Honestly one of the favourite places my partner and I stayed during our now four month trip through Europe. The apartment actually feels like a home and not a rental apartment. It is very well equipped with everything you need. For us, who likes to cook, it is a God send to have a fully stocked kitchen with multiple pans and pots. And a sharp knife! Crazy how rare that can be in vacation rentals. There is a tv, two solo beds that can be easily combined into one. The whole apartment was very clean. The host gave us great tips for our stay. Would 100% recommend.

Everything! This is one of my best experiences ever. It's a beautiful building, fully renovated, elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Location is highly strategic, and as a bonus, there's a little Juliette balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy a quiet street in Vanecia. The host is also extremely kind and thoughtful.

Vicente was really accommodating and met us quite late. Explained everything about the apartment and local area. The apartment was great with everything you need.

Great location near to attractions, bars, supermarket, restaurants etc but on a quiet street. Very well equipped - the property had everything you could possibly need and more! Great communication and service from the host, before, on arrival and after our stay. Vicente was very helpful.

We liked everything!

Handily located in the old town. Easy walking distance of the supermarket, art gallery & Turia river bed gardens. There were a couple of bar/restaurants just round the corner although we usually went further afield. Vicente was a great host and messaged us with helpful information throughout our stay. Once again although we didn't have time to watch the TV there was a selection of channels including netflix and other premium streaming services. The fridge was left with a selection of beers and wines and also spread and milk. There was also a supply of coffee for the machine. This was a nice touch as we could have a coffee without having to go out to the shops first. A great lesson for others to copy.

every was spot on

It is a cute litlle place ...nice for a weekend get away. A homey feeling with all the soft lighting and lamps around. It was also located on a quiet residential street. Amazingly complete facilities from a coffee machine, toaster, blender ...It has a unique design and a cozy ambiance to the flat. Best part is the owner who is helpful and very friendly.

...I just wish it had a bit more sun coming through those beautiful glass panels.

Great apartment in a fantastic location, short walk from the main sites in Valencia - Vincente was a great host that gave us lots of useful tips and was super welcoming. I highly recommend!!

Nothing, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location

Beautiful, traditional apartment and very well equipped. Really lovely and well positioned in the old town of Valencia. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the owner, Vicente, left items in the fridge such as water milk butter etc. Vicente was so helpful and showed us good places to visit and eat. A true gentleman. Breakfast was recommended at Nou Dorita for pastries, pies, sandwiches and very nice coffee, only 2 minutes from the apartment. It did not disappoint. It was lovely. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. One of the best I have stayed in.

Nothing it was close to perfect.

This is in a prime spot in the middle of El Carmen. You can walk to all the main sights in a matter of minutes but at the same time it’s quite quiet. Vicente the host is very helpful. He met us at the apartment on our arrival and gave us lots of suggestions for sightseeing as well as helping us get our bearings. While it’s not a 5 star boutique hotel, you have everything you could possibly need including a fridge stocked with milk, water and beer. Would highly recommend. Very good value for money!

Very friendly host. Very good and fast communication. Personal meeting for check in. Vicente gave us all information we needed and gave some very good hints what to explore in a few days. Fully equipped kitchen, close to the city center but quiet. Muchas gracias y hasta luego!
