Fantastic Stay
Great location, walking distance to Victor Harbor pubs, foreshore and amenities. Pantry well stocked with condiments/coffee pods etc.. Comfortable home.

A relaxing stay
Well appointed, comfortable, lovely and warm even on the coldest of night’s. Very private and quiet all amenities within walking distance. A lovely romantic getaway. As good as the last time we stayed.

Quiet and peaceful
Delightful well presented and clean home. The location was perfect and had everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The spa was excellent!. The owner was very helpful and courteous and overall we enjoyed our stay very much

Weekend Getaway
Had a great time at this property. Wanted relaxation and solitude, and got just that. The property had everything we needed and was immaculate when we arrived. Would recommend thoroughly and would love to come back in the future.

Great little hideaway for a family
We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was in wonderful order and the amenities were wonderful, including a very nicely furnished bathroom, a quality pod coffee machine and great TV and video game system for the kids. We will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Compact but great features
Pros: Comfy beds, quiet location, close to town & beach. Air con quiet & efficient. Spacious & luxurious bathroom with everything you need (including dryer & straightener). Kitchen & laundry both well equipped. Nice big TV & spacious dining/lounge. The front area outside is secluded which is pleasant - it’s behind another house that has a big fence.
Cons: When we first arrived, we were disappointed with a couple of things but they soon lost their importance. The Master bedroom is very small. The wardrobe is a clothes rack on wheels (which was handy as we moved it into lounge area). View from kitchen & bedroom windows is of a neighbour’s backyard (they could see in but thankfully weren’t there for long (maybe 4/5 days out of 14)). The view from those windows is of dead grass/plants.

A fantastic getaway!
Such a lovely house which had all the amenities and much more - no need to bring along or purchase cooking accessories, whilst providing equipment such as; wine cooler, Sodastream, dishwasher, spa, split system air conditioning. The house is only 5 minutes away from all the local shopping areas, town, and the beach. The owners were great with their open communication and easy to get in touch with. Definitely a holiday home I would recommend and stay at again!

Relaxing, quiet, convenient, modern cottage
location and facilities were really good. enjoyed the relaxing surrounds but still within easy distance of beach, town centre and tourist spots. our hosts were easy to communicate with. Would recommend this cottage for a relaxing couples retreat

Excellent property
Really enjoyed our 4 nights at this property. Owner was very helpful, the facility is the cleanest and most well equipped that we've booked to date. Lots of little extras such as a coffee machine, wine fridge and top quality appliance. Highly recommend.

Great destination
A well set up retreat either for a couple or a family. Excellent facilities with a fully self contained well equipped kitchen with two coffee machines and a Soda stream! Walking distance to downtown or the coast. Owners very helpful. A great place to relax. Excellent value for money.

Outstanding
Stayed at the Cottage for 3 nights recently with my family. Located in a quiet street just a few blocks from the centre of town and very near supermarkets/shops. The Cottage itself is just like the photos on the website. Tastefully renovated with everything you could ask for - well equipped kitchen, BBQ, full laundry facilities, comfortable beds and a lovely living/dining area with plenty of space for our kids to play. We asked Chris for a high chair for our youngest and she made arrangements before we arrived and was very helpful from booking and throughout our stay. I actually left my watch behind and Chris arranged for us to pick it up on our way back to Adelaide at the end of our trip. We highly recommend for any couples and families if you are looking for accommodation in Victor Harbour - excellent choice.

Excellent Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was a very homely and a comfortable place to stay. Everything was provided and we did not need anything. It was walking distance to the city centre.

Lovely, spotlessly clean & well located property
We stayed here with our 3 teenage boys and 12 yo daughter in January 2017. House is very private and within walking distance (10 minutes) supermarkets, takeaways. We were impressed with how spotlessly clean and well resourced the property was (including 2 coffee machines and a Soda stream!). On arrival there was milk, coffee/tea, hot chocolate, etc. and all the little things you need like dishwasher tablets, cling wrap, shampoo/conditioner, condiments, etc. House is located in a quiet residential area at the rear of another house and was very private - in fact we never saw or heard any neighbours our whole stay, but was close enough to the beach and river that we could walk down for an early morning fish most days. We regularly rent holiday homes when we travel with our family, and this one has been the best by a mile. Plenty big enough as a base for our family of 6, we will return to Victor Harbor in future to visit family again, and will book this property again as our first preference.
