Easy walk to the beach. Friendly staff.

Light was out in the entrance to the hall for our room. The hotel staff was aware of this but failed to replace the bulb. Without a cell phone light getting the key in the lock for the door would have been time consuming and difficult.

Very kind and helpful staff, nice room, quiet place with seagulls from the lake and the sea screaming outside the window. Situated close to both the sea and the lake with the Villa Puccini on its border. The room was spacious enough for one night, and clean. Standard breakfast which could use something salty. Big secured parking.

The bathroom is so small that it's impossible to take shower without making everything around completely wet. Bathroom could use heating.

Brilliant food, brilliant location, brilliant people. Beach very close. Firenze, Lucca, Siena, all within reach. 10 out of 10!

The service! Lovely, welcoming people who will do anything to make you feel comfortable. I felt at home. The area, beach and beautiful nature.

Internet (wi-fi) is a problem of this place, but who needs internet when the sea is so warm nearby
