The penthouse is beautiful, very spacious and private, and is equipped with everything you can imagine. We totally enjoyed our time there and the all season outdoor Jacuzzi is the highlight. The weather was perfect and the Jacuzzi/Sundeck area is covered with a glass roof so you may enjoy it regardless of weather conditions! The location is super convenient- nothing is missing from there. Great hospitality. A real paradise in the city of Athens!

We enjoyed our stay so much and felt so comfortable that we did not want to leave. People are very polite and responsive.

The property is very stylish, is maintained in impeccable condition and features an ample array of amenities as well as outdoor lounge/sundeck Jacuzzi area. The view of Athens is really beautiful from every angle. Staff is very attentive and responsive. The location is very convenient and easily accessible with many café and restaurant options nearby. We unreservedly recommend this property to even the most demanding visitors.

Great location, first class hospitality and stunning, spacious Penthouse ideal for families and friends. Very nicely decorated. Extremely comfy- mattresses are extremely thick made of silk and camel material. One of the terraces has a spacious private Jacuzzi just next to the master-bedroom with breathtaking views of Athens and is surrounded by greenery. Many restaurant options nearby. Extremely safe place away from crowded, noisy and polluted areas.

Fabulous penthouse, beautiful rooms and a wonderful private Jacuzzi sundeck area with full moon, sunset, and Athens views. Many restaurant options just 3 min walk away and both Michelin star and Michelin guide restaurants 5-10 min walk. One of the safest if not the safest location in Athens.

We loved the place, the location and the hospitality. It was so relaxing and quiet and the views are just wonderful. Also, we were offered the opportunity to stay for a couple of hours longer after check-out to observe and enjoy the filming of a Greek movie with famous Greek actors. The experience was truly unique. We had a great time, the place is fabulous, and we highly recommend it.

I loved the design, and the open plan layout of the penthouse is spectacular. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The place is very clean and up to the 5-star standard. The toiletries are by Molton Brown, one of my favorite brands. The bedding is excellent and the towels are spotless clean. The hospitality is impeccable. The place looks better in reality than on the pictures, and the Jacuzzi experience is the cherry on the pie. There is an abundance of restaurant options nearby. Excellent price for what you get. I highly recommend this beautiful place and will definitely be back.

Nothing to dislike

Incredibly clean with well-planned amenities. Private and secure in a quieter area with incredible views from the penthouse, especially wonderful at night from the hot tub. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with excellent advice including restaurants, site seeing, and transportation helping to save time, money, and generally optimize our experience . We couldn’t have had a better experience.

We enjoyed everything, Lonas was amazing and the accommodations were the best for us quiet, cultural and Greece at its best!

To have rented the entire apartment would have been the only thing that could have been better!

The place is fantastic and the views are just incredible. The Penthouse is super luxurious, full of marble finishing inside out. The room is fabulous and much more spacious and comfortable compared to other five star options in Athens. The location is great with many restaurants nearby. The hospitality is first class. Would definitely place it at the top of the elite and high-end properties of Athens.

The room was gorgeous and huge. The bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning, once it had run for a few hours, was powerful. The jacuzzi and view were wonderful! The service was outstanding! The owner, Ionas, took great care to provide extraordinary service and attention to detail. He went out of his way to check in with us, make sure we were OK, and provided many restaurant recommendations. He heated up the jacuzzi immediately to our desired temperature. He is SO friendly and kind! We really had an excellent stay! Ionas offered a free transfer to the airport, and several great recommendations for our next stop in Santorini.

It was perfect

The Suite was clean and extremely well furnished. The host was beyond helpful and made every effort to ensure we had all we needed. The location was near restaurants and it was easy to access downtown and outside areas.

The Penthouse is very spacious, airy, and ultra luxurious with full marble flooring and unique 360 views of Athens. We particularly enjoyed the swing and the floating champagne experience from our spacious jacuzzi.The outdoor lounge sitting area is very nice and so quiet that we could only hear the birds singing. Staff is very professional, highly communicative on WhatsApp, and very proactive providing us many recommendations for nice places to visit in Athens and even our next destination- Santorini. The private chef service was top notch. The king-sized bed is very comfortable with high quality linen. The room is equipped with two smart TVs and online streaming options and is stocked with everything necessary for a super comfortable stay. The dedicated and secure private indoor parking is a great addition. This is a must go to place in Athens for the highly selective who seek opulence, privacy, and great ambience.

Unmatching views with terraces overlooking entire Athens, unique ambience, people are nice, helpful, kind. The amenities are great. The Penthouse is very luxurious and tastefully decorated, very comfy and spacious, functional settings, cleanliness perfection. Very convenient location. Simply Amazing. 

Location was good, it was about 15 minute drive to the centre. Modern layout with a splash of Greek. Very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful in making your stay very comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, the bed was the best thing I've ever slept on. So comfortable that I will be purchasing one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic, luxurious Penthouse with amazing views and superb amenities. We loved the sunset views! Very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient- many restaurants and markets nearby and Malls within a few minutes drive. We rented a car so the private indoor parking was a significant advantage. We found the price better than other five star options, as it offers a much larger space, unequalled views of Athens, and complete privacy.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. This stay met all of my needs.

Very friendly and helpful host, awsome appartment

We experienced a memorable stay in an outstanding penthouse, decorated with great style and attention to details. Very clean, airy, made us feel like at home. The gem of the apartment is the lovely and cosy fireplace, just a few steps from our comfortable bed. Note: the petrol station next door sells wood for the fireplace. The view over the city is amazing. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy fully the terrace due to snowing weather, but the Jacuzzi was prepared and warm, despite the winter season. Service and hospitality were really good, reaching out proactively by WhatsApp to accommodate all requests in advance. We enjoyed and loved the place every minute being there. Definitely made our stay in Athens special.

This is an amazing penthouse, a fabulous place to rest and enjoy the harmony, the luxury, and the great views. It is much more spacious and comfortable compared to other five star options in the city. The location is very convenient with a great variety of restaurants walking distance. The management is highly professional and keeps the property in immaculate condition. The check in/out process was very efficient. And the extra bonus…the fireplace and the private outdoor Jacuzzi experiences were a fantastic combination. What else to ask for during winter time. It was totally worth it.

Second time here and loved it. If you are looking for a luxurious place to enjoy some rest and relaxation, both during summer and winter time. This Penthouse is absolutely ideal. It is beautifully decorated and located in a sought after location of Athens. The views are amazing! There are great restaurants, lounges and cafes nearby which are safe to frequent. I really enjoyed the private tours that were organized for us. I highly recommend it to even the most demanding clients who appreciate luxury and comfort.

Everything was perfect,isn’t anything wrong over here, plus the bottle of tasty wine from the host… He was so nice to walk with us around this area and showed markets and restaurants!!! The marvelous place goes together with pleasant host- what else to wish for…

Truly stunning and outstanding property. Great style with lots of attention to detail. Expansive terraces with a nice and big jacuzzi on one of them to relax and enjoy an amazing view of Athens. Wonderful location with easy access to the city center. It is also close to the airport which made it very convenient for us to take a daily trip to Santorini! There are many nice restaurants with great food, convenient stores, pharmacies and fitness centers nearby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Spotless clean, great finishing with beautiful uninterrupted views. Amazing private Jacuzzi area, just a few steps away from our large comfy bed. Easy accessibility to the city center. Various cool restaurants just around the corner.
