This is a condo building where locals live, while some rent them out on booking.com. There is also an attached hotel, on the property, but it seems the whole place is in the middle a facility wide renovation. None of that bothered us at all, it was just interesting to us. The property had 24-hour security and we felt pretty safe at the property. It was walkable to Manny's, but unless we were outside by the pool we couldn't hear the noise from there at all. Great place for the price and location.

I understood before we arrived that according to the rules we could not have any alcohol by the pool. However, the rules of the pool are absolutely no food or drink are allowed. Security, although they were very VERY nice about it, enforce this rule strictly. My only complaint for the property is that we should be able to eat and drink anything we want by the pool.

Easy checking in and a very calm and quiet area. Microwave and fridge where a huge plus.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more including water! Communication with the renters was great, very helpful and responded very quickly. Sent us directions and everything we needed and said we could contact them if we needed anything else or had problems. The place was really nice and comfortable. One bed is a little. In the hard side but they also have a futon that's very comfortable! Will definitely book here again when we go back!!
