and a few evenings we planned dinner so we could watch the sunset from the beach. Anna Maria Island is a lovely vacation spot and this house made it even more special.

Great place for a large family!
This was a great place for a group of 8! The two full baths were nice and the house had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen has everything you need for most cooking. The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were especially nice! It was a quick and very easy walk to the beach. The pool is private and secluded. Todd responded to questions very quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing and private
We had a great stay at the Yacht Rock Ranch. The location can’t be beat. It is a quick walk the beach. We could tell other properties had to share their pool, so having access to the private pool was so nice. The house seriously had everything you could need! In the kid’s room, there was a night light and a sound machine, which was great. There was even a little high chair and pack n play in the closet. We also enjoyed the extra amenities, like the grill and the boogie board in the laundry closet!
There is also easy access to the Publix, Walgreens, and gas station. The Island Bazaar was a cute souvenir shop as well.
*Pro tip that doesn’t have to do with the property: The Publix on a Saturday night is packed! We think it was all the turnover of people coming in for the week. The line went to the back of the store and lasted over an hour! So if you come on a Saturday, come with what you need to cook for Saturday night.
Overall, we had such a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property and my family agrees! Thank you, Todd.

Great beach house right across from the beach!
This was an amazing rental experience. The beach house was clean and the perfect size for our family. The kids loved having their own pool. The rental came with all the beach amenities needed when you are flying instead of driving!! Owners were very thoughtful and accommodating.

Would book again! Great house, perfect location
We loved this house! The location couldn’t of been better 2 blocks from the beach and the pool is amazing. Our little ones loved the beach and the pool, especially the extra large first step in - made a great landing for shallow splash play. The separated set up was nice for our two families staying there, having separate ends of the house and bathrooms. We were also able to enjoy the walk down to the shopping and restaurants. If and when we return, we would definitely book here again!

My happy place!
This is the second time we stayed here. It's great. It has enough room for all 6 of us. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room is great. We love the private backyard and how the pool gets shaded from the sun in the early afternoon. We would walk the 2 blocks to the beach to watch the sunset every night. It was perfect. It's a very laid back part of the island.

Beautiful property, highly recommend!
We just returned home from a great week at this property. This was my first time booking through VRBO, and it did not disappoint! All is described and pictured accurately on the site. The pool is fantastic, and all the rooms are exactly as pictured. It is the perfect property for families - my kids are college age and were in it constantly. WiFi worked perfectly, and the TVs with Roku were wonderful. We highly recommend, and would definitely book again. Thanks for everything, Todd!!!

Perfect Beach House
This was the absolute perfect beach house for us and had so many little amenities. Todd was extremely attentive to all my questions. The home was clean and perfect for us. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate. Having the wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards was spectacular for the short walk to the beach. Definitely would go back again and again. Cannot recommend it enough
